Good security and privacy. 4 keys, unlabled to get in. Code given was irrelevant. We weren’t sure we would get in. Ran out of TP. “Kitchen” was a joke, undersupplied on all counts, short on bags, junk pans, so small anything more than a sandwich was impossible. As with everything down here, plumbing barely functioned. Zero English spoken.

• Fernando (10/5): Overall, it's a good, quiet place to stay for a few days and get to know the city, and the service i - The accommodation has an excellent location near the different tourist attractions of the city and the house is very comfortable. Just be careful with any food left in the hallway; the ants come in droves.
• Dr Moon (10/5): Lugar maravilloso para visitar Oaxaca, con la ubicación muy segura y recomendable con niños. - Las instalaciones y detalles que tiene el lugar hace que te sientas muy cómodo y con la tranquilidad de que estás seguro; los detalles que tiene el anfitrión como dejar café para un par de tazas hace que se valore mucho el lugar. • David (10/5): Very cute place, everything you need, very central and amazing rocking chair! - Very nice hosts and the place is very cute. Had everything we needed. Went here with my parents to explore Oaxaca and the location is perfect. Very close to where you want to be. Bonus points for the rocking chair! We would come back!
• Rafael (5/5): Not so nice as the pictures. - We got two decent rooms at a walking distance from the city centre. Being able to park the car in the patio of the property is a big advantage, giving the difficulties with parking in Oaxaca city. The living space in front of the rooms is unpractical and unappealing. The description "hermosa hacienda" belies the meaning of these words in Spanish. The high price can only be understood by the ever increasing tourist pressure on the City of Oaxaca. The kitchen equipment is limited, but having a fridge is always nice. The rooms are not as nice as they look on the pictures, it's mostly new paint over old paint, with humidity marks everywhere. Apparently, all wall decoration is also for sale. When one of us put a simple carry-on suitcase on a table, the table fell out of the wall, leaving some big holes where the screws were pulled out, which was clearly a consequence of the old adobe wall being affected by humidity. The owner claimed that "this had never happened before", which is quite straightforward. If it had happened before, the table would no longer have been there. Nonetheless, they asked us to pay for it. I don't care for the money, but the event somehow spoils the overall experience of the stay.

• Annelle (10/5): I am horrible with names however oue host was very sweet and super accommodating. There is a swing next to the big guava - Beautiful space centrally located to downtown Oaxaca so you can get around easily.
