• Jennifer (9/5): Overall a very pleasant stay, beautifully presented apartment, jn a good location. - It was exceptionally clean and tidy and well equiped, furnishing were lovely. No air conditioning, we had to use all 3 fans supplied which was very noisy and not cool enough. You couldn’t open a window for fresh air and the apartment was extremely warm and stuffy when you entered it. The bed was too soft on the left side compared to the firmer right side! The arrival time is too late especially as there is no where to store your bags .

• Angela (10/5): - The suite was clean and stocked well for coffee etc. The view was incredible. The roof top was exceptional with a hot tub and recreation area. The only complaint was the noise from the traffic.

Las camas son comodísimas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy confortable. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el check-in porque el portero automático del edificio no funcionaba y al principio fue un poco complicado comunicarnos con la propiedad. Aun así, finalmente lo conseguimos y el trato fue inmejorable: fueron extremadamente amables con nosotros y además nos recomendaron restaurantes buenísimos. Como apunte a tener en cuenta, en las inmediaciones del apartamento hay bastante gente viviendo en la calle, por lo que conviene ir con cuidado y evitar algunas calles cercanas.

• Nuria Cristina (7/5): Great location and very clean. Ideal for 3 people, a bit tight for 4. Earplugs recommended at night. - The location was excellent, with beautiful views from the apartment. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay enjoyable. The listing was not clear regarding parking. There is no parking provided by the host, and although there are underground parkades nearby, they are not included in the booking. I booked under the impression that parking was available, so the description should be more explicit. The apartment was reserved for 4 people, but it is more comfortable for 3 at most. There were only three stools/chairs, and the sofa bed was small and sagged toward the middle, making it uncomfortable for two guests. Noise was also an issue. The apartment is not soundproof, and we heard sirens throughout the first night. The second night was quieter, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

• Miran (5/5): 여름엔 추천하지 않아요 - 개스타운 인근에 위치해 캐나다플레이스가 가깝고 시버스 터미널과 가까워 이동이 편리했음 호스트는 에어컨에 대한 점검이 필요합니다. 일반적인 에어컨이 아니라 창문형 에어컨이라 서늘한 저녁에 거실 창문을 열 수 없고 낮시간동안의 열기가 가득차 오히려 에어컨이 없는 것이 나을 것 같습니다. 그리고 에어컨을 켜면 작동시 소음이 너무 커서 밤에는 잠을 이룰 수가 없었어요. 창문을 열 수 없으니 에어컨을 켜야만 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도로 실내가 덥습니다. 그런데 에어컨을 켜며 시끄러운 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었어요. 그리고 필터점검 표시등에 불이 들어와 있어 에어컨 바람이 지저분하게 느껴졌어요. 이 숙소는 여름에 이용하기 좋지 않았어요.
• Jane (10/5): Amazing few days with a view! - Wonderful apartment right next to Gastown. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. Had an issue with the electrics but got an instant reply from the host. The apartment was ready for an earlier check in which was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.

• Karen (6/5): Great location, need to sort the air con/noise - The property was in an easy to get to location immediately in gastown and within a short walk (less than 10 mins) of Waterfront station. It’s a huge apartment block with easy to follow instructions to access the property. Fully equipped, good kitchen, shower room very clean, slight design flaw with the towel rail that has been previously damaged. Plenty of towels, beds comfy, large sofa bed also used and comfy. Biggest problem was the poor air conditioning, a portable unit that was unbearably loud and if you had the 1 window in the apartment open the noise was unbelievable, fully appreciate it’s in the middle of a busy city but with good glazing and effective air conditioning this shouldn’t be a problem. As it was I barely slept for 3 nights and very glad we didn’t stay longer. A shame though as the apartment has lots of positives. Poor/noisy air conditioning. Extremely noisy (externally, not within the block)

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfekt zur Entdeckung von Vancouver. - Schöne, praktische Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Fantastische Gemeinschaftsanlage im obersten Geschoss. Keine Möglichkeit, nach Checkout das Gepäck zu deponieren. Umgebung voll von Obdachlosen/Drogenszene.
• M. (9/5): - Fijne centrale plek. Mooi appartement. Zeer goed uitgerustte keuken met veel zout, peper, zoetjes, koffie en thee op voorraad. Maar ook vuilniszakken, vaatwasmiddel, douche zeep en shampoo in overvloed. Het apartement is mooi en heeft prachtig uitzicht. Zowel overdag als in de avond. Ik zou zeker terug komen. De airco was erg luidruchtig. Maar we waren wel heel bij dat er airco was!

• Rick (8/5): All in all, a fun place to stay, but no bargain. - Location and the gym Elevators malfunctioned on last day, making departure from the 29th floor a hassle. Also the air conditioning unit is a free-standing unit in the living room and is annoyingly noisy.

• Stefano (10/5): Amazing apartment, building and host. Everything perfect. - Literally perfect. Home was amazing, perfectly equipped with everything and with an incredibile view. Building had a gym and a jacuzzi on the last floor, with a 360 view on Vancouver, priceless. Position close to Canada place, Lookout, underground and many other. Host very kind, fast and reacting, also offered for a night the own park, taking personally the remote control for the garage: really really appreciated. Looking forward to coming back soon. Nothing to say, maybe just a little noisy in the night (emergency vehicles sirens) and curtains not so strong to stop the sun light in the morning (jet lag was more annoying than this). But honestly, nothing to complain about at all.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Convenient location, secure building, spacious living area and full kitchen. Bedroom was cramped but that’s dictated by the building design. A shelf in the shower would be useful.
• Graham (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay with all the amenities you could want. Would stay again for sure. - The condo appartments is well appointed, clean and comfortable in a great location. The concierge staff for the building didn’t seem to like those of us staying in the building for short term rentals and could be rude at times.

There were several supplies made available to us which we truly appreciated; coffee, condiments, washroom necessities and wonderful little treats! It was spacious and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and very helpful. I think we are accustomed to having black out shades at home for sleeping. The apartment was bright which was wonderful. It was just a little tough in the morning. It would have been nice if there was a full sized ironing board. Simply because we needed to prep for work as well. It was a little noisy in the evenings; especially with the many sirens going. I found we were not noticing it as much by the 3rd day. Again, we understand that this is just a part of living in a busy neighbourhood in the city.
