• Thomas Michael (9/5): - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft ist ein separater Bungalow mit einer kleinen Küche, Bad und Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Kann ich empfehlen.

• Heidi (5/5): Disappointing - We’re reallocated first night (10th) on flying in and the venue was not similar to what we booked. The same occurred on the 13th. We discovered that a client had been given our unit for a 25 night stay. The hostess had used the excuse of a geyser problem. We left to make other arrangements. The dishonesty of the hostess.

• Ga Hyee (6/5): Fine for a night stay, annoying that we were moved to a worse room as they had double booked but it was a cheaper room. - We booked the apartment for 2 nights, one on arrival at Windhoek and one before we left Namibia. The first night we were in the apartment as advertised on booking.com. It was fine for a night, clean with hot water. On our return we were informed that there had been a double booking, with someone having made an “offline booking” so we were given another room which was cheaper (and you could tell the room was cheaper immediately). Note that none of the rooms have a cooker even if it says the rooms come with a kitchenette, only a microwave. Communication with the host was fine, could have been better as she ignored a few texts. Some basic things to make the stay more pleasant could be done, such as not turning off the power to the room when the guests are in so that the aircon can still be used - along with, crucially, any other electronics in the room - and checking things like whether there are batteries in the tv remote so that the tv can actually be used as advertised.
• Gabriel Muteca (10/5): - My room was a perfect place to sit and focus. The outside can't be compared to a high-end hotel because it has it's own life to it, including the personal touch arts work by hand from owners. Lovely place! Nothing.

• Joachim (9/5): Alles bestens - Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, Kim ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders bemerkenswert ist auch die gute ruhige Lage. 500 m zum Zentrum. Gerne wieder!
• Monika (6/5): - Zentral gelegen, nicht zu teuer. Sehr nette Begrüssung. Beschrieben ist ein Appartement mit Küchenzeile, aber da war nur eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher. Mindestens eine Herdplatte sollte vorhanden sein. Auch hatte es nur einen Stuhl am Tisch.

• Lisandro (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The room had only one chair so it was not comfortable to use the table being two people. The tv remote had very old batteries and didn’t work. During the night we run out of electricity. Without AC the night was extremely cold.

The lady who runs it is super lovely and showed us around despite the time. Great fully contained apartment with kitchen. Just what you need after a long flight and a great place to base yourself in Windhoek. Highly recommend.

The owner and staff are courteous, helpful and friendly The reception area was very untidy. I was asked to provide my cheque card number to secure my booking. On check in I was told that only cash was accepted as payment. It was inconvenient as I needed to take a taxi back to town to draw cash from an ATM

Nice yard with the brai, separate house with kitchen and opportunity to wash clothes. Woth that money even more! The location is right in the center with supermarket closeby. Lack of small details. Like soup in the shower and chairs near the brai.

• Muganzi (10/5): Brilliant stay in Windhoek - This was such a rare find: fantastic central location withing walking distance of all the main sights in Windhoek; a home from home feel; and at a price that arguably makes it one of the best places to stay in the city. I had a great time here and will definitely make sure to return whenever I'm next back in Namibia. Filemon and Kimera are lovely people and tremendous hosts. The vibe at the apartment is truly an extension of them: warm, cool and inviting.

The apartment cooled down fast with the AC unit, the unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having some kitchen basics to cook some food. The location was also very convenient and walking distance to the mall nearby and the car rental office we used. If I'm being very picky: some small touches like a sponge/dish rag for cleaning dishes and a wider reach on the wifi would have made the stay even better.
• Charlotte (9/5): Introvert paradise - The hosts were accommodating to my needs (early checkin and late checkout) which is important for someone that travels "irregular" hours. They were very welcoming and warm. The place is aesthetically pleasing with details I really appreciated, especially in the bedroom. Ample space to store personal items. The bed was comfortable, sheets crispy clean and pillows felt good. Modern bathroom facilities with ample space. High-speed internet and streaming services that made me feel like I was home. I really appreciated the air conditioning too! Quiet and safe environment, close to the city center that allowed me to get to my meetings with much ease. Perhaps the best part of my stay was the privacy I was afforded without feeling neglected by the hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay! It feels almost criminal to answer this because this place felt perfectly crafted for me. I would however appreciate cooking facilities in the future (perhaps a mini oven and some pots) as I love to have homecooked meals. Would be great for long stays.
