• Trevor (2/5): Terrible, regrettable stay. - It’s where it’s positioned The place needs renovation. Also I was sent to another property on the first day. TV was not working even after reporting, nothing was done. No WiFi connection and nothing was done. The bedding was not clean. It’s like it has been used by someone else. Owners do not care about guests.
• Karel (1/5): - I booked a place upon my arrival at the airport they sent me a mail that the was no water on the hotel until now did not yet get my money back

• Tshikane (1/5): Bad - The location was perfect and the room was nice We had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in because our Agent didn't plan our check in properly. We were not on the check in list. We didn't have electricity in the morning of check out so we couldn't even eat our Breakfast not even freshen up. I Recieved a massage from our Agent around 9am telling us we were making noise but when we request a body cam footage they failed to produce to show us that really it was our room. We had to call the police to help us get our belongs because Agent forced us out of our room and locked so we couldn't get all our staff but the police came and helped us get our staff as our Agent ran away when he saw us calling the police.

The linen was old and torn, the wifi wasnt working, it was horrible putting my family thru that. That place should not be on booking.com. we wanna tryst when we use this platform we will get what we paid for. It was horrible. Please do something about it
• Zinhle (6/5): Made ourselves to enjoy the stay although unhappy about a few things at the property. - In a beautiful, safe building. Great facilities, close to the mall and all necessities Old bed sheets, no glasses, shower was leaking after taking a shower one would have to go through the labour of mopping. Toaster was old and smelling. Towels were old.
