- Graziella (7/5): Giusto per un weekend a Mantova - La posizione dell' appartamento è comoda, a meno di due km a piedi dal centro. Di fianco c'è un supermercato e il parcheggio (a pagamento). L' appartamento è pulito e i letti comodi. Nell' appartamento non era presente la macchina del caffè, come da descrizione: ci eravamo portati le cialde e non abbiamo potuto usarle. Mancava inoltre il microonde e la dotazione della cucina era un po' scarsa: mancava uno scolapasta e c'era un unico cucchiaino da caffè.

- Frankly73 (8/5): una settimana semi-lavorativa a Mantova - L'appartamento si trova nella zona a sud-est del centro di Mantova. Se da una parte richiede di camminare un po' per arrivare in centro città, dall'altra consente di trovare più facilmente un parcheggio. Per 2 persone l'appartamento è molto spazioso: la cucina è abitabile e fornita di attrezzatura sufficiente; c'è una grande camera da letto con addirittura un letto a castello per altre 2 persone; il bagno è dotato di doccia (occhio a non scivolare!) e c'è anche una lavatrice. C'è un supermercato sotto casa per acquistare cibo e detersivi. Il periodo del nostro soggiorno è coinciso con giornate molto calde, e l'appartamento non è dotato di aria condizionata. Non ancora, a detta di Michele, gestore dell'appartamento, che ha promesso che l'impianto AC è di prossima installazione.
