• Thandeka (4/5): - When I got to the property I had to wait for 45min by the reception for the owner to give me the access code to enter and also to download the bold app which is the key to enter the main door for the unit,which was very annoying.When I tried talking to the apartment owner that I’ve been waiting for too long she just told me to cancel the booking on booking.com as if I was going to get my money back same time.. The couch has ugly stains which makes it uncomfortable for one to sit and relax..

• Ganasen (10/5): Was an excellent stay - Location was convenient for purpose of stay. Views was good and apartment was comfortable enjoyed by whole family. Was also perfect for kids as they were not cooped up in hotel room during stay. Access for delivery service of meals struggled a bit. Kiddie meals was a challenge but went out to mall of Africa to get the meals. On site services would have been better.

• Joelene (7/5): Comfortable Modern Stay to Relax - Beautifully designed modern apartment that was well-equipped and provided all the essentials for a comfortable experience. Its convenient location near restaurants, a gym,spa and a shopping mall made it easy to explore the area. The fresh linens and crisp white towels ensured a restful night’s sleep, adding to the overall value for money. It's a great option for those looking for a modern accessible and comfortable stay to relax. Installing a heating system for the chilly winter nights is recommended, an aircon perhaps as the "gas heater feature" wasn't fully installed. The aircon would also help the hot summer days. Additionally,the "house rules" document was wrinkled, so laminating it would enhance its durability. While we recognize the importance of reviews in this industry for a host's profile,the multiple requests for a review immediately post our stay felt a bit intrusive. It created a sense of pressure,which took away from our genuine enjoyment. I recommend allowing guests some time to reflect and then gently encourage feedback. A more subtle approach could enhance the experience without making it feel obligatory.

Bonus because it's winter.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our amazing host, Premmy, was quick to respond to our needs.Codes to enter make it very safe. We'll be back soon.🥰

Utensils for breakfast were all there It was not easy to collect the keys on arrival because I didn't know where to collect them. The reception is hidden, I struggled to locate the reception area.
