• Wizz (7/5): Hot hot hot! - Very responsive and helpful management via booking.com chat. Excellent location. Easy check in and out. Clean and well equipped. The heat was incredible on the third floor. Temperature outside was 35 degrees and inside 33 degrees. The three windows are fastened shut. Two can only be opened about 10 cm and the third has a broken cord and will not stay open at all. It was a deeply unpleasant experience. Obviously management cannot help the weather but the apartment needs either AC or windows which open. The wardrobes in the bedroom are broken and will not open fully, so the drawers cannot be used. It would be a perfect apartment for 2 people, for 3 it was a little cramped although there is a sofa bed, so it does fit 3.

• Georg (6/5): Tiny bathroom, no windows in the living room kitchen. But nice and sleeping rooms more than ok. - The sleeping rooms are ok. I never saw such a tiny bathroom in my life. Its like super tiny, you can not even turn if you are tall like me. And there was now window in the living room area, not fresh air. The door to the balkony was looked.

• Oguzhan (5/5): Great location but that's about it - The apartment is very close to Earl's Court subway station on the Piccadilly line, allowing for easy transportation across London. Lots of pubs and restaurants are available in the near vicinity as well. There was barely enough space for us and our suitcase in the tiny room. The bed was uncomfortable so we didn't rest well. Kitchen sink made bubbling sounds and the heating/combi boiler on the wall made noise, I believe these happen when other rooms use water, even late at night.

Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che lo staff abbia risolto in tempi molto brevi un piccolo problema con la caldaia (il riscaldamento non partiva). Appartamento molto accogliente e caldo.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Disappointing stay due to a misleadingly small, poorly maintained attic apartment accessed by around 60 stairs, and woul - Decent location for access to Heathrow and a relatively short tube ride into central London. This property did not match the listing. The apartment was much smaller than the photos implied, and it’s misleading to advertise it as suitable for four people. The couch had visible stains, and the bedroom wallpaper was peeling, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Access was also a major concern. The “3rd floor” is actually an attic level, reached by approximately 60 stairs. The final staircase is very narrow and steep, posing a safety issue when carrying bags. Even once inside, the entryway was so narrow that getting luggage through was a struggle. Because of these factors, I would not recommend this property for anyone travelling with luggage, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Provvisto di sapone, shampoo, detersivo per i piatti, phon, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Tutto molto utile. I serramenti sono datati, hanno importanti spifferi e quando c'è vento fanno rumore. Il bagno è molto piccolo ma funzionale.

Voorzien van alle comfort, goed ingerichte keuken met goed materiaal. Goeie handdoeken, lakens, keukenhanddoek. Zeer goede communicatie. Rustige buurt voor Londen. Supermarkt om de hoek. Inchecken is met een code. Ik zou zeker teruggaan. Wat een beetje jammer was het bed was wat doozakt. Gordijn wat losgekomen. De tafel was wat minder praktisch.

• Reddey (4/5): Underwhelming - The location was super: Right next to the underground which was handy. The staff kept in contact throughout the whole booking which was great. Was disappointed once we got there as the photos looked amazing and reviews. But:: -It wasn't overly clean (very dusty, dirty floor, leaky toilet, shower leaked) -The place is very cramped. Not much room to move at all. -Noisy. The boiler was very annoying in particular as it's right above your head in the bedroom. -The bed wasn't very comfortable. -The place just looked very run down (rips on wallpaper, grubby etc). In need of a good revamp. Overall, it was a little underwhelming given the photos looked amazing. Not really appropriate for a family. More a place for people who just want to rest their head.

Good price for London and the response from staff was excellent. It was, fine. Some noise from people on the floor, above moving around etc.

Bed in main room was uncomfortable as kept rolling into the middle. Poor sound insulation as we could hear the neighbours scraping furniture across the floor.

Le bruit a l’étage supérieur . Les autres habitants de l’immeuble s’amusaient à frapper à notre porte la nuit et à crier, ce qui perturbait notre tranquillité.
• Manbir (1/5): NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - I only liked the location for this property The apartment was in poor condition. It was dirty, with sticky surfaces and spider webs throughout. The kitchen was sticky as well and had missing boards. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional. The bathroom was very run-down, with water splashing out of the tub due to the absence of a proper shower curtain or enclosure. The water temperature in the bathroom was unpredictable, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold without warning. Overall, I strongly advise against staying here.

• Lisa (7/5): - La posizione ,comoda alla metro, pub,negozi nelle vicinanze Chi vicino a noi fumava nel terrazzo faceva entrare fino nella camera da letto ..ho risolto mettendo cuscino per la fessura . Muri sottili ..rumori un po' molesti 😅nella stanza sopra di una giovane coppia
• Marta (8/5): - Ubicación perfecta. El apartamento muy bien exceptuando el tema sábanas, que las que nos dejaron para poner estaban llenas de manchas, aunque supongo que lavadas pero daba muy mala imagen. Por el resto todo correcto.
• Kasprzyk (10/5): Apartament z balkonem - Apartament z balkonem na piętrze. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżko, pomocni właściciele. Blisko do stacji metra. Spokojna okolica.
• Ludovica (9/5): Weekend piacevole a Londra, consiglio! - Appartamento molto carino, posizione ottima c’è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di coppia. Potevano essere fornite due cialde della macchinetta del caffè per avere l’esempio di quale acquistare, termosifone del bagno non funzionante.
• Melanie (8/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! - La situation proche de la station de métro earl court et d’une rue commerçante avec plein de resto et pub. Appartement bien agencé avec 3 chambres - bon rapport qualité - prix, logement propre. Personnel très disponible sur la messagerie booking. Arrivée simple et pratique avec key box. La salle de douche/ wc trop petite pour 5 personnes. Difficulté à régler l’eau chaude dans la douche. Mauvaise isolation phonique ( simple vitrage ), on entend les bruits des rues à côté ( moto , klaxon , sirène …) ; la rue où est situé l’appartement est cependant très calme.

• Lluis (9/5): Una estancia agradable en Londres - La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca del metro (línea District) i de comercios y restaurantes de todo tipo. La cafetera no funcionaba y las camas no eran demasiado cómodas.

• Robert (8/5): - Comfortable beds and a great location for Earls Court tube and amenities. Fully equipped to cook and clean etc. Unfortunately in the room with the balcony there is a draft that comes through from around the door making it quite cold. However there is heating with individual controls on the radiators. The Internet did knock out a few times too but did always come back on. Apart from this it is a nice apartment and compared to others good value for money.
• José Joaquín (8/5): Magnífica ubicación en un barrio tranquilo - La ubicación muy cerca de la parada del metro de Earl Court y en una calle tranquila. Estaba un poco anticuado pero al solo usarlo para dormir y desayunar tampoco importaba mucho.

Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de fin d’année ! - La réactivité de l’hôte, la gentillesse, l’emplacement idéal, et l’aménagement astucieux de l’appartement Un grand merci pour le petit gâteau de Noël ! La salle de bains est trop petite pour 3 personnes Les WC auraient été mieux à l’extérieur de la salle de bains
• Brooke (1/5): Unsafe, loud and unbothered owners. - It was clean, had most of what we needed. Nice location The smoke alarm had been ripped off the ceiling in the kitchen, the window locks were not efficient, after checking for window locks and sending my 13 year old to bed, I went back in to get my phone charger and my daughter had opened the window, FULLY, climbed OUTISIDE. 3 floors up and was sitting on the "balcony" bear in mind this was an old style townhouse, you know those shin height railings above the big windows style? So yes. Risk to life was the first problem. Second issue, if you're larger than 55kgs, you ain't getting in the bathroom. It's a cupboard. Thirdly, the noise from the flat above, was absolutely ridiculous. All night. What only can be described as dragging furniture the entire length of the apartment, screaming and running up and down the main stairs all night. On top of that, there is an excessive amount of stairs into the property and no disabled access. I'm not in a wheelchair but by the end of the night it had got incredibly taxing and I wish it had been displayed more clearly prior to booking. And following complaining to the property, my daughters risk to life, the videos we got of the screaming and banging and our early exit of the accommodation, was apparently NOT worthy of a refund. All in all, I don't recommend at all, no, go somewhere else for sure.
• Sian (8/5): Great location - The location was great .it was a cosy little apartment , and quiet , there were 4 of us staying for a night which is ok considering the size , my daughter and I slept in the lounge and my son and his girlfriend had the bedroom . I think as some people do feel the cold maybe put extra blankets , un necessary to blast the heating but we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again as the location is great and lots of places nearby to get food and walk about . The price was a little steep .

• Muhannad (7/5): A comfortable and quiet stay in a great location, best suited for short visits and light travelers. - The location is excellent and the area is quiet. The bed was comfortable, the heating worked well, and the apartment is suitable for short stays The apartment is quite small, with limited space for large luggage. There is no elevator, and the stairs were very tiring due to the old building design. The bathroom is narrow, and the lighting could be improved.
