• HarmonicQuay (10/5): Comfortable maisonette in a great location - The property was clean, light, and had good equipment/facilities. The host was exceptional - really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us when we had some issues (not related to the property). Contrary to previous reviews there is no longer the ability to have a car parking permit due to a change in regulations. This does not reflect on the property.

• Martin (10/5): - This was really perfect stay in cozy apartment. Great location, walking distance to city center with possibility of parking (necessary to book it advance). There is well equipped kitchen connected to large living room. Comfortable beds. For us it was not an issue but it’s good to know… the apartment is on the top floor without lift and narrow staircase.

• Maria (8/5): Brilliant location - The flat was great very clean it had everything you needed. The shower cubicles were small and the bathroom could maybe do with a shelf to store toiletries. But other than that we had a fantastic trip and there was plenty space in the lounge and bedrooms.

Key code given on newest correspondence was incorrect, and could not get in touch with host, found correct key code after scouring through all emails.

• Paul (10/5): Relaxing, comfy, stylish and wonderful location - The maisonette was beautifully decorated. Perfect for two couples with the split level bedrooms , you had your own space. My husband is 6ft 5 and had to lean over in the shower but that’s fine for a couple of days! Everything we needed and lovely being at the top of the building.Super comfy beds, we all slept so well. Great communication with the owner.
• Christopher (7/5): Great quiet location - Location was quiet & only short walk to major places of interest. No noise from the other flats & 5 minutes by taxi from the train station. The host answered our issues with a faulty shower very quickly. The flat was up more flights of stairs than realised, one of our party had an ankle injury & a banister for the final flight of stairs inside the flat door up to the living area would have been good. There was only 1 bowl with the crockery but it had everything else we needed. There was nowhere to put our clothes in the top floor bedroom such as a small chest of drawers or hanging rail

• Joanna (5/5): Nice but dirty - Excellent location. Very nice decor. Well furnished and equipped. Spacious. Parking included. Grateful for a coffee machine with pods. Very dusty and dirty. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Animal fur all over the cushions and sofa. Extremely cold on arrival. Took a few hours for the heating to kick in, then temperature was fine. Beds were a great size but mattresses were very firm.

Easy walking distance to all locations Nothing major but found painted stairs difficult. Just worried about slipping. Really minor thing that wouldn’t bother most people
