• AJ (8/5): Goed te doen voor 3 personen. - Dicht bij het zwembad. Eigen parkeerplaats, inpandig. Keuken prima. Slaapkamers prima Zwembad verwarmd. Erg fijn Host is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De badkamer is een beetje klein, maar prima te doen.
• Denys (9/5): - Good location, comfortable and clean apartment, has all essentials. Large warm pool was a massive bonus. There are few good restaurants and bars, 5-10 min walk. We've enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Liked everything. Maybe add more plates as few were chipped.

• Carmen María (8/5): - Apartamento amplio, amplia terraza,con todo lo que necesitas. La piscina para nosotros solos, nunca había nadie. Muy luminoso y muy tranquila la zona. Un super cerca y garaje privado. Muy bien todo! Todo muy bien, excepto una de las camas que era incómoda

• Heather (6/5): The heated pool compensated for the basic facilities in the apartment - The heated pool and plenty of sun loungers. Patricio was very helpful. There were no instructions for the hob and the balcony received no sun which meant any washing took 2 days to dry. There was a shelf above the basin in the bathroom which made shaving, for my husband, difficult. There were only two of us but found the water heater ran out of hot water very quickly. We felt the property was overpriced for basic facilities.

• DIANA MARCELA (9/5): Buen Piso. - La ubicación es muy buena. Está en un punto excelente donde tienes todo a mano. Los encargados muy atentos y dispuestos siempre a resolver inquietudes. • Antonius (8/5): - Het was een goede locatie die als uitvalbasis diende om de omgeven te verkennen en wandelingen te maken in de bergen. De bedden waren prima. Geslapen als een os. Het was erg leuk om via filmpjes geïnformeerd te worden over de toegang van het appartement. Geen taalbarrière. We vonden het balkon wat klein, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Er was helaas geen afwasmiddel en geen wasmiddel voor de wasmachine.

Ma tutto il resto era tutto pulito.

Casa pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per una vacanza rilassante.L’host è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La zona di Palm Mar è tranquilla, sicura e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni dell’isola. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente! Niente

• Marián (10/5): Odporúčam aj na dlhodobý prenájom. - Parádna komunikácia s majiteľom. Čisto a dobre vybavený apartmán. Netflix v cene a aj bazén. K bazénu sa dalo dostať len s kľúčikom od vstupnej branicky (čierny kľúč) - to sme sa ale dozvedeli až neskôr. Všetko OK - jediná chyba, že manželská posteľ sa strašne hýbala na vratkých nožičkach. Chcelo by to iný základ postele. Matrac bol OK.

I bagni (2) senza chiave e solo uno aveva la doccia... La pulizia molto superficiale, infatti abbiamo trovato delle formiche. Una delle camere da letto era così piccola da contenere solo il letto e un piccolo armadio... È adatta a una famiglia con bambini e non a più coppie. La zona non offre granché, bisogna spostarsi necessariamente in auto perché le spiagge vicine (10 minuti in macchina) sono impraticabili perché fatte di scogli alti.

Bett quietscht bei jeder Drehung und die Kissen waren recht steif

• Hu (6/5): Regular - Buen espacio, buena amplitud. Con piscina y limpio. La ducha está mal hecha, se sale siempre el agua y hay que estar fregándolo a cada rato, el colchón muy muy blando, nada cómodo para dormir. Por último me dijeron que si había traído mascotas que habían encontrado pelos en los sofás y todo eso, cosa que era absolutamente mentira y me ofendió un poco. No me pidieron ni perdón.

• Silvia (1/5): No volvería a reservar. - La terraza. En primer lugar, dicen que te envían la ubicación una semana antes por WhatsApp y no es así. El mismo día tuve que escribirles yo para que me dijeran cómo hacer el check in. La llave está a 11’ caminando del alojamiento. Si vais de retiro, genial, pero nosotros fuimos de vacaciones en familia y en la propia página de booking no pone nada de normas respecto al ruido (10pm). Muchísimas moscas y olor a estiércol sobre todo por las noches. Solo te dan una llave para 6 personas, llave que necesitas tanto para entrar al apartamento, como para la piscina, las rejas de fuera, con lo cual se hace bastante incómodo. Es un residencial con propietarios por lo que si no quieren ruidos (normales) no digo fiestas, no alquiléis porque a la mínima ya os están llamando la atención. Es más fácil no permitir alquiler vacacional y listo.

• Patrizia (9/5): Family of 4 stay - Recommend this apartment - Recommend!!!!!!! Great value for money - comfortable little apartment for a family of 4 - everything you need was there and Patricio was super friendly when he greeted us. He kept in contact and was only ever a text away. The underground garage was great for the hire car to stay cool and safe. The pool was brilliant - water was quite warm and although it technically closes at 10pm - you can swim in it any time (the sign said it's just your responsibility, which it is anyway). Overall it's excellent value for money TIP: close the curtains during the day when your out so the sun doesn't heat the place up - we did that and we were actually fine without air conditioning. As the apartment is on the first floor we could leave the windows open safely As with literally any stay in Tenerife (especially the newer, developed areas) there are workmen starting at 7.30/8am every morning (Mon-Fri) close by. We were sleeping with the windows open so the noise woke us up but overall it's not too bad as the price was so good we can't really argue and through our many trips to Tenerife we have always heard building work in the morning - it's no reflection on this apartment.

• Jackie (9/5): Perfect for our one night stay. - Location was great. Easy and prompt communication with host/property manager. Large swimming pool and balcony. Apartment was very clean. We couldn’t find a kettle but that was our only negative. The apartment was great.

Location is not good if you don't have a car because bus is not going during weekend and during workdays the last bus is around 5PM. Beside that, everything is really great!

The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The complex's swimming pool is a great bonus, and it was never too crowded, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful swim whenever we wanted. The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of four adults, and the option for additional guests was a plus. The nearby amenities, including restaurants and shops, are within walking distance, and the area feels safe and welcoming. Checking in and out was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like! Everything about our stay was perfect—from the cleanliness of the apartment to the excellent location and the amenities provided. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t change a thing. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay!
• Nina (10/5): Great value for money - Loved clean and nice appartment, huge terrace and great swimming pool. We enjoyed staying in Palm-Mar which is a good starting point for the trips around the island and is not too crowded as nearby turist destinations. Parking is free, but on the street; luckily we always got it. Sea is quite far and the beach in Palm-Mar is not good for swimming.
• Illia (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay for holidays. Lovely quiet area, large swimming pool, underground car parking with allocated space. Small supermarket just around the corner, the closest beach is about 15 min walk from the apartment complex. Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje are 15 min drive from this place with lots of beaches and things to do. I can only highly recommend this place, nothing to complain about! Nothing really, all good.

• Pauline (10/5): This is a brilliant location, could not fault our stay. - Great location, beside a nature reserve, with a small beach nearby and lots of lovely little harbour towns close by. The apartment block had a good sized swimming pool. Patricio who met us at the property was easy to communicate with and really helpful on our arrival.

• Marko (8/5): Very good - The location was ok, the town was quiet (no bars, no parties...), which is something we liked. The store was close, 5 min away were some nice restaurants, pharmacy... The apartment also has it's own parking in the garage. The apartment could be better equipped. There were 4 tea cups, 4 glasses, 4 plates, some of the cutlery was missing (the manager brought new cutlery the next morning). So it was not even possible to drink tea and coffee at the same time for the four of us. There could also be more pillow and blanket covers. The kitchen table was too small for four persons.
