• Ralph (6/5): - De locatie op loopafstand van Warner Brother Studio's London. De aankleding in Harry Potter Style. Er is geen koffie zet apparaat. Heel weinig servies en potten en pannen. Oven en sommige gaspitten werken niet. Waterkoker valf steeds uit van wege slecht contact. Een vieze luier op de kast in de kinderkamer. Schimmel in de wekpot met koffie. Er is geen vaatwasser en geen thermostaat kraan in de douche. Daarnaast is het erg gehorig, hoort steeds de buren en bovenburen praten en lopen.

• Deborah (2/5): - Nahe der Warner Bros Studios Als wir bei der Unterkunft angekommen sind war es Eiskalt, nach telefonat mit dem Vermieter konnte ich die Heizung anschalten. Als wir die Toilette benuzt haben, ist das Badezimmer überschwemmt.. Toilette nicht benutzbar. Vermieter informiert, sagte er schaue danach nichts mehr gehört. Später kam ein „Handwerker“ und hat die Toilette mit Klebeband(!!!!!!) „repariert“. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nichts weiter geschehen! Auch die Sauberkeit war zu wünschen übrig. Licht ging in div. Räumen nicht.

• Kelly (10/5): Magical, comfortable and great for families. - The Harry Potter theme throughout the property was a really lovely touch and made our stay more magical especially for the children as they were excited for the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The location is a perfect distance from both the train station and Warner Brothers Studio making our stay convenient as well as comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and facilities ideal for a short stay with families.

• Renae (10/5): Perfect for Harry Potter Fans! - The location. The Harry Potter decor was amazing! The hot water & radiators. Could do with a few more cooking utensils such as a wooden spoon, peeler & grater.
• Catherine (5/5): Good value for money for our purpose compared to other accommodation. - Excellent location to Harry Potter Studios and London. A little bit tired and needs a bit of updating in certain areas. The tv didn’t work.
• Lynn (8/5): Very good - We loved the place , the location was great It would have been nice to know the key code before arrival so we didn't have to stubble out around outside looking for it , plus to walk into a warm house would have been welcoming instead of having to ring the owner for instructions on how to turn it on , and the TV , no internet but Edward came the following night to get it going , but once again after a long day traveling, it would have been nice to have all the 3 things going
• Mcpherson (7/5): An amazing apartment for a HP fan - We loved how it was Harry Potter themed. It was clean there is no smell of mould whatsoever. I don’t know how people thought that. I didn’t see any mould when I was there. The heating was nice and toasty. We found out there is a bed in the couch too. So we had 2 double beds and bunk beds which is amazing. It was a lovely nice place. It’s completely clean lots of cleaning products and fresh bedding was on. We loved it and we would defo book again. In the future they had really good fast internet. The parking is terrible! No cars move in the parking spaces one van is clamped so we had to park 2 streets over far away from the apartment but it’s not the landlords fault. There is no working channels on the tv either it wouldn’t find any channels as there’s was no signal. The tv wasn’t used at all in my stay but it’s not a big deal I used my laptop to watch tv. The only thing I can say is the landlord needs to replace the kettle. It’s covered in limescale and I wiped the lip of the kettle and it was coming off so it was falling into a tea cup when pouring.. there isn’t really nothing bad I can say about the apartment the only problem I had was the limescale in the kettle. Oh and the bathroom bathtap that needs a good scrub if I had the cleaning supplies I would’ve done it myself. No big deal tho.
• Young (5/5): Harry Potter Apartment - The Harry Potter features where a nice touch and the beds were comfortable. Location for the movie studios was perfect, you could even walk it. The apartment had not been cleaned or had linens changed on arrival but after contacting the number given they came straight out and sorted it and we're very friendly. With only a 2 seater couch in the livingroom but an apartment that can take 6 it meant family member had to sit at the dining table for our stay of 3 days. While parking is mentioned, it is residential parking and I found it difficult to find a space, at one point having to park a street away. We also found the accommodation to be a little damp, which may have been down to the weather and lack of heating.
• Dot (7/5): Just a few minor niggles but overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. - Location was excellent for what we wanted - Harry Potter Studios and train into London. We had asked if there was sufficient bedding as we would need to use the sofa bed and were told that it would be in the main bedroom wardrobe. Unfortunately however, it wasn't there! I rang Edward and he delivered it personally within an hour of my phone call. Excellent service to rectify the initial problem. I should add that I found the sofa bed to be very comfortable! It could have been a bit cleaner! There was something sticky on the floor in the living room, which we cleaned up ourselves and we found someone else's hair and hair tie under the table. It didn't look as if the floors had been cleaned in the living room. Could be improved with some extra kitchen equipment - sieve and/or colander particularly. We took our own food to save on costs, which included rice and pasta - but there was nothing to strain it into once cooked. Although the apartment was advertised with on site parking, we never managed to get a space in the 3-4 days that we were there and had to park in the adjacent streets. Not a major problem but disappointing when we thought we had a parking space at the property. This situation was not helped by a van in one of the parking spaces at the property being clamped, thereby reducing the number of spaces available.

• Grace (1/5): worst experience I have ever had in my life. Avoid this place at all costs. - The worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Avoid this place at all costs. The moment we opened the front door, the property smelt very badly of mould and damp. The main bedroom had black mould all around the window wall and all over the blinds. This was unsuitable conditions, especially as one of the guests is pregnant. The bedding in the main bedroom was smelly - particularly the duvet smelling damp. It was evident property had not been cleaned properly from the previous guests as the floors of the hallway and bathroom were dirty with dust and hair. The kitchen toaster covered in crumbs. The kettle was filthy and covered in heavy limescale. We phoned booking.com to complain and they advised to speak to landlord directly. We phoned landlord to explain the conditions were not suitable. The landlord was shocked about the mould and said it was the first he’d heard of this, however we have since found a review of this property on booking.com website dated 7th June 2024 about th mould and dirt. The landlord has written a response to this review denying the mould - so he’s clearly turning a blind eye to this issue. The landlords solution to this problem was to move us into another one of his properties in Watford. He asked us to transport bedding with us. We declined this as the bedding was smelling damp. Regardless, this is a shocking request to make. We met the landlord at his other property so he could let us in. The only reason we stayed there was because it was now 8.30pm, pregnant guest was becoming exhausted, and at least this place had no mould. It was only much later in the night we then realised this place was significantly worse and not meeting legal requirements. The fire alarm wasn’t active / working, and the carbon monoxide detector was loose on a shelf and had not been set up and therefore not working. Worse still, the light shade on the ceiling in the kitchen still had the cellophane wrapper on which is a fire hazard.
• Craig (7/5): Cleanliness wasn’t great but overall we had a great time and location more than made up for anything else. Our boys love - Location was great and for the most part the decor was spot on. It wasn’t very clean. A lot of con webs (which kind of added to the stay) and also a lot of dust, hair etc. not a massive issue though.
• Lynsay (7/5): Good - The Harry Potter theme of accommodation and the location to the Harry Potter studios was great. Also, 15 min car journey to train station for day out to Central London sightseeing. Limited parking outside accommodation.

We won’t stay away there for work again. - Garden area was nice The polish guy shouting abuse at us for not being able to park in the garages with my truck and chipper trying to then fight us because he thought he owned the car park. Was not happy and felt very threatened.
• Joanne (8/5): Excellent location, fun themed apartment - Stayed for two nights, two adults, two children. Excellent location for visiting Warner Bros Studios, 15 minute walk or 3 minutes in a car. Handy Co-op shop within 15 minutes stroll and easy access to motorways. Nice quiet location. Our kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter theme in the apartment 😀 Property only had a two seater settee in the lounge for the four of us to sit on, a couple of comfy lounge chairs or another two seater settee would be a great addition.
