Mariani (7/5): Bella posizione, però spiaggia rocciosa e poco agibile. - La villetta presenta una magnifica vista sullo Ionio, la zona è molto silenziosa nonostante i due locali nei pressi della spiaggia. Il grande terrazzo sul tetto permette di prendere il sole in assoluta privacy. Eccellente l'impegno del gestore che si è distinto per cortesia e cura nel colmare alcune lacune. La villetta è bifamiliare, se ci fosse stata un'altra famiglia nel locale accanto non si avrebbe avuto abbastanza privacy, doveva essere segnalato sul sito. La spiaggia innanzi però presenta solo rocce vulcaniche e non è praticabile. La casa è grande ed avrebbe la necessità di più condizionatori d'aria. I due presenti non potevano essere utilizzati nello stesso tempo (la corrente si staccava). La lavatrice era funzionante, ma un po' datata (si prendeva la scossa toccando i pulsanti). Ho trovato anche la cucina con qualche pecca: i fornelli a gas si accendevano male e la dotazione di stoviglie era appena sufficiente. Acqua corrente non potabile (veniva riempita una cisterna periodicamente) e la doccia andrebbe sistemata per gli attacchi.
