Когато попитахме ни отговориха, че не предлага такава услуга. В сайта стои още същата обява с такси. Мъжът ми си забрави нов пуловер и Когато установих ме в къщи липсата му написахме съобщение. Отговориха ни, че няма никакъв забравен пуловер. Може би чистачката знае нещо по въпроса.

• Samuele (7/5): Great location, not too far from the centre and or the river. Facilities needs improvements. - Location was really good - we enjoyed the nearby stores and playground for our 3 years old daughter. Entrance to the apartment is really safe and easy to go to the second floor with a lift. Communication with the host was fine, although you never know to which person you're actually talking to, so it feels like a bot communication :-D - but it's fine anyway, they helped us with Check-in and Check-out time and to find lockers as well. Facilities not well thought for families or the number of people visiting. We had to buy toilette paper, napkins, oil and sugar. There were no basic elements for cooking, such as olive oil or salt. Not enough for 6 days of our stay anyway. Visiting with a 3 years old kid, the host should assume that some cooking will happen.

Puedes ir andando a las visitas imprescindibles de Sevilla y está en una zona tranquila para descansar sin ruidos. Para repetir sin duda.

The location is excellent with just a 20 min walk to the center of the city and the many historic sites. Their recommendations of places to eat were very helpful especially the Bar Ambigú. • Gaskell (10/5): Beautiful traditional apartment in old town. - The accommodation was in a beautiful old traditional apartment block with inner courtyard, in a very convenient location for the old town. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we could need. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Seville. There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation.

The apartment was nice and spacious with all the necessary facilities, very comfortable beds, and no street noise. The location is good, very close to restaurants, bars and supermarket, 20 minute walk to the cathedral. We enjoyed our stay! :)

Building architecture is traditional Andalusian, beautiful features and very clean. Daniel welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 😊 Nothing comes to mind!

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Location - proximity to the center, however not with tourist crowds, which was great. Nice restaurants and tapas bars around - very good area. Host was available at any time - it was good to have someone to meet you in person and give details about apartment facilities. Daniel also provided some addresses of close located supermarkets and bars:) It was raining all the time during our stay in Seville and was a relief to find that in addition to air conditioning, the apartment also has convector radiators in every room. There are paid parking garages close to apartment (about 8-10 minutes by foot) prices 20 - 29 euro/ 24 hours. Air conditioning system was some kind of split system to all the rooms (living room and two bedrooms) and we couldn`t switch it on properly .
• Andrea (9/5): What a wonderful city! - Nice apartment in a very nice area of the historical center. You'll have to walk approx 1/1.5 km to reach the main attractions, such as the majestic Cathedral or Real Alcazar. Many services such as supermarket and pharmacy close to the apartment, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. Cleanliness was impeccable in the whole house.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - highly recommended - The apartment looks in real life as beautiful as it does on the photos. We really appreciated having an elevator as well. The weather was not great during our stay so we could not use the roof terrace which look very lovely and inviting. The beds were comfortable, there shower worked well, and we liked that there was an Nespresso machine in the kitchen with capsules provided. The location is wonderful. The street is pretty, and right next door is a beautiful little square in front of a church with a great cafe for breakfast and a several nice tapas restaurants. The walk into the city centre took about 15 minutes and even the little side streets were lively and pretty. We felt that this neighbourhood was not very touristy and had a very pleasant, safe and inviting feel to it. We would definitely come back to this apartment and this neighbourhood at a future visit. We were met at the apartment by a friendly employee and could check in and deposit our luggage several hours before the official chick-in time, which we very much appreciated! Although the street outside the apartment is small and not very busy, we found it still too noisy to sleep with the windows open. With the windows and the shutters closed, however, it was quiet and dark. The dividing wall between the two bedrooms seems to be particularly thin. We could hear the other person speaking as if in the same room.

• Jean-philippe (10/5): Amazing location, super well equipped apartment and fancy rooftop - The apartment was super clean, very spacious and well equipped. The AC was working super well. It's in a very safe building and it was super quiet. The rooftop is out of this world, we have been lucky to be the only one using it. Very good for sunbathing not much, maybe the box key is a bit far away. But it was funny finding them

• Lourdes (10/5): Wonderful week in Seville with the beautiful apartment centrally located in the old town area - Beautiful property, bright and airy with a wonderful rooftop patio with view of city, quiet location, easy walk to plazas, grocery store and restaurants and easy walking distance to Seville Cathedral, Plaza de Espana and the Barrio Santa Cruz The host was waiting for us to give us the keys, show us around. Elevator was a nice touch.

• Anne (9/5): Great apartment for a homely stay. - Location was great with easy walks, through nice streets, to various landmarks and facilities. Plenty of places to eat close by. Roof terrace was a real bonus especially with lift access. Hosts did a fab job of resolving an issue straightaway. Washing machine, coffee machine and pods were appreciated. Beds and bedlinen were very comfortable Ideally aircon would of been a little more powerful or user friendly but perhaps that's a personal choice. A bit of info in the apartment to advise where to dispose of rubbish would be useful.

• Hayley (10/5): Perfect base for a long weekend in Seville! - Everything was great. Primitivo met us with the keys and showed us around, he also gave us a map with recommendations. The apartment was spacious, cool (important when it's so hot), clean, beds were comfy and the roof terrace such a bonus for relaxing after a busy day out and about. It was quiet enough at night. You're close to many shops/restaurants and cafe's, not far to walk into the more central area but also the city bikes are 100 yards away, so you can use these to cycle around too. I'd highly recommend and would book again if returning to Seville. Nothing, everything was great.
• Gavin (10/5): Brits first experience in Seville, very good! - The stay here was really good. The location was very good as well. It's very close to a strip behind it called the Alameda de Hércules which essentially is a long strip of restaurants and bars. A good place to retreat back to if you want to go out and be close to the apartment but also go out and be spoiled with places to go. The apartment itself is in a quiet area but also near a church, some bars and restaurants opposite and a mini supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Our stay was from 20th to 25th March 2024. Seville was very full-on, in a good way. Much busier than I expected, but always something going on. I would recommend visiting the Alcazar, the Cathedral and a Sangria tasting - (we understood the locals order a drink called Tinto with oranges or lemon. The tourists order Sangria). and Plaza de Espana. This time of year we went, although it was warm. Certainly warmer than the UK. It was overcast for the week unfortunately. We did get a chance however to get a look at their holy week which was a very interesting experience. Also there was some banging with building work opposite us at 8am weekday mornings. But it's a busy city. What can you do. Small price to pay for all the benefits you get. The apartment itself is a really big space and you get a roof top terrace 👍

The Apprtment is cosy and in an excellent locaiton. Location: The apartment is in a fabulous location. Host: The host is freindly and knowledgable Apartment Features: The apartment is fully equipped and cosy. View: The roof terrace provides a gorgeous view of the city. Floor and Lift: The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is serviced by a lift, which is appreciated. Comfort: The beds are comfortable. Connectivity: The apartment has great Wi-Fi. Security: The apartment is very secure and feels safe. Proximity: There are great bars and shops within a 2-minute walk.

• Robertz (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with a fantastic roof terrace - Danny met us at the property to show us around. He was very friendly and helped us get our bearings on the map. We loved the feel and layout of the apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. There was more than enough space for the 3 of us. The location was fantastic. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the nearby square and a short walk to the city centre. Even though it was a buzzy area, our bedrooms were very quiet at night (apart from the church bell!). I've stayed in Seville before and not been able to sleep due to noisy nightlife so that was a huge benefit. Another major plus was the roof terrace. We had lunch up there and evening drinks and nibbles. It gets the sun and has a lovely view. We wondered if it would be pain as it's not directly linked to the apartment but it was very easy to access and a tray in the apartment was handy for taking snacks up there. It also looked from the photos like all the apartment windows were internal but the bedrooms and lounge have juliet balconies that open onto the street so it's very light. We loved our stay and would 100% choose this apartment again!

It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with everything you could need. We arrived late at night and it was great that we were met and shown the apartment and given great tips about what to do. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this fantastic city. • Claudia (9/5): We had a lovely stay in Sevilla at Hispalis Casa Palacio, everyone was very helpful and kind. - The apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean. The terrace is really beautiful ideal to enjoy an aperitive or coffee in the morning. The location is excellent, away from busy areas yet in walking distance to little cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Can easily walk to all major touristic attractions Nothing really, maybe the only comment would be to have the bathroom curtain longer to reach the floor.

In an area to the north of the old city which we came to love and adore and was not at all touristy. Lot of old bars serving good beer and tapas. Beds extremely comfortable which was good after a day spent walking. Well equipped kitchen etc. Lovely roof terrace also which we made use of. Primitivo picked us up at the airport and quickly got us settled in. He is such a lovely friendly person. Seville is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back...hopefully we will be able to stay in this apartment again. Nothing.

Really lovely decor and beautiful features in the communal areas typical of the region. Roof terrace is fabulous - we invited our friend who lives in Seville for an apero - lovely atmosphere and great view. The cleaner had missed a few areas prior to our arrival but the agent had these seen to on the day we moved in. Unfortunately not all areas were properly recleaned by the cleaner. Nothing major.l - it did not detract from our stay at this gorgeous apartment. Also the sound carries between rooms and from the streets (when the french doors are open). Again didn’t bother us that much as we are a family and this is a city, so some noise to be expected.
