• Graeme (9/5): Good place to stay in Keswick. - Well equipped property in Keswick. Includes parking. There are some minor issues. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling. This was attended ro by the lost. The property is located on a fairly busy road.
• Martin (8/5): - Spotless. Instant heating Quiet Great location Well stocked with supplies Owner dealt with issues very quickly and was very approachable and friendly. Most rooms gloomy, except the lounge, and had to keep the lights on. Not particularly spacious. OK for 2 people. Bathroom was tiny.

• Peter (6/5): Generally good but needs some attention. - Good heating system Slow broadband, some of my sent emails were not received, and twice the Tv stalled. Hair dryer did not give any heat. Pillows were hard.

• Olivia (9/5): The host was very friendly and communicated well with us. Gave great suggestions for things in town - We were sent a door code. This made accessibility easy for both check in but also travelling as a small group because it didn’t mean we had to coordinate who had the keys and allowed flexibility The sofa bed was comfortable but very basic. Did the job.
• Rachel (7/5): - Good location with off road parking and nice size apartment. Host very responsive and helpful. Heating warmed the apartment really quickly which was great to take the chill off. For us the sofa's and dining chairs weren't comfortable and hubby found the bed uncomfortable as well (I found it comfortable enough). We felt a few little improvements to quality/attention to detail were required.

Well equipped apartment and convenient parking. Maybe think about providing a fan..it was very hot during our stay and sadly that is likely to become a common issue.

• Janet (9/5): I was pleasantly surprised, this flat was so well equipped, it was roomy and comfortable. - Location was excellent, short walk to Keswick Town Centre on main road, or just over the road was the entrance to the park to cut through to town over bridge. Dedicated parking space. Very clean and well equipped ground floor flat, with very good shower and large bath. The bed was comfortable. Everything I needed for a weekend, self catering, stay was provided. One of the settees in the lounge was a bit uncomforable, very soft, but the other was fine.

• Matthew (7/5): Nice location and space for exploring Keswick however could use a few updates. - Great location with dedicated parking spot for exploring Keswick or getting out to the country side. Nice having a separate seating/living room with large bay windows. Was nice that the TV was hooked up to local cable for some basic viewing. The washing machine does not have a drying function, but with the nice drying rack provided and bay windows in living room things dried quickly. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very stiff and could feel the bed springs poking. The Wifi Internet was very unreliable and kept dropping and giving "Wrong Password" errors even though we never changed our password. I work remotely and needed internet during the stay which was very frustrating. Reached out to host during stay, but didn't hear back about the internet.

Incredible location with easy access to shops for food and a quick drive to some great walks and hikes. Spacious and clean, it was a very comfortable place to return to each evening.

• Martin (8/5): Spacious Warm and near the town!! - The apartment was comfortable. Spacious and warm. It was very near the town just a short walk away .. Parking was at the rear which was ideal. Was also quiet. Communication with the host was very good! The living room was a bit dark would benefit with brighter lighting especially in the evening... ... Maybe would benefit with fresh paint etc... Despite these small areas we still enjoyed our stay.... Thanks again....
• Susan (7/5): Brilliant location - Location is brilliant short walk through the park to town . Lighting is poor could do with brighter bulbs. Sofa is very uncomfortable. This is a ground floor apartment but be aware you do have 4 stairs to the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

Good comms with owner who responded. No pavements on some of the road it’s on. Some cleaning issues I made the owner aware of. Hard bed: resolved with communication. This seems to be a frequent problem with properties we have stayed at.

• Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful clean spacious apartment and a short walking distance to the centre of Keswick, which can be accessed by walking through Fitz park or just along the road. It had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday, and the communication with the owners was brilliant. I definitely recommend booking this property for your stay. Thank you 😊 There is nothing to dislike.
• Sharon (10/5): Good location - Lovely clean flat in an excellent location and free parking. As the weather was not good it was good to be so close to the pheasant inn for a meal at night so we didn't get too wet and the food and real ales were great. Nothing to do with the flat but there is a lack of pathways on the first bit of the walk into Keswick but luckily the road was not too busy.

• Anonymous (10/5): Best property we’ve stayed at in Keswick and we’ve stayed in many apartments and hotels this was by far the best - Lovely clean homely apartment. Comfortable bed loved all the little touches everything needed in the kitchen even down to washing powder. Will definitely stay again. Ideal location only downside was the slate floors but we did stay in minus degree weather. If you go in winter take slippers, as I felt like I had to constantly put heating on even though this wasn’t a problem I could t help feel guilty with the price of gas and electricity. Ideal location close to Keswick centre. We can’t wait to stay again highly recommend. Slate floors although will be lovely and cool in the summer we did stay in December. Not enough to put us off though. Just forgot to take my slippers.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom clean and tidy. Excellent communication from the owner. The front door to the apartment felt like a regular internal door with a lock, not too big a deal but I didn't like that. The smell as you enter the apartment wasn't fresh and living room had some small damp patches but that's understandable in an old building. Better to walk/drive down the back lane to get out onto road for better visibility as the road busy and people drive too fast.
