- adyman77 (10/5): - Totul la superlativ! Cel mai bun raport calitate/pret din zona.
Apartamentul are toate facilitățile pentru a sta cel putin o săptămână, fara nici cea mai mica problema.
Terasa e super iar cartierul, fiind rezidențial e foarte liniștit si intim. Toată lumea se saluta cu toată lumea iar traficul pe strada din fata apartamentului e minim spre zero.
Parcarea subterana privata e un mare bonus, masina sta la umbra si nu in soare.
Piscina e deosebita si foarte puțin populata mai ales in aceasta perioada. 3 zile din 4 am stat singuri la toată piscina, liniste si relaxare totala. Și e foarte îngrijită, vine cineva zilnic la întreținerea ei.
Și nu in ultimul rand, gazdele sunt deosebit de amabile, chiar daca nu locuiesc acolo, va răspund la orice întrebare sau informare pe Whatsapp, imediat. Nota 10 cu felicitari!
O sa revenim cu drag in aceasta locatie si o recomandam din suflet, tuturor.

- David (10/5): Excellent stay - Apartment was very clean and spaceous. You have covered parking space which is great for summer days. Kitchen is fully equipped to make food. It has salt, coffee, tea, oil.... The owner is super frinedly and very responsive to all our questions. She was kind to let us arrive earlier. The apartment is very bright and has a TV with Netflix. Wifi was working fine. It has washing machine and dryer which is extra good. In the apartent you will find two AC. One in bedroom and one in living room which is perfect. The garden-padio outside of a living rrom is great to seat and relax. I strongly recomend this place.

- tatjana (10/5): The best host! Very attentive and quick to respond. It’s clean, and very atmospheric. - I loved the size and planning. It’s spacious. It’s stylish. Bedroom was great, the bed is very comfortable. Had two extra pillows. Kitchen is equped with everything you need.
Washing machine and dryer - the best.
Terrace and the view is amazing, quiet and spacious. You have to wait until hot water will come. But it will come.
TV size is not big.
- Anna (9/5): - Very well equipped. Comfortable bed. Excellent idea with extra slippers, spare toothbrushes, snorkelling sets, spare light bulbs.
Very helpful owner. Since our apartment faced the street, it lacked a bit privacy when on the terrace- higher hedge might solve the problem.
- Alexander (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt und toller Apartmentanlage. - Sehr schöner, gepflegter Apartmentkomplex. Apartment sauber und geräumig sowie gut ausgestattet. Pool und Umgebung sehr gepflegt, genügend Liegen vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Jedoch wird ein Auto empfohlen, welches wir auch hatten, um alle Vorzüge von Peyia, den nahegelegenen Stränden wie z.B. Coral Bay und auch den schönen Spots in der Umgebung nutzen zu können.
- Jandy (10/5): Peyia Springs C101 - The apartment was very clean and modern. In a really good central location. the swimming pool was great and the whole complex was clean and well kept. Great communication from Moti explaining where to park and how to enter the apartment. We had no issues at all and we will definitely be going back and using this again. There was nothing not to like about the apartment or the complex

- Bon rapport qualité prix Attention, vous devez toujours disposer de la clé sur vous car si par malheur vous tirez la porte d'entrée pour la fermer (sans la verrouiller) et que les clés sont restées à l 'intérieur, vous êtes bon pour faire appel à un serrurier car visiblement Blue Orange Property Management n'a pas de double de clés, chose qui nous est malheureusement arrivée. Mais bon, en disant au serrurier qu'elle n'est pas verrouillée et qu'une simple feuille de radio pourrait l'ouvrir, il n'a pas cherché à nous arnaquer comme cela arrive souvent en France, on a payé 40€ pour sa prestation donc prix très raisonnable.
