• Maysa (8/5): - The flat is nice and modern It was terribly hard to find the location, specially because I didn't have internet. Not even the taxi driver knew where it was! Imagine me at 2am trying to find this place in such a desert neighbourhood. It was nightmarish
• Castro (2/5): desilusão - localização muito perto do comboio. limpeza muito aquém, tudo cheio de pó, mal limpo. após contactarmos a empresa que gere o alojamento, trataram de enviar alguém para fazer nova limpeza mas manteve a sujidade. apenas colocaram o papel higiénico no sitio. penso que deveria ter mais controlo com a limpeza.
• Natalia (7/5): Buen alojamiento pero poco cuidado y aprovechado. - Es tal cual sale en la foto y bastante acogedor. No hemos podido meter el coche en el garaje porque el dueño no especificaba cuál era la plaza y por más que insistía no era de ayuda porque no me decía la plaza concreta y llego al punto de no contestar más. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue la limpieza, pelos en las almohadas, sábanas, cortinas, alfombra… por no decir que faltaban artículos de limpieza, en concreto pocos recursos para limpiar o cocinar. Mala comunicación con el dueño.

• Pascal (10/5): Très classe ! - Facile d'accès, confortable, quartier calme. L'appartement est bien situé, pas loin du centre ville et dans un quartier de haut standing. Plus de précision sur l'accès au parking. En effet, il y a deux entrées, je me suis retrouvé pendant 10 min dans le parking voisin. Enfin, l'évacuation de la douche était bouchée.

• Rieder (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einer größeren neugebauten Wohnanlage nicht weit von einer Bahnstation weg. Die Altstadt (auch Sintra) ist dadurch gut erreichbar. Alternativ hält ein Bus nicht weit von der Unterkunft weg. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Bett ist sehr bequem, alles wie auf den Bildern. Kostenlose Stellplätze gibt es in der Umgebung bzw für die Wohnung gibt es alternativ auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Check-In könnte noch verbessert werden und das richtige Haus ist auch mit der Beschreibung nicht leicht zu finden. Es muss auch jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe kommen. Wir haben dadurch fast 2 Stunden mit Suchen und Warten verbracht. Vielleicht könnte das noch optimiert werden.
• Murat (6/5): It will be nice place if they fix all issues. But for now - can’t really recommend this place. - Apartments’s are clean and comfortable, but… 1. Upon arrival staff from facility sent me YouTube video with location and instructions about key. That was a misleading video - no safe is present at the location. When I called them, they said that someone will deliver keys in 23:30 - one and a half hour later than expected. Actual time when someone brought keys - 22:41. There are no branches or chairs, so my family just sit at stair for 1.5 hours straight. Good luck if you need bathroom… Terrible service, terrible instructions. 2. There was nothing at the kitchen except for tap water, no even single coffee pod, sugar, tea bag or cooking oil. Guests are expected to bring their own products? 3. The bathroom sink drains very poorly. 4. The shower is even worse — the water barely drains, and you end up standing ankle-deep in the water you just bathed in.
• Jorge (5/5): - Localização Boa. Apartamento moderno, bem equipado e confortável. Necessário entrega física das chaves. A/C avariado sem resolução durante a estadia de 3 noites. Painel de controlo de domótica não funcional, incluindo videoporteiro. Dificuldade de contacto com a gestão do alojamento.

Bonne équipe de gestion ! - Etablissement sécurisé, literie très confortable, très belle salle de bain, propreté OK, 20min du centre ville et 3min à pied du lieu de mes rendez-vous. Décoré avec goût et gestionnaire facilement accessible en cas de questions. Je recommande à 100% Pas le minimum pour assaisonner le repas (sel, poivre)
