• PAULO (10/5): Incrível, maravilhoso, majestoso… - Não é só um apartamento. É uma experiência incrível em uma ótima localização em Lausanne. Muito amplo com varanda TV gigante 2 quartos sala e cozinha espaçosos, tem absolutamente tudo.

• Paolo (10/5): - Self check in, senza chiave ma con codice. Gestore disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, con due camere da letto (ognuna con la sua TV), 2 bagni (uno con vasca/doccia, l'altro con lavatrice e asciugatrice), e open space con cucina e soggiorno (con divano letto). Zona centrale. Kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato. Parcheggio da prenotare a parte. Ma anche se vi svegliate tardi e non è più libero, troverete dei parcheggi (a pagamento) attorno al condominio.

• Lisa (10/5): - Alles sehr gut erklärt, auch wenn es keinerlei menschlichen Kontakt gab. Wir waren zu Dritt und das Schliesssystem war für uns sehr hilfreich, weil wir uns mit dem Schlüssel nicht absprechen mussten.
• Paolo (9/5): Completo di tutto - Ottimo, pulito, completo di tutto il necessario e di domotica all'ultima moda. Il gestore risponde in ogni momento. Abbiamo avuto un emergenza durante la notte e ci hanno risposto subito, e questo va molto bene. Cucina completa di quasi tutta la dotazione base. Kit di benvenuto con saponi asciugamani caffè molto gradito e apprezzato. Forse per 6 persone è leggermente sacrificato avendo un bagno solo ma per il prezzo si può chiudere un occhio.

• IMANE (9/5): Super - L’emplacement était top ! Tout est à proximité (bus,centre ville, supermarché …). L’acceuil de l’hôte est superbe et il est très réactif ! Soucieux de notre confort et réponds très rapidement aux questions via WhatsApp. Vidéos explicatives facilitent notre arrivée. La propreté et quelques cadeaux de première nécessité (brosse à dents, shampooing, gel douche..) sont à disposition , je recommande vivement Les travaux face au logement mais un parking est à disposition ☺️

El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado, cuidando hasta detalles como ofrecer papel de cocina, cápsulas de café, aceite, sal...Todo el inmueble muy nuevo, cuidado, equipado y limpio. Wifi funcionando genial y la ubicación del apartamento de 10, en una zona tranquila a 15 minutos andando del centro.

La literie mériterais d'être changer. Matelas assez mou. Le sol n'était pas super propre. Il restait même un chiffon par terre vers le clic clac.

Télé sans explicatif : pas de possibilité de voir les chaines nationales françaises, pour amélioration sur les séjours plus longs zone de bureaux , triste vue malgré le lac au loin Venus pour le marché de noël de LAUSANNE , très décevant! ; plutôt aller sur MONTREUX ! Ne pas s'attendre à des décorations festives de la ville et les habitants ne décorent pas non plus leurs balcons, dommage La vie est relativement couteuse

L’hôte a été facilement joignable sur WhatsApp pour apporter la solution d’ouverture et de check in. L'application Check in details - In-House très réactive avec toutes les explications pour check in et check out. Parfait Rien, sauf un petit souci pour rentrer dans l'immeuble un soir, qui a été réglé.

• Karin (4/5): Ein no go wenn man nicht ins Haus reinkommt und eine Person immer zu Hause bleiben muss. - Das Appartement war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut erreichbar. Die Türöffnug der Haustüre mit dem Unlock button am Handy hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab eine Fehlermeldung, man sollte manuell einen Code eingeben, Das hat nicht geklappt. Wir waren auf Nachbarn angewiesen, die gerade ins Haus gingen um in das Haus zu kommen. Wir konnten die Wohnung nicht mehr gemeinsam verlassen. Das Nachtessen mussten wir somit ausfallen lassen. Der Besitzer hat einmal das Telefon abgenommen, danach leider nicht mehr - eine unmögliche Situation. Auch auf email hat er nicht geantwortet. In die Wohnung hingegen sind wir problemlos gekommen. Wir haben auch den Parkplatz für CHF 20.- für eine Nacht dazugebucht. Leider erhielten wir keine Angabe um welchen Parkplatz es sich in der Garage handelt. Ein Nachbar (zu recht etwas genervt) hat uns gesagt, welchen Platz wir benutzen dürfen. Im grossen Schlafzimmer konnten wir die Deckenlampe nicht ausschalten. Offenbar war die Batterie der Fernsteuerung leer. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer war keine Batterie für die Fernsteuerung der Deckenlampe. Wir haben keine Ersatzbatterie gefunden.

• Dumontheil (5/5): Trop de stress pour stationner et accéder à l’appartement - Gros point noir pour accéder à l’appartement L’application sur le téléphone ne fonctionnais pas très bien ( un temps infini a rentrer ) Ensuite en panne ( donc partir porte ouverte après avoir contacter le propriétaire ) Une fois réparer cela fonctionnais très bien Je vous cache pas que ça donner beaucoup de tresse à notre séjour Pour stationner la voiture vraiment pas facile Dans l’équipement marqué cafetière et c’était une à capsule ( a rectifier qui serais bien pour les prochain locataire )

• Lothar (9/5): Excellent place for a stay in Lausanne with 4+ persons - Modern and very nice apartment with all necessary equipment for 2 days stay. Host was reachable by phone and messaging almost all the time, and very supportive. Clear instructions how to get the keys, easy takeover and give-back procedure. Apartment located on the first floor, but not facing the main street, what reduces the exposure to noise. Close to the city centre (25 minutes walk). The only thing I missed was a view over the lake from the apartment, as it is located on the ground floor.
