- Carpenter (5/5): It was okay, no major complaints really but some things really do need sorted - Location was good.
Big sainsburys across the road as well as a couple of convenience stores right outside.
Loads of food options on the same street.
Key lock box was handy.
All the correspondence prior to arriving was spot on, everything you would need to know. Could really benefit from a new front door lock/new front door.
A YouTube video on how to open the door says it all really 😂.
Couldn't open the kitchen window as it was broken.
Stains on 2 of the bedrooms walls.
Multiple Sections missing from the blinds.
Cobwebs between the toilet and bath (spider included).
If you have a shower it pours out of a pipe outside above the front door downstairs.
WiFi is extremely poor, TV constantly lost connection to Netflix etc.
Not the landlords fault necessarily but in the email received it said we need to be out for a certain time to let the cleaning team in.
It seems like alot was missed by the cleaning team.
- wendy (5/5): Wouldn't recommend - The location was quite good just a short walk to the tram stop and sea front. There was enough space in the apartment for 4 of us. Parking was ok. The apartment itself needed some work. The cupboard doors in the kitchen didn't close properly, the drawers in the kitchen were very tricky to open, the only bin in the apartment was the kitchen bin and the lid didn't stay shut. The place was very grubby with marks on walls and doors and dust on skirting boards. We were warned about the front door before we got there but getting in wasn't a problem, getting out was, which could be an issue in an emergency. One of the bedrooms had a nasty smell. One of the other bedrooms had paint peeling from above the window, no mirror in one bedroom. The blinds were old and not very functional. Hanging rails but hardly any coat hangers. Lastly it wasn't quiet. Noisy till quite late every night we were there.
- Charlotte (9/5): Recommend - Great location, many shops around. N/A

- Sennett (6/5): Small children family stay - It was good to stay in a homely place with my family. The kitchen was helpful to cut costs. It was pleasant and nicely looked after I have two children under 5. I found some areas a bit tricky with them such as a wire hanging out of the lower wall in sitting room, and they kept running into the wardrobes which were quite dirty inside. The bin needs replacing. We found that the heater turns on but only if you first press the radiator looking button on the boiler! Was freezing until we figured that out.
- Charlotte (9/5): Fantastic value for money - Location was fantastic, close to Blackpool just a tram ride away, but also plenty of places to eat very close by. The house was very clean and a good temperature. The hosts were great ensuring we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The house is fantastic value for money and we would absolutely stay again. Some attention to detail needed, a door was literally hanging off its hinges, just needs putting back in place. Not enough seating to accommodate 7 people staying there. Could do with curtains in the lower level bedroom as the blinds are broken and let a lot of light in.
- Estelle (7/5): Good - The property were very spacious in a good location. It was clean and tidy it. Good price! The front door had a very stiff lock which we were aware of before going as we had correspondence on this from the hosts. It took us about 10/15 minutes to get in every time we left the property. on the Saturday night when we returned it took us 50 minutes to get in the property, I rang the emergency number who sent me a you tube video on how to open the door which I explained I had already watched. We were stood outside with 3 children in the rain late at night. We eventually after trying for so long managed to open the door.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (10/5): I would highly recommend - Spacious, clean, good location, modern Nothing!
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Kumar (10/5): Exceptional - Every well maintained house Clean and comfortable rooms
- Elizabeth (8/5): One Day In Blackpool - It was spacious and suited our needs. Liked the colourful lit shower head. There was plenty cupboard space. Lots of restaurants and shops in the same street which was very handy. Nice big bedrooms. Parking was easy. There were only 4 plates etc in the kitchen cupboards when there were 10 of us! And the description said it can take 13 people! Some of the decor was unfinished but most of it looked newly painted. Garden out the back was untidy but the owners possibly haven't got round to that yet. Pigeons woke us up in the morning early by pecking at the window frames for some reason but that isn't the owner's fault.
- Justaboyinabeanie (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful home, great location with easy links to the town centre.
10/10 would stay again
- Ann (8/5): Comfortable accommodation, great location - Great location and was a good size. Beds were extremely comfortable with nice bedding Felt it was set up for 4 people despite beds for 7
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irene (9/5): Good value comfortable stay. Very clean and modern. - Good location No towel rails in bathroom. Insufficient crockery for number of guests.
