• Rita (8/5): Nice house, excellent communication, comfortable, close to Croissant Park - The cottage is clean and the kitchen very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is off the larger bedroom and when you close the door the other bedroom has no access to it, so you have to go thru the larger bedroom to get to the bathroom. -it’s a little awkward.

From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, the proximity to everything yet so quiet - this adorable place is a must. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive and couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip south. Thank you so much ;)

The place was absolutely spotless — truly you could eat off the floor clean — and so comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. It felt very well cared for and thoughtfully set up. What really made this stay special, though, was the host- Joanne. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. When we noticed the fridge filter needed replacing, she immediately sent over boxes of water and even asked which kind we preferred. That level of care and going above and beyond is rare and so appreciated. Overall, a fantastic place and an even better host. We would absolutely recommend this stay and would happily book again. N/A

• Stephanie (10/5): Great place - The property has everything you need. It has parking out front and a courtyard to sit outside. Spacious lounge kitchen, 2 bedrooms,bathroom and utility room. It is easy to find and not far from the airport although that did not disturb us.

• Morris (10/5): Thoughtful, Clean, and Comfortable Stay with Great Host Support - I had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The host came by shortly after check-in to ensure everything was set, which I really appreciated. While the AC wasn’t working initially, it was fixed right away. I also appreciated all the little extras—coffee pods, extra blankets and pillows, and even a fan! Those thoughtful touches made the stay even better. Overall, a very positive experience.

• Rory (10/5): Great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Fort Lauderdale. The property was exactly what we needed – very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was such a convenient bonus, especially for a longer stay. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, and there was plenty of parking space right in front of the property, which made everything easy. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again if we’re back in the area. I’m also very grateful for the attentiveness of the host, Joan – she was a very pleasant and helpful host who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay! No complaints.

Lovely bed and bedding, nice towels, great shower, very well stocked kitchen, and lots of nice touches to make it feel homely. Great location, nice and quiet, easy parking. Nothing!

It was stocked with everything I needed and there were little snacks and water that was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect. Out of the chaos but close to everything. A very quiet spot close to the airport. The only thing that I would have wanted was hotter water. But I would highly recommend this place.

I cooked two dinners for my son who lives downtown and it was a great working kitchen and had everything I needed. I wish the property had a door to the laundry room just a bifold would be so nice and so inexpensive I didn’t like going to sleep and looking in the utility room and I wish the property had a lot more hooks for wet towels behind doors, etc.

• Janet (10/5): Hoke away from home! - Only great things to say about these accommodations. We came from out of state for surgery, and it was the best place to recuperate. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for 2 weeks. Comfortable beds, cottage was sparkling clean and it is a super quiet location. The owners were very accommodating and responded to us immediately. Would def recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a place. We will come stay again next time we are in the area. Everything was perfect!

Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Nothing in particular except that access to the Fort Lauderdale beach can be complicated due to traffic. Plan at least 20 minutes to get there, probably more.

Perfect for a little getaway Not the property itself, but there were no street lights on, so it was hard to tell where it was. The owner definitely left the porch light on for us, which was the only thing that helped us out
