- Robyn (10/5): So pleased we found this wonderful unit and we will certainly come again. Thank you - He position was perfect, cross the4 road and you’re at the beach and a quick walk to town. Loved the location, the unit facilities, tasteful refurbishment but the carpark is a nightmare unfortunately. Very difficult in C2 to reverse out near a post and 4WD vehicle. Our car is only small and still a difficult execution to reverse carefully. I know that is impossible to change. Still the best 4 days we have had for many a year. Thank you.

- Craig (2/5): Disappointing that the apartment was not air conditioned as advertised. - Good location. We discovered on arrival that the apartment was not fully air conditioned as advertised. It was a specific requirement for our booking but the unit has only a small air conditioning unit in the bedroom, not nearly large enough to regulate the temperature for the whole apartment.
In addition, the remote was not working and the temperature was preset and not able to be adjusted. The high heat and humidity caused us to be very uncomfortable in the main living area.
When we raised our concerns with the manager she was rude and dismissive, we would never have stayed at the apartment had we known about the lack of AC. In our opinion it is misleading advertising to call the unit air conditioned, beware.

- Stefan (9/5): Brilliant stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet but close to town accommodation in Byron. Opposite the be - Gorgeous apartment. Had everything you could want in a place to stay while you’re away. Everything to cook and do your own washing if needed/wanted. Loved just about everything about the property. Only small grouch was that you were able to hear the apartment above whenever they moved a chair on the floor or were walking/running around.
- Steve (8/5): Convenient for Weekend Getaway. Great Beach Location. - The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom has just been renovated. The unit is located right across the street from the beach and a close walk to town. The manager was very helpful and friendly. There is definitely street noise on a busy weekend. The aircon unit is very average. You can hear the neighbors in the next door unit.

The Bedroom had an airconditioner (which was good) but the living area did feel warm at times.

- Michael (8/5): Great stay but inadequate air conditioning. - Great location looking at Clark’s Beach and a 10-15min walk to Byron Main Beach. Air conditioning is the only facility less than 5 star. Very good kitchen, comfortable mattress and generally acomfortable and attractive apartment. Just thought I should warn potential guests that apartment C2 has only one a/c unit, located in the bedroom. We stayed in March, and the few days we were there were not as hot, but things could have been uncomfortable. And come winter, warming may be an issue too, as it’s a big space to heat with a plug in heater. The living area and bedroom has ceiling fans, and the verandah doors opened wide, facing the beach, so there is cooling. The apartment was advertised as being air conditioned, which I think is misleading. The bedroom is air conditioned.

- Melanie (10/5): A perfect Byron Bay apartment. - The location is amazing. It's lovely and quiet in the evenings and has everything that you could want within walking distance of town & over the road from the beach.
The secure underground parking is a real benefit.
The pool is also great for a break from the salt water.
So many great touches in the apartment to make it your home away from home. Not that it bothered us, just be aware there is no lift, only stairs. Also, the bath/shower is very deep to step into if you have mobility issues.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom only but it works very well.
