• Beya (8/5): Bon séjour. - Très bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’endroit est joli et agréable, et étant au milieu, nous avions une belle vue. L’appartement ainsi que ses équipements sont de bonne qualité et répondent bien aux besoins. Hôte peu réactif, les instructions nous ont été envoyées un peu au dernier moment et il n’a pas répondu aux messages envoyés concernant le wifi. Le lit est un peu petit. Les bruits extérieurs peuvent être gênants, mais pour un séjour de 2 à 3 nuits, cela reste acceptable.

• Isabel (7/5): - El patio donde está enclavado el apartamento, es fabuloso. El apartamento tiene alguna carencia y un poco justito aún para dos personas. Se echa en falta un armario para la ropa, ya que el único que hay está en el baño.

• José Antonio (5/5): Mejorable - El patio es muy bonito y la ubicación céntrica. Bastante bien equipado en cuanto a utensilios. Contacto apersonal y algo desagradable. El candado que contiene la llave está en otro portal de otra calle. Concretamente sobre un poste que cuesta algo localizarlo. Puerta de entrada en mal estado. Limpieza regular. Tamaño real de la habitación pequeño.
• Wietske (7/5): - Genoeg voorzieningen en een mooie binnenplaats. Communicatie verloopt via WhatsApp, waarbij ook om paspoort gegevens gevraagd wordt. Dit zou qua privacy eigenlijk via de chat binnen Booking.com zelf moeten verlopen. De meeste faciliteiten deden het. Het dekbed bevatte wel kleine zwarte haartjes van dubieuze origine. Ook de afzuigkap sloeg soms onverwacht aan, maar in plaats van afzuigen blies het de lucht van andermans eten (zuurkool, gekruid vlees, op zich lekker) naar binnen. De deur van de douche was helaas stuk. Voor deze prijs hadden we op iets meer kwaliteit gehoopt.

• Silvana (8/5): salto nel tempo in un patio di Siviglia - Struttura piccola ma accogliente, a due passi da Ponce de Leon. Vicina las Setas e non lontana dal centro. Il patio è a dir poco meraviglioso, sembra di fare un salto nel tempo. Davvero una piccola chicca nel centro di Siviglia. Possono esserci dei miglioramenti per rendere la casa ancora più accogliente (doccia).

• valentina (7/5): - La posizione e l'appartamento. L'host è stato parecchio sgarbato. Ci ha negato di lasciare i bagagli alle 12 (ok non era tenuto) per poi fare un self check in alle 15. Pioveva a dirotto e per prendere le chiavi nella parallela sul retro è una specie di escape room. Dopo avermi quasi trattato da deficiente mandandomi un video di come si apre la scatola delle chiavi posizionata su un palo nei pressi del civico (e non al civico dove lui manda la gente), si rende conto di avermi dato un codice sbagliato. Tutto ciò sotto pioggia torrenziale, con bagagli e gente che mi guardava come se stessi scassinando la cassetta! Inoltre non risponde al telefono ma scrive solo messaggi su whatsapp. Infine all'arrivo le porte della doccia erano state divelte. Lo avviso e mi dice che il giorno dopo avrebbe mandato qualcuno a riparare le porte. Cosa che non è accaduta e quando gliel'ho chiesto non ha nemmeno avuto la decenza di inventare una scusa. La struttura è molto carina e la posizione è ottima ma il trattamento ricevuto penalizza fortemente il mio giudizio.

• david (9/5): Een oase van rust in een mooie levendige stad - Leuke kleine studio op een mooie binnenplaats in het centrum van de stad. Alle voorzieningen zijn heel dichtbij. Restaurants zijn bereikbaar op wandelafstand en er is een winkeltje op 100 meter. Heel gezellig om een eigen klein ontbijt te nemen of een aperitiefje te drinken op het balkon, a.k.a. overloop. Rustig plaatsje om te vertoeven na een bezoek in deze levendige stad. Het doucheputje liep slecht door, waardoor er snel water in de douchebak stond. Er was even verwarring bij de plaats van het sleutelkluisje. De aangeduide plaats op de foto kwam niet exact overeen met de plaats van aantreffen.
• Patricia (10/5): - Todo, el lugar impecable, todos los detalles tenidos en cuenta, hasta lámparas de repuesto, jabón para la lavadora etc. Cama super cómoda!! Ubicación ideal La forma de entregar las llaves no me resultó práctica. Además si llueve o hace mucho frío o estás muy cargado es un lío tener q recoger las llaves en otro lugar.

• Ramirez De La Peciña (10/5): Patio muy bonito y tranquilo - Alojamiento muy bien situado, 10-15 min de lo más turístico, el patio nos impresionó lo bonito y amplio. Lugar super tranquilo lleno de paz. Tienes mesita con dos sillas afuera para tomar una cerveza tranquilo. Apartamento pequeño pero suficiente y completo con todo lo necesario en la cocina de vajilla, sartenes, tostadora, cubiertos.. volveríamos sin dudar a este alojamiento, nos encantó Sevilla Quizás tener aceite, vinagre, azúcar.. lo básico, pero sin más como recomendación o saber que lo tienes que comprar.

The courtyard of the “calle” was calm, cozy, and peaceful, filled with greenery and singing birds. The room had everything we needed, including a kettle and a fridge. The owner was very helpful with all our needs. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, and I would gladly stay there again without hesitation. —-

• Ahmed (7/5): Overall, honestly, I got the value of what I paid. - The location is super. The area where the property is located (besides to being near to downtown) is very lively and it is easy to get living essentials. Neighbors are so quiet and civilized. The extra bed was very uncomfortable although the booking was made for three persons to stay in the apartment.
