• Anna (9/5): Very cute apartment in charming location - Very cute apartment! I loved the location in the Albayzín with the darling cobblestone streets. It’s easy to walk to the Alhambra from the apartment. The host was very helpful in providing recommendations for food, etc in Granada. Unless you’re planning to have a taxi drive you to the apartment, it is hard to get luggage up the cobblestone streets. I think it’s still worth it for the atmosphere. We did have a little issue with parking when we were missing information for the parking garage and the host was unavailable at the time. But she had good reason for being unavailable and was very apologetic and very responsive at other times. And we ended up finding street parking fairly close to the apartment so it ended up working out well.

• lobez (8/5): Appartement charmant, refait à neuf et idéalement situé pour passer quelques jours à Grenade - Très bon emplacement pour visiter Grenade ; logement charmant et joliment décoré ; hôte réactif et disponible ; bonne literie et appartement bien équipé pour des séjours courts ; très propre et entièrement refait à neuf. Idéal pour 3 personnes :) Je recommande ! Eau chaude en quantité limitée pour la douche (ce qui ne doit pas être un pb l'été, mais nous y sommes allés en décembre, par des températures inférieures à 10°) ; emplacement en rez-de-chaussée un peu bruyant car exposé à la rue (en travaux) et aux autres résidents

• Mandy (8/5): Well located, comfortable and very clean accomodation. - Had everything we needed for a weeks stay plus there was parking in the centre. Good location central to attractions and historical centre, although need fitness level for the hills. Access with car limited so can be difficult with luggage. Hosts do recommend taxi when arriving with luggage.

• Sophie (7/5): Good location and cute flat - but room for improvement - Cute flat in a great location with everything we needed for our 3-night stay in gorgeous Granada. Beds were comfy, shower had great pressure, and there was a little kitchen with kettle, fridge and hob (though we didn't cook there). There was room for a third person but we didn't need it. The flat was clean on the whole but some areas could have used more attention - sofa cushions had some stains, half of our pillows didn't have covers and were sweat stained. The right hand side of the bed didn't have a bedside table, so you're just leaving things on the floor. Not all plugs worked. And the host wanted windows open a lot of the time (presumably to help with air flow and humidity) but there was construction work right outside our bedroom window, so not ideal. There was a big TV that didn't work at all, no connection to the TV network and no way to log onto streaming services either. Finally, there is a big jar of salt next to the coffee and, although it looks like sugar (especially as there is another bottle of salt next to it), it is not! We made the mistake of using it in coffee so beware 😅

• Csongor (10/5): Perfect to discover Alhambra and the neighborhood - Very good location, with easily accessible underground parking bery close to the apartment. Mauricio, the owner was very kind and helpful, explained everything with parking and provided good recommendations.

• Muriel (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un quartier superbe - Appartement charmant dans un quartier qui l’est tout autant. Tout le nécessaire y est pour passer un bon séjour, l’appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé, et l’hôte est attentif et disponible. Dommage que des travaux dans la maison contiguë soient assez sonores le matin. Mais c’est un problème extérieur et l’hôte n’y peut rien… le reste du temps le logement est très calme et paisible.

• Alan (8/5): Excellent location, beautiful apartment, will stay again once construction has benn fully completed. - Very comfortable. Nice spacious overall. Although can’t be prevented, construction work next door started at 730am each morning and the workers arrived at 7am and were very noisy chatting outside. Although we didn’t complain as we thought nothing could prevent it, Carlos did message to ask us about it and was able to have the work delayed to 9am on our final morning. That was really good of him.

• Pietro (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto e host super disponibile - Casa molto bella e accogliente, spazi proporzionati e idonei per un gran bel soggiorno (Soggiorno con cucina, 2 camere, un bagno, un patio coperto). Disponibili tutti i servizi come lavatrice, condizionatore, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro. Host super disponibile che ha messo a disposizione parcheggio gratuito e sempre disponibile a fornire assistenza e info anche sui luoghi da visitare e sui locali dove poter andare a mangiare. Un po' di pazienza per percorrere tutte le scale che conducono alla casa ma e' caratteristica tipica del quartiere dell' Albayzin, quartiere caratteristico e molto carino.
• Katie (7/5): Great location and accommodation is ok - Great location Court yard shown in photos is unbearably hot due to air con unit pumping out hot air in to it, it’s not usable. Only one air con unit in the property and it’s too warm. Getting from the parking to accommodation was hard work, taxi suggested on holiday and Uber didn’t drop off near property/didn’t turn up to collect on way back to parking. Walk to the parking with luggage is very hard.

• Sonia (10/5): - Todo estaba perfecto, muy limpio y la ubicación ideal para moverse por Granada. La ayuda de los dueños es fenomenal, en todo momento atentos a todo y nos facilitaron muchos lugares donde ir.
• Filippo (4/5): - La casa va bene, è abbastanza fornita per cucinare anche. Pulita Il piccolo patio interno ha un odore sgradevole. Abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con parcheggio, nonostante ci fosse stato detto di poter lasciare la macchina per qualche minuto per scaricare i bagagli e poi andare al parcheggio ahimè non era possibili. Abbiamo fatto 15 minuti con i bagagli a piedi in salita. Infine la casa è completamente priva di insonorizzazione. Sera e mattina al minimo movimento fuori si sente tutto.

El apartamento es ideal para una pareja que vaya a pasar unos días en Granada En nuestra opinión faltó un poco de equipación en el apartamento como servilletas o papel de cocina. Por el resto perfecto.

• Alyssa (10/5): Best decision - A perfect, super clean apartment with everything you need. I wasn't sure where in Granada to stay and thought this area might be too touristy, but this place is a few steps away from all that, yet you can easily access everywhere on foot or by bus. Carlos was fabulous and always available to help with any questions and local advice. It was naturally cool inside - a relief after Sevilla and Cordoba. Yes there was construction but it wasn't that bad. They seem to work 7am-2pm weekdays. And because of the heat outside, *you* need to be up and out by 8am anyway, and can sleep in the afternoon! I would definitely stay again.
• Shammas (9/5): Clean apartment in a great location! - We really enjoyed our stay! Although we didn't have the chance to meet Carlos in person, he was a fantastic host—always available to help with anything, from food recommendations to catching buses. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was in a great location. The only downside was the construction work nearby, but from what we understood, it's due to be completed by July 2025. Otherwise, the apartment is nestled in a quiet, peaceful community.
• Samir (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind and helpfull staff. Clean and cosy place and excellent location in the old and historic part of the city, Albaycin. Far from Alhambra 30 min by walk, the centar of the city 5 min walking. Difficult to find a near parking...we carried little bagage so walking wasnt a problem. Our warm recomendation for Warm Central 😉
