1. Please treat this house as your house :) .
2. If there is cigarets' SMOKE odor in the house , a $250 USD fee will be charged. Getting rid of the smell is quite a lot of work and resources!!
3. Please be mindful with the use of the Towels as it is very difficult, non-environmental safe and expensive to remove stains. There is one to dry your feet and another for your body, please use them accordingly. avoid wiping the floor with the Towels . There is a mop outside the unit for your use. please don't remove your makeup with the white towels, please use your products and napkins or dark towels when provided.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I was impressed with how all the items that would be needed to stay were available (from fruit peelers to body washes to USB charging lamps). I was impressed by the cleanliness upon arrival. The host apparently has chic taste as well as the color combinations in the studio were delightful. Excellent value for money. If you have your own car, then this is a fine neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. However, if you are using public transport, it may be not be as easy. The closest grocery is about a mile away. That's not a blot on the apartment, it's just the nature of St. Petersburg transport.
