• Ilona (6/5): Prima op doorreis - Locatie en prijs Helemaal geen sfeer: het gebruikte meubilair was bij elkaar gezet, zonder dat het een bij het andere paste.
• Federica (6/5): Alloggio semplice adatto a giovani e studenti - Posizione vicina al centro, da fare attenzione però se viaggiate in auto perché i parcheggi in zona hanno tempo limitato e si rischiano le ganasce. Pulizia ok considerato il fatto che é un alloggio studentesco, con bagno condiviso. Per dormire una singola notte va bene. Quando si arriva si deve aspettare un contatto per poter avere indicazioni e accesso alla struttura, quindi il check-in va concordato e non è indipendente. L'ascensore del palazzo era senza luce, ma questo credo sia un problema temporaneo. Non avrei voluto il bagno condiviso ma è stata colpa mia che ho letto male l'annuncio e ho sbagliato a prenotare.

• Anita B. (8/5): Ruhiges Appartement in zentraler Lage - Sehr sauber. Relativ zentral gelegen. Der Host war sehr nett. Check-in ging problemlos. Ist in einem Wohnblock aber an einer ruhigen Straße. Schöner Aufenthalt Gab leider kein Frühstück. Sonst alles ok
• Bolko (7/5): - Gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Straßenbahn. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Verwalter. Offenbar ein zwischengenutztes Studentenwohnheim. Grundrenovierung wäre mal gut. Diverse kleinere Mängel, Nachttischlampe kaputt, Rollo kaputt.

Le manque d'équipements (table, table de chevet, lampe de chevet, rien pour accrocher les serviettes,...). La deuxième chambre avec salle de bain privée semble beaucoup mieux. Le bruit dans la rue.
• Robert (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place for the high price that we paid. - The toilet didn’t flush, the lock on the door took ten mins to unlock, the elevator light was out. The carpet was filthy , the property management could hardly speak clearly. Everything, especially the sheets on the bed, didn’t look fresh, towels also looked used.

• Chikako (6/5): 値段相応、寝るためだけなら充分である - ロケーションがよく街の中心にも歩いていける。ベッドが広くて快適でした。 無料Wifiも快適に繋がりました。 部屋には湯沸かしポットとマグカップ、無料のインスタントコーヒーがありました。 共同のバスルームは清潔で、バスタブも大きい。 アパートの1室を使う感じ。まさにホームステイ。共同所有者の人が建物の入り口で鍵を開けてくれることになっていたが、連絡した時間には来てくれなくて、Bookin.comからメッセージを送ると来てくれた。23時を過ぎていたので外で待つのが不安だった。 タオルが1つしかないので、小さいサイズのタオルがあるとよかった。 鏡や机は無いが、寝るためだけの場所だと割り切って使うには問題なし。
• Alice (7/5): Esperienza positiva. - Camera con bagno in un appartamento: semplice, adatta per una vacanza di qualche giorno. Pulita. Letto grande, comodo. In una zona abbastanza tranquilla di notte. Bagno piccolo ma con il necessario. La zona non è proprio centrale, ma le attrazioni principali di Dublino si raggiungono in 30 minuti a piedi. Fermata dei trasporti da/per aeroporto a 10 minuti. Comunicazione con l'host senza difficoltà. Nel complesso opinione positiva. Qualcosa migliorabile, come la porta della camera che si apre con difficoltà o l'assenza di lampade sui comodini. Il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata (ascensore senza illuminazione, moquette non troppo pulita ovunque...).

• Ward (1/5): / - / We had booked a weekend (2 nights). Two weeks in advance we even received a confirmation from “Alex” (See picture). On the day of arrival, I sent several messages asking how we could get in, since we were only landing at 11 PM. No response at all. When we arrived, we called and sent more messages, but nothing – at 11 PM we were left standing in front of a closed door in Dublin. Only the next morning at 10 AM did I finally receive a message from “John” saying there was no room for us and that we should sort it out with Booking.

• Andy (5/5): - Leaving the building to explore Dublin Although the rooms were clean, the rest of the building was very tired looking and smelt of cigarettes. The lift worked, but not the light in it. There were issues everywhere such as broken locks all accompanied by a dirty looking hand qwritten note. The location was a bit wild, smell of cannabis everywhere and got woken up both nights by people screaming outside in the early hours. Check in wasn't great. There's no where to park. Facilities are basic.

The one thing we didn’t find until the last day was that there was a tra - The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom - was clean, and the shower was big, with plenty of wall cupboards space. The check-in was a bit annoying to be honest - we had to agree on a time to meet someone to let us in, which is not ideal for our spontaneous way of traveling. It felt like we are burdening the staff to keep rescheduling our arrival time. The building itself it a bit depressing and it feels like the room is at the end of a maze.

Hand towels are not unrealistic to expect for a bathroom. No light in elevator. Pitch black. Putting negatives first because otherwise, negatives do not appear in reviews, on Booking.com. Advised by local restaurant that neighbourhood at night is sketchy and to be careful walking.

• Lenzo (9/5): Soggiorno gradevole in una struttura pulita e comoda - Stanza spaziosa e pulita, il letto grande e comodo. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro di Dublino. Nel bagno c’è l essenziale per l’ igiene ma tutto è molto pulito Ottimo anche aver trovato un bollitore con la possibilità di potersi dare qualcosa di caldo. Le indicazioni per raggiungere il posto e per avere le chiavi sono chiare e precise

• Susanne (7/5): - Diese Unterkunft liegt wirklich gut. Zu Fuß ist es einfach in die Altstadt und man ist auch schnell am Bus zum Flughafen ( Airport-Express), der ca. 0,5 h Fahrtzeit hat. Sehr sauber ist es und ein freundlicher Empfang bei Schlüsselübergabe. Ein Wassekocher, Tee und Kaffee stehen bereit. Ausschliesslich Kontakt über Whatsapp, aber dafür sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Foto der Straße ( Lage) ist natürlich nur ein Beispielfoto, die Realität sieht anders aus....

• Sylwia (10/5): Wir empfehlen es weiter!!! - Das Objekt befindet sich in eine ruhige Gegend. Das Zimmer ist groß mit viel Stauraum ,es war sauber und das schönste ist in unseren Augen das große und bequeme Bett. In der Nähe befindet sich 24h Tiefgarage.

• Lorenzo Natali (10/5): carino e onesto, doccia grande - parto subito col dire che non avevo intenzione di spendere un patrimonio in alloggi solo per dormire e doccia e questa, sebbene costasse sulle 70 euro a notte è stata la soulzione migliore per quello che dovevo farci. sebbene non sia proprio in centro ma anzi sia distante i suoi 15 minuti (e per centro intendo zona dublinia/castello/temple bar). un plauso al custode che mi ha aspettato oltre la mezzanotte e che mi ha fatto fare checkin (il tutto via chat di booking e whatsapp). struttura con appartamenti convertiti a stanze, la mia era camera matrimoniale carina, pulita, non all'ultima moda ma comoda e silenziosa, e finalmente bagno con doccia grande! accesso da piano strada con ascensore. no colazione ma avendo bollitore con tè e caffè inclusi basta recarsi alla lidl all'angolo per prendersi tutto l'occorrente. eventuale opzione con cucina che io non avevo inclusa ma prenotabile. si è fuori dalla movida ma meglio perchè ciò permette di evitare casino e di godersi due passi per guardarsi le attrazioni della città, specie la mattina quando non c'è nessuno.

• kacper (9/5): very good and satisfied - the room was really nice, very clean and kept up to high standards with very friendly staff. would definitely recommend especially for the price. if i really had to push to find something i didn't like it would be the location but i had no problems getting in and out of there.

• Marco (7/5): - It was really good for the price I paid. Not too far away from amenities and can be easily reached by the airport getting for example the Dublin express. The walls felt bit thin as I could hear other people beside.
• Jack-Ryan (8/5): - das Zmmer war sehr gräumig und hatte von Tisch über Bett und einem grossen Kleiderschrank und extra Tisch alles was man benötigt. das Bad war etwas kompakter angelegt, aber es funktioniertes alles und hatte eine grosse Dusche darin. Die Wände zum Nachbarzimmer sind sehr "dünn" man hört mehr als einem lieb ist. Die Zimmertüre war von meinem Zimmer war etwas zuklein für den Rahmen, somit schloss sie nicht alle Geräusche und das Licht aus dem Gang aus dem Zimmer aus.

• García del valle (6/5): - Localización buena y cama grande y cómoda No había silla, no había mesita de noche con lámpara,sólo una luz oscura en el techo

La habitación si bien es sencilla, no estaba mal. Se agradece bastante el detalle del café/té. Si bien la amabilidad y capacidad de gestión se agradecen, no se puede tapar el problema que tenéis con el agua caliente (veo que no somos a los primeros que les pasa) No es una suite, es una habitación con baño y céntrica, a 25 minutos caminando.

• Marina (9/5): Alojamiento ideal para alojarte en Dublín - Jony fue encantador y muy amable mostrando las instalaciones. Nos dejó acceder antes del checkin al apartamento para dejar las maletas. En el pasillo donde se ubican las habitaciones no hay luz, por la noche vas a oscuras. Hay una luz de sensor de movimiento pero lejana y pobre. Por lo demás, un lugar bien ubicado y silencioso.

• Joanna (6/5): - The location is nice, close to Lidl, some pubs and gastro spots. Bed was big and very comfortable. Big wordrobe and lots of shelves for storing. Bathroom was clean and new. There is an access to the balony and elevator in the building. If you wish to learn portuguese there is a whole library of language books :) Shower has very short amount of warm water, it was impossible for two people to shower one after another. Bathroom is very cold, there is a little heater but it doesn't do much. There were almost no hooks to hang things. Place was quite dusty, especially the floor. Also not suitable for those who like silence, you can hear everything what is going on in the room next to. There was no kettle, glasses, coffe ect.

• Sylwia (8/5): Polecam - cena atrakcyjna jak na Dublin i komfort ok - Lokalizacja - ścisłe centrum. Ciepło w pokoju, duże wygodne łóżko, czajnik, spora szafa. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Zimno w łazience i brak zimnej wody wieczorem. To spory minus. Cienkie ściany - było słychać telewizor (?) osoby zajmującej się lokalem. To utrudniało wypoczynek.
