• renee (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer - The location was amazing with bars and restaurants at the doorstep. Felt like being at home and furnished to make you feel that way too. Beautiful high ceilings , comfortable beds, and coffee tea sugar etc which was really appreciated. Would 100% recommend to anyone. We loved Athens. Nothing

• Michael (10/5): - Great location right in the middle of Plaka pedestrian area. A lot of places to eat at your doorstep, walking distance to many tourist attractions. High ceilings, spacious apartment, comfy beds, some toys for kids. I like to enjoy my morning coffee sitting on the balcony and viewing the people outside. As it's in pedestrian area, there is a short walk like 3 min to the appartment and no elevator to get to apt floor - might be small inconvenience if you have a lot of luggage.

Поруч є зупинки громадського транспорту, до основних пам’яток Афін можна легко дістатися пішки або за кілька хвилин транспортом. У районі багато кафе, ресторанів та сувенірних магазинів, тому гуляти тут дуже приємно. Квартира сама по собі комфортна і добре підходить для туристів. Усе знаходиться поруч, атмосфера району дуже жвава та туристична. Неподалік є продуктовий магазин Market Bazaar, де можна купити все необхідне. Є кілька моментів, які можуть бути незручними для туристів. У неділю більшість магазинів у районі закриті (працюють лише сувенірні лавки та ресторани), тому купити щось необхідне буває складно. Наприклад, у квартирі не вистачало кухонної дошки та ножа для хліба, а в неділю ми не змогли ніде купити ці речі.

Close to everything The two restaurants right below the apartment carried on with lively music until after 1 am every night. Granted, it was the Holiday season. Sleeping was difficult. Our host contacted one of the restaurants and the music was lowered.

• Margot (8/5): Bellissimo ampio appartamento nel centro di Plaka, affacciato su piazzetta incantevole! - L'appartamento e' affacciato su una piazzetta in piena Plaka, molto bella la posizione a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla metro di Syntagma. La posizione e' ottima per chi vuole stare in mezzo alla vita di Plaka, per chi ama il rumore della strada e non e' infastidito da un po' di movida. Ha l'ingresso indipendente ed e' dotato di sistema di allarme. L'appartamento e' molto pulito e ha un bellissimo soggiorno ampio con terrazzino, cucina molto attrezzata, ci sono stati lasciati diversi prodotti di pulizia e igiene personale, nonche' le cose basiche in cucina. Le due camere matrimoniali hanno letti molto comodi. La cameretta piu' piccola, invece, ha un letto matrimoniale adatto a due persone minute/leggere oppure idealmente due bambini. La casa era molto pulita, profumata, come anche la biancheria e gli asciugamani. Abbiamo ritirato la chiave direttamente dall'host che ci ha anche mostrato casa. Il caffe' a fianco fa buone colazioni. Il divano letto in soggiorno non e' comodo a sufficienza da poter essere venduto come posto letto. Noi abbiamo prenotato come 7 adulti e su 7, abbiamo dormito davvero bene solo in 4. Il lettino matrimoniale nella stanza piccola non e' adatto ad adulti, se non davvero minuti/leggeri, e' chiaramente adatto a due bambini. Il divano letto in soggiorno non e' stato comodo per la persona che ci ha dormito, sinceramente. Inoltre, il giorno della partenza, e' possibile lasciare i bagagli solo fino alle 13h00, per fortuna c'era un deposito bagagli a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, che ci ha davvero salvato, poiche' 3 di noi avevano il volo la sera sul tardi.

I would definitely recommend it. - The location is ideal.....right in the heart of a very active but safe area and close to great dining locations and the Acropolis The restaurant downstairs starts playing music about 7:30 a.m. Its not too loud but their taste in music is very questionable!

It’s in an ideal location, walking distance to the Acropolis and right in the heart of Plaka, with charming streets, restaurants, and shops all just steps away, yet still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, making it a great place to unwind after exploring Athens. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay and would definitely choose Chloe’s Boutique again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Large, central and cool in summer. - The property was spacious, clean and central right in the plaka and close to all of the tourist locations, restaurants, cafes and everything was at your doorstep. The air conditioning was a huge plus in the heat of summer and having a second bathroom great for a family. There is nothing we did not like in this property. Everything was fabulous.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fantastic. Plaka is a lovely area and the apartment is situated central to everything. The entrance to the Acropolis is less than 10 minute walk. Arch of Hadrian Wall the same. For a fantastic view the walk to the base of Lycabettus Hill is 30 minutes. You can either take the cable car or walk up the hill to get the best views of Athens. The Ancient Agora of Athens is approximately 25 minute walk away. The area it is in Monastiraki and Thissio is worth a visit again lots of great restaurants, shops and rooftop bars. Below the apartment is lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Supermarket only a five minute walk away. Round the corner from the apartment there is so much choice of restaurants and shops. The apartment inside is amazing. So spacious and clean. Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, beds very comfy. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Decor is lovely, loved the lounge/dining area and the balcony area to sit out and listen to the hustle and bustle of the square below. Would definitely stay here again.

Equipped with 3 bedrooms, two baths, and a very large living room, we never felt cramped or lacked space. It was situated in the heart of Plaka with several restaurants, shops and convent stores close by. Our walk to the Acropolis was minimal and only a 15 walk from the train station. I would absolutely stay here again- 10 out of 10! WD40 the doorsl Really my only complaint.

We loved the high ceilings, natural light and central location so close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. There was no need for taxis etc as we could walk everywhere. The cafe downstairs offered delicious food as well which was super convenient also. The fact there was a place where we could leave our bags before check in and after check out really helped us to maximise exploration of the city & this was so greatly appreciated!! Nothing

We absolutely loved the cafe next door (best food on our 2 week Europe trip!). Hosts were great and quick to respond. Perfect location for all we wanted to do. Within walking distance distance to the Acropolis and a block from the Plaka shopping district. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the opportunity to come back to Athens. Carrying our luggage up the stairs to the apartment was a little tough, but that was mostly my fault for overpacking 😬. The doors were a bit temperamental to unlock, but honestly, it just added to the charm and not a big. None of us were fans that toilet paper couldn’t be flushed down the toilet, but trash cans were provided and given the antiquity of the area, it made sense and is at no fault of the owners. Just good to know ahead of time.

Very convenient for a family of 6 including a 7 yr old. Also the stone wall and balcony over looking Plaka really just made it feel so special. There was nothing about this property we didn’t like.

• Jamie (9/5): Great location in the Plaka district, walking distance to the highlights of Athens. - The location is great, central to the highlights of Athens, which we were able to walk to without needing a car. The owner arranged a driver service to pick us up at the airport and drive us as close as possible to the apartment, which is in a pedestrian only section of town. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was a bonus with how hot it was at the beginning of July. There is only 1 shower in the apartment, which was fine for the 2 days our family of 5 was staying, but if it had been longer, another shower would have been nice. You also cannot flush toilet paper, which is something that takes some adjustment for folks from the U.S.

• Lois (10/5): Classy centrally located apartment in Plaka, Athens - The location was central, close to the Parthenon and some of the best restaurants in Athens. The hosts promptly answered questions by phone or email. The apartment architecture was stunning with extremely high ceilings, windows everywhere, a cozy livingroom. We loved the courtyard view from the terrace. Minor points: The instructions were mostly accurate but on some occasions I needed to clarify. such as... is it ok to ask the coffee shop next door to carry our bags upstairs when they gave us the key? When we depart, do we leave both sets of keys with the coffee shop or put one set in the lock box? Is it ok to put toilet paper in the toilet? The towels were stiff, not soft. I suspect that was because they were air dried, rather than using a dryer (I didnt ask).

Needed more clarification on the alarm operation (All steps for turning on and turning off). Operation instructions on the washer and dryer. Towels were like sandpaper.

The home is in an excellent location, it's very clean/comfortable, the host was lovely to communicate with, and I feel like it was great value for what we paid. We were pretty tired as this was the last stop on our 15 day trip, so it was really nice to have some extra space to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. As someone who did a lot of research, I can safely say that this place exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend! Nothing!
