Tony (6/5): Pleasant - Location lovely. The security men at the property were very helpful and polite. Good bedroom space with good wardrobes Soft clean sheets and towels Functioning kitchen with microwave. Loved the large stove. Liked that the just was easily available to deal with concerns Excellent internet Washing machine didn’t work No hot water in 1 bedroom en-suite the other bathroom heater took long to heat up and boiler and electrics looked dangerous. Paid a lot for electricity during our stay. Gas bottle next to cooker. Seems hazardous.
Ndeye (1/5): Bad - Ouakam is a good location. Walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was disgusting. When we arrived at around 7P we had to wait almost 2h for someone to show up and let us in. Contradictory instructions from the guard had us verbally attacked by an old man when we were parking outside the property. When the guard finally showed up and opened the door, the place was so dirty and dusty that he started cleaning the kitchen himself. Upon inspecting the rooms, we found that the sheets were not changed and were soiled, VISIBLY soiled. The guard admitted himself that it didn't look like the cleaning person had stopped by. How can you rent a place without inspecting between guests and ensuring that AT LEAST clean sheets are laid and the place is wiped down?? Never again. Stay away. We ended up leaving because we could not stay in a place that filthy.
Alexa (8/5): Perfect - Really great value for money, lovely beds - shame we didn’t stay longer. Took a while to get in but - we were later than we said so that is understandable.
