Metro a pochi passi dalla struttura e fermate autobus vicinissime con linee che passano per varie destinazioni. Appartamento al 4 piano, perfettamente raggiungibile tramite ascensore, di una pulizia fuori dal comune se si parla di strutture ricettive. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente per qualsiasi esigenza e richiesta.

- Matthias (9/5): Zentral London, direkt bei Bus und U Bahn, alles perfekt erreichbar und unglaublich ruhig, ein Traum - unglaublich ruhig für die zentrale Lage direkt bei U Bahn Station und mitten in London. Zwei Bäder sind vollkommener Luxus und Host war sofort erreichbar wegen WLAN Frage, alles perfekt. Auch die Wohnung selbst und die Nachbarn waren so leise, dass ich mich oft gewundert habe, ob sonst noch jemand in dem Haus lebt. Die Straße vollkommen ruhig und wir haben prima geschlafen. Die Tischplatte vom Esstisch könnte man bitte mal neu furnieren, die vielen Löcher machen einen traurigen Eindruck und das wird dem grandiosen Rest des appartements nicht gerecht. Eine Kleinigkeit und dann sind es 10/10 Punkten

Apartamento muy bien equipado (muchos utiles de cocina ollas, platos, cubiertos…, rentadora, secadora, secador de pelo…). La persona de contacto muy amable y atenta. Faltaria un poco de mantenimiento en el baño (cadena rota), solo hay 1 sarten y está en mal estado. Hay un detector de humo y al cocinar tostadas salta la alarma, se debería revisar.

Der Service von Sleepy war exzellent. Schnell per WA erreichbar und immer mit guten Tipps und nützlichen Antworten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte umfangreicher sein. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien sind sehr knapp bemessen.

Kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Frühstückslokal gleich um die Ecke. Viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Sauberkeit. Das Appartement ist schon etwas verwohnt.

Trudny kontakt z właścicielem. Stare patelnie bez telefonu, spalone plastikowe łopatki do smażenia w kuchni. Śmieci na stole. Obdrapany stół. Bardzo niewygodne łóżka.

Very modern apartment , clean, posh and comfortable. really perfect for families or group travelers who want to cook as the place provides everything you need. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. The home is very spacious. Bed is comfortable and huge ( all queen size). My family and I had the best experience so far living in this place while we are in London. 1. The key pickup is at a nearby convenience store. Could be better if it's in a lock-box. 2. The shower head in the main bedroom is not workable at first but the host fixed the issue very quicky. Overall these are tiny issues that's do not really affect the awesome experience my family had at the place. I highly recommend this place as it's awesome.

- Ana (7/5): Een appartement zonder ziel - 5 min lopen van Old street station De communicatie met de host was erg goed We konden al voor inchecktijd het appartement in! Heel fijn Het appartement nr 33 is ruim maar heeft echt wat aandacht en liefde nodig. Op deze manier voelt het niet als een fijne plek om te verblijven tijdens je vakantie. De bedden zijn te klein voor mensen langer dan 175cm. Met z’n tweeën in een lits Jumeaux is sowieso niet waarvoor ik zou kiezen. Er is allang niet meer met een kritisch oog naar inrichting, sanitair en apparatuur gekeken door de eigenaar.

After our complaint, proper cleaning was made the next morning. Keys first were not available at the deposit. Then someone brought us the wrong keys (and left). Took us almost 2 hours to get in the flat. Room was not properly cleaned, bin in bathroom not emptied. Air conditioning did not work, so it was rather hot (in June). Flat did not look like in the picture. One window was repaired with tape, one roller blind completely broken. Landlord promised a small compensation which we never received, despite reminders.

Ich kann es weiterempfehlen! - Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, das Schlüssel-Abholen war sehr einfach, und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können, es war ein großer Fleck im Teppich eines Schlafzimmers, die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen (für schwere Personen etwas zu weich vielleicht).
- Malak (9/5): Nice, clean and spacious apartment in a convenient location - We travelled as a family and found this apartment to be great. It was conveniently located, with shops and a tube station nearby. The apartment itself was clean, and spacious by London standards. It had nearly everything we needed during our stay: WiFi access, washing machine, dryer, towels, cleaning products etc. The beds were comfortable and both rooms had portable radiators and air conditioners. We liked that both bedrooms and the living area each had windows to let in air and light. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The hosts were easy to reach via text or call and were quick to respond to any questions/ concerns both before and during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this place as it’s perfect for any length of stay.

- Renata (6/5): - Apartamento limpo Perto da estação de metrô ( uns 5 min a pé ) 1) não tem máquina de café 2) o box é uma banheira estreita, alta e escorregadia . Perigoso para crianças e mais velhos 3) lavadora de roupas não funciona. O que me causou um problema pois estava viajando em família e contando em lavar as roupas . O host disse que me retornaria £50 e não resolveu o problema da máquina . 4) um dos quartos não tem cortina . 5) tem que buscar e devolver a chave numa loja de comércio uns 3 min do apartamento .

- Michela (8/5): - Appartamento ben fornito, pulito, camere grandi, ottima posizione vicino a servizi di ogni tipo. Host disponibile. Abbiamo pagato per 6 ma l'appartamento era per 4-5 persone, sia come letti sia come forniture (asciugamani, bicchieri, piatti, tazze, sedie, etc). Gli asciugamani mancanti sono stati portati ma con ritardo di un giorno. Avremmo avuto bisogno di due chiavi ma non è stato possibile averle.

- Marilin Dahiana (10/5): Muy cómodo - Fuimos en familia y nos encantó todo. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación y rodeado de lugares para comer o tomar un café. El apartamento es tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. Sin duda volveremos a reservar en nuestra próxima visita.

- Liat (8/5): דירה נחמדה ונעימה באזור מרכזי. אך טעונה שיפור / טיפול .. - דירה נעימה ומרווחת מיקום מעולה - הרבה מה לטייל , בתי קפה מסעדות נחמדות, תחב״צ .. הצוות ידידותי . הרבה אינפורמציה. קל למצוא את המפתח ולהחזיר. הציוד בדירה( מתקנים) לא משהו: ידית הורדת המים בשרותים היתה שבורה. גם דיווחנו וענו באדיבות ואמרו שיתקנו ולא תיקנו. הוילון- באנו להסיט אותו- נעקר מהקיר ונפל עלינו. ועוד. דבר שני, לא מצאנו איפה זורקים זבל וחיפשנו בקור הרבה זמן. בנוסף- הריח במסדרונות ובעיקר בזה הקרוב לדירה - היה ריח נוראי, של זיעה או בצל . לא השתנה כל השהות.
- Rocio Belén (9/5): - Ubicación muy buena justo al lado del metro en Old street, también había un supermercado y sitios de comida rápida. Piso muy cómodo, reformado, en la cocina todo lo necesario, dos cuartos de baño. Tuvimos un problema con el wifi y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido. En general todo muy bien.
- Sata (3/5): Séjour agréable mais ma note est très basse à cause des frais de ménages de 2.5 fois le prix affiché - Pas de petit déjeuner et l'emplacement été bon Booking m'a confirmé un règlement total pour une nuit "Black Friday" de £97.02 J'ai été débité de £242.02 la différence étant justifiée par des frais de ménage "cleaning fees". Soit 2.5 fois le prix de la chambre. Les frais de ménage n'étaient pas visibles et j'ai un message de Booking disant vous ne paierai que £97.02. C'est tout simplement scandaleux

- Thierry (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité / prix dans un quartier méritant la découverte hors des centres touristiqu - La localisation de l’appartement, à deux pas du métro Old Street, dans un quartier « alternatif ». Quantités de restaurants et pubs à proximité, magasin de proximité au coin de City Road,nombreuses possibilités de parkings longue durée pour ceux qui viennent en voiture. Propreté et calme dans ce petit immeuble bien tenu. Grande disponibilité par sms WhatsApp de l’équipe gérant les appartements, un vrai plus. Ils ont pu répondre très rapidement et professionnellement à mes questions. Bravo à eux. J’aurais aimé une place de parking au sous-sol de l’immeuble… s’il fallait trouver un seul point négatif.

- Kriuchko (10/5): Wonderful apartment! We enjouyed our stay a lot! - The property’s location is great! Apartment is cosy, warm and clean! We enjoying our stay there a lot! The host was always reachable and kind! He allowed us to drop the bags before planned check in time.

- Stephanie (5/5): Extremely hot but otherwise rather nice apartment - The apartment is large enough for four people to stay in although a lot smaller than the photos would suggest. It had everything we needed and is close to subway and bus stations. The landlord is really nice as is the Portuguese cleaning lady. The heat insulation of the building is ridiculous, we were wondering how a building like that had been accepted by authorities. When it was 18 degrees Celcius outside it was 30 degrees inside. You can't really open the windows, and the fans provided don't help much. The apartment itself needs some updates, there's a lot broken.
