• Tal Gibor (8/5): Great apartment - Good location on the middle of the city. Very quiet and no noise. Spacious apartment, easy check in. Security in the building Be aware that the street has many people at night and drug dealers trying to sell you some drug. The shower is not good, it's a high and narrow bath, which causes the water to go everywhere on the floor and we had to change towels in the bathroom every day, even had to wash the towels in the washer since we ran out of towels. The balcony is shared with the neighbors so you can't leave the window open. Even more weird, the balcony has an open door from the elevator so everyone can get inside your apartment if you leave the windows open. The window blinds aren't thick enough, we had light in through the curtains and even woke up at 6am.
• Alexandra (10/5): Perfect location for a great trip - Lovely apartment, with enough space for 6 people. Given its location we were surprised it wasn't at all noisy. Check-in instructions were clear and very easy to follow, and parking place easy to find, even if it isn't in the same building. And we had a welcome drink ready for us when we got there 😁 Honestly a perfect stay. Location is great. Apartment is clean and pretty. Would definitely stay there again -

Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba i niczego nam nie brakowało. Do apartamentu przydzielone jest miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym w budynku obok. Super kontakt z obsługą.

• Stine Thørner (9/5): Meget fint ophold - Meget centralt, og mange dejlige spisesteder i nærheden. Rigtig god service, da vi opdagede at der manglede en pande til stegning i køkkenet. Personalet var hurtige til at levere en pande. Meget fornemt. Sengene var desværre for hårde til os alle 4, men vi er også vant til meget bløde senge.
• nawaf (8/5): شقه راقيه نظيفه سعر مناسب وجود تكييف ودفايات . الموقع ليس بعيد عن السنتر . يتوفر بقالات ومطاعم اسفل المبنى . صعوبه بسيطه - المكان نظيف ومرتب متوفر جميع المستلزمات المنزليه بالإضافه الى ماكينه قهوه نسبريسو وكذلگ بلكونه داخليه على امتداد الشقه مرورا بالصاله وغرف النوم . وجود دفايات في انحاء الشقه . ايضا وجود وحدات تكييف . الدخول للمبنى عن طريق رقم سري وايضا يوجد سكيوريتي . امان عالي داخل المبنى . اسفل العماره يوجد مطاعم وبقالات ويبعد عن السنتر 1 كيلو تقريبا . المضيف مهتم وحاول قدر الإمكان شرح كل شئ لكي اصل الى وجهتي . السعر مناسب لموقع الشقه ونظافتها وترتيبها . هدوء تام لايوجد اي ازعاج . المبنى يوجد في مكان للمشاة فقط ولا يمكن وصول السياره لباب المبنى . الممر المقابل لباب المبنى مزدحم بسبب وجود المطاعم وحانات للشرب . مواقف السيارات في شارع خلف المبنى لذلك تضطر ان تقف خارج مبنى المواقف وتذهب للشقه تقريبا 5 دقائق مشي للحصول على مفاتيح الشقه اولا وشريحه خاصه لفتح باب المواقف لكي تستطيع ركن السياره ومن ثم تخرج من المواقف والافضل تخرج ناحية اليسار من مبنى المواقف وعند انتهاء الشارع تأخذ يسار وعند وصولگ لأول عبور مشاة في الشارع تأخذ يسار للممر ومن ثمة تحصل مدخل المبنى على اليسار بعد مطعم شاورما . اتمنى من المالگ تغيير الشراشف والأغطيه والمخدات والكفرات حيث انها قديمة ومهترئه . عدا ذلگ كل شئ جميل ونظيف داخل الشقه .
• Noa (10/5): Excelente! Repetiría - Todo estaba en perfecto estado y limpio. La ubicación es muy buena. El piso es como en las fotos. Fuimos en Enero y la casa es muy calentita. No se escuchaban ruidos de fuera.

Parking oddalony od obiektu. Przy dużej ilości bagaży jest to problem. Okolica średnio ciekawa ze względu na koczujących bezdomnych i brudne uryną ulice. Apartament zaniedbany. Brudne podłogi, włosy w wannie, niewygodne materace ze slabej jakości poszewkami, białe szczotki toaletowe, które były nagannie zużyte, brudne szafki, meble i sciany. Czuliśmy się bardzo niekomfortowo. Ocena apartamentu- przekłamana

The parking was great but couldn’t figure out how to get to car without going around outside to the next street. But it was helpful to have parking.

• Đana (10/5): - Perfect apartment on the perfect location, in a very vibrant street and on the walking distance to all must see spots in Budapest. Free parking in the garage (less then 5 minutes walking distance) is a big plus. The host was very responsive and send very detailed instructions for the check-in. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

• Brankica Trtović (10/5): Vikend putovanje - Odlična lokacija za istraživanje grada. Toplo, udobno, opremljeno. Garaža je u drugoj zgradi, tako da ima od garaže da se obiđe ceo taj kvart. Ulica je prometna, nije zgodno nositi puno stvari u rukama.

• Sofija (10/5): - Apartment was big and clean with very good location. We had everything we needed. Everything about apartment was great. Maybe just fact that parking was in another building. We had to drag our suitcases to the building, but luckily it wasn't far, about a 5-minute walk.

Apartment is spacious, kitchen well equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as coffee maker. Lots of storage space. Nice parking space in a garage, although a bit remote. Everything is generally fine, but a few things are starting to look a bit worn—like the living room sofa chair, the fridge door, the bathtub..
• Monica (10/5): Perfect location - It was very big and central, it had everything you needed , from caffe capsules to laundry capsules. It is very clean and just like the pictures decorated. It was close to the city Center. The parking is in another building and you need to walk 4-5 minutes to get to the parking. The street where the Apartment is located is a pietonal one, you find lots of restaurants and places to eat. You also Have a market like place with some fast food dinners. Although, the persons on that streets looked a little shady
• Ovidiu (6/5): Nice quiet apartment - The location is perfect, close to center, lots of restaurants around. Even though building is located on one of the loudest streets, inside of apartment is very quiet. Parking is available, so you don’t need to search for a place on busy streets. Apartment is nice looking. The owner is very friendly and eager to help. The apartment was not as clean as expected. White socks became dirty in less than an hour 🙈 Some towels had bad smell like they’re old. Kids toy went under the bed and we had to move it, what we saw under the bed was a 2 cm layer of dust and a couple of lost earrings from previous guests. So we had to vacuum the bedroom ourselves to make sure we don’t breath that dust.

• Renáta (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo veľké, pohodlné, moderne zariadené, jasné pokyny k ubytovaniu, výborná lokalita. Napriek rušnej ulici boli okná do dvora úplne super. Málo kuchynského riadu. Pre 5 osôb boli len 2 malé lyžičky a 2 servírovacie nože, ale dá sa to vydržať.

Все близко, веселье через край на улице Надо отделить зерна от плевел: отдельно за аппартаменты, отдельно за сервис Место замечательное, апартаменты хорошие. Укомплектованная кухня на 90%, я бы добавил несколько вещей Сервис не выше, чем на 7.5 по общей шкале: 1.Воскресенье, 21.09.25, приехали с грудничком, парковаться на дороге в центре Будапешта, как нам посоветовали хозяева апартаментов, еще тот квест. Вообщем покрутились минут 20, нашли место. Гружу на себя максимум, иду на поиски здания, показываю заказ на входе, меня направляют в крыло "Б". Пытаюсь по инструкции открыть бокс и не идет. А в машине на незаконной парковке грудничок. 2.возвращаюсь "ой-ай, вам в крыло "А" 3.бокс открывается, перенесли вещи, надо парковаться в гараже, который записан за апартаментами, а чипа нет. 4.начинаем переписку "а посмотрите там", "а посмотрите тут", "хорошо, сейчас работник привезет", а сын пока сидит в машине возле гаража на велосипедной дорожке 5.через 20-25 минут привозят ключ и ложат его в бокс: иди знай, что он уже там! 6.увидел сообщение в букинге и взял ключ Потеряли часа 3-4 прекрасного будапештского вечера. Это еще не конец. За день до отъезда готовим стирку и вдруг видим, что из крана пошла ржавая вода. Пишу сообщение. В ответ "да? сейчас я сообщу работнику в апартаментах""работник сказал, что надо будет спустить воду пока вся ржавчина выйдет" А если бы уже включили стирку? Но под конец попросили поставить 10. Думаю, что если бы все было нормально, поставил бы 9.5, а пока и 8.5 достаточно

• Paula (9/5): - A fost un apartament dragut ,confortabil, aproape de centru. Daca aveți nevoie de un al doilea loc de parcare(un loc este asigurat de proprietate) aveți grija in ce parcare lăsați masina pentru ca in zona sint si parcari in care platesti 80 eur pe zi.

• Tomasz (8/5): Był bardzo udany. - Lokalizacja, duży i czysty apartament. Łatwy odbiór kluczy, wszystko dokladnie rozpisane w wiadomościach od gospodarza. Nawigacja Google nie dokładnie pokazuje adres i kieruje na równoległą ulicę. Trochę zamieszania z wjazdem do garażu podziemnego.

• Sandra (8/5): Stylish place, but cleanliness needs improvement - The apartment is spacious, sunny and stylishly decorated. There are two bathrooms, the beds are confortable and the free garage is a big plus - the parking space is wide and easy to use. Even through the building is located on a busy street that’s croweded both day and night, the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. At first glance everything is nice, just as shown in the photos, but then you notice that the cleanliness isn’t the best. The wardrobes are fool of some stuff (such as broken chair, dirty duvets and vacuum cleaner) so there isn’t a lot of clean space to put your own clothes. The handle on the bathroom door is broken and the kitchen tiles are dirty. More attention definitely needs to be paid to cleanliness.

• Oleksandra Kochmar (9/5): - Great location. Although the building is on a noisy street, the apartment windows face the courtyard, so it was quiet. It was comfortable for five people. There are two toilets – one in the bathroom and one separate. There is a wide parking space in the underground garage. The only slight inconvenience was that to access the garage, we first had to pick up the apartment keys. The garage is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment, so we had to either park elsewhere temporarily or drive around. But this wasn’t a big issue – having parking available was definitely a major plus.
• Allkin (9/5): A super stay for a family of 4! - The location was amazing. Budapest is a very walkable city. Kazinczy Street is a very busy and vibey street. The apartment does not look onto this road, so it was quiet once inside. The only issue I was unaware of or may have missed was that the parking was in the next street and Kazinczy Apartments are on a pedestrian road. Not really an issue as we stopped the car in the closest road and pulled our suitcases to the apartment, which was not too far. There was a bit of logistics involved, as we couldn't leave the car unattended, and we had to get the keys and tag for the garage from the apartment and take it back to the person waiting in the car. It didn't take too long - just needed some planning. There were a couple of supermarkets so close by, and the most amazing bakery in the next road [same road as the garage]. If we went back to Budapest I would happily book this apartment again! There was no washing up cloth/ sponge and one dishwasher tablet for the 3 days. However, I emailed and asked for a sponge and it was delivered by the time we returned from sightseeing.

It was clean, comfor - The apartment is in an excellent location, even though there was a lot of activity at night it was very quiet. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and even though there was no drier there was a hanging rack for clothes. We were two couples and there was plenty of room for us all. Having the second bathrooms was a bonus. Nothing, it was all fine.

Very clean, very spacious. The only rejection is that the cleaner came with us so we had to leave the room and return later. However, we arrived in the afternoon so we left our luggage and went walking around.

I think the location can't be any better for (young) couples as you are in the middle of a lively neighbourhood. But even for us with children it was the perfect spot to explore Budapest. Very well soundproof building btw, you won't hear anything from outside.

• Ljiljana (10/5): I would recomend the apartment for family vacation in Budapest. - The location of the apartment is fantastic. Right on the street, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, truck food, ect. The apartment is situated towards the courtyard side, so you won’t hear noise from the street, yet as soon as you step out of the building, you’re right in the center of everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. And everything is exactely as shown in the pictures. The only thing, if I should list anything, could be the small detail about the caffee and wine in the apartment. It was available for use, but in a message from host stated that anything used should be reimbursed, so I think it shouldn’t be offered if it’s not a gift from the host. Of course, maybe I didn’t understand this correctly, so if that’s the case, I apologize in advance for the misunderstanding.

Nice beds - they are hard but we love that. A lot of noise from party in an other rented apartment. Some of the equipment in the kitchen could be better - but it is ok if you don’t cook.

Just one thing, the floor was not clean, it would need at least vaccuming if not washing it (there was dust and hairs and we were with three kids who occasionally rolled on the floor).
• Anett (8/5): Very nice place, excellent location, but could have been cleaner. - Excellent location, size and style of the apartment The floor was very dirty, our white socks turned black in minutes. The beds were made for 4 people instead of 5 + baby cot (and we specifically asked for it before our arrival). The cleaning lady came later and made the beds, but when we asked about the floors, she said it was because of the previous guests. I don’t really understand how that was possible, since she claimed the apartment was completely cleaned up. She didn’t even bother to take her shoes off when she came in, despite we had already unpacked.
