L’appartement est globalement beau et confortable Quand nous sommes arrivées a l’endroit de la remise des clés, le personnel a été mal aimable. On nous a assuré que l’appartement serait prêt a 15h, et on nous a finalement fait attendre jusqu’à 18h sans la moindre explication ou excuse et sans aucun geste commercial. On nous a simplement accordé un check-out tardif le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous avons donc perdu toute notre première après midi à attendre devant la gare (un endroit vraiment pas safe, si vous êtes une femme seule, faites l’impasse !).
Une fois arrivées dans l’appartement, nous avons été très étonnées de voir que l’appartement était très mal nettoyé (pourtant, le ménage a pris plus de 3h !). La table a manger n’avait absolument pas été nettoyée, elle était pleine de miettes. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche/hammam, et il restait même un capuchon de rasoir dans la même douche. Sur les murs, il y avait des traces, des gouttes de je ne sais quoi et des moustiques écrasés, très clairement visibles. Pour couronner le tout, le mur de la chambre est plein de moisissures. Autre point très problématique : les stores de la fenêtre située DANS la douche sont tellement abimés qu’ils ne ferment pas et ne cachent rien, attendez vous donc à vous doucher devant la grande place ! Durant notre séjour, nous nous sommes aperçues que nous ne trouvions ni la télécommande de la télévision, ni celle de la cheminée, nous avons donc contacté l’hôte par message Whatsapp, comme on nous l’avais demandé. Au bout de dix minutes, le message avait été lu, j’attends pourtant encore une réponse. Le lendemain, nous avons relancé l’hôte de la même manière, et la même chose s’est passée.
- Yana (8/5): Хороше розташування. - Сподобалось розташування, дуже близько до моря, дизайн квартири гарний та зручний. Є клімат-контроль. На кухні є електричний чайник, кофеварка, пральна машина, посудомийка, духова шафа. Не було балкону, влітку нема де сушити речі після прання (полотенцесушитель працює тільки взимку), нема мікрохвильовки, жодних засобів для підтримки чистоти (ми купляли самі мітлу і швабру, залишили для наступних орендаторів). Всі крісла та стільці потребують хімчистки.
- Maksymilian (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, pierwsze wrażenie ok. Po przyjrzeniu się mieszkanie bardzo zużyte, sporo mebli bardzo zużytych i brudnych. Połamane i nie działające żaluzje, mnóstwo mrówek w kuchni, brudna kanapa, sporo miejsc z brudem na ścianach.

- Gary (5/5): Apartment looked great, but a shortage of required living items spoilt our stay. - Comfortable bed and excellent air-conditioning. 2 good TV 's, and it had a good washing machine. Plenty of space, large apartment. Good location, close to sea. Instruction labels on walls for use of some facilities were good. Staff were nice and helpful during check-in but after that, no response, no help. Maintenance was very poor, toilet seat slipped around, drain pipe was detached from bathroom basin and water ran into the cupboard then on floor. We were able to re-attach and then sink was very slow to clear, so we also cleared the blockage. Also the small electric towell rail didn't work. Blinds in poor condition, due to lack of basic maintenance. Bedroom curtains are thin and let much light in during early morning. Apartment was not ready at specifies time, only 2 hours later. Washing Machine but no drying rack. No towel rails in one bathroom. Minimal crockery, glassware, no tea towel. Zero response for requests made for certain items. (Also, we personally didn't like climbing 2 stories of stairs to the apartment .) Overall, we felt for the cost it was very disappointing. We would also have preferred 2 sets of keys.
- Verlinde (9/5): Superb - Steam bath was very good, the location is nice and close to the sea, the oven is great. The staff was also friendly, and the bed and couch are very comfortable. The kitchen could use something like a kitchen towel and a cutting board, the bath tub is quite small, and there were renovations going on outside the building with workers looking in through the window we weren't informed about beforehand.
- Benas (2/5): Expensive and poor - Great place, close to the sea. Nice apartment design. The house is under repair. All apartment windows are covered with panels!!! It's dark and gloomy. The towel dryer in the bathroom does not work. The hosts do not respond to requests. There wasn't even toilet paper in the toilet.

We asked the agency but they didn’t even answered phone or message. We have arrived and house under full reconstruction that should inform us but they didn’t so
No windows at all as there is polystyrene so no able to get fresh air no view from 6 am builders start work so imagine the nightmare on our departure agency finally answered the phone and told us that we used the apartment so next time when we book they give us 20% discount. What the hell do they think we would go again ????? Also on arrival the apartment wasn’t even cleaned from people which stayed there so we had to call agency . No service at alll!!!!
- Matthew (4/5): Room for improvement - The room was quite spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. We didn't use a lot of amenities but it was nice to have the Turkish spa, kitchen etc. After 20+hrs of travelling we made it to the checkin location to only be made to wait for more than 20 minutes while the 3 staff inside dealt with an angry customer. A staff member could easily have helped us too.
Then when we found the accommodation it was super confusing to get in and was covered in construction so the place was musty and windows couldn't be opened.
The bath looks nice but is a trickle so would take ages to fill so we gave up.
The checkout instructions we were provided advised us to leave key in the main apartment. luckily we tested this as you needed the other key to get out the main door downstairs. Had we followed the instructions we would have been trapped in the stairwell and missed our flight. This seems like a huge oversight and would have been really upsetting.
Overall the pictures make this accommodation seem amazing but it needs some improvement and staff should provide better service and instructions.

It was super close to the beach and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby Since the location was outside a busy square it was super noisy till late into the night. All the noise really carried into the house. I was woken up at 2am by someone repeatedly ringing the bell, which can be quite disconcerting.
The lock on the apartment door was extremely fiddly and took multiple attempts to get open each time.
Also the apartment is on the second floor with no lift and this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing.
Though the kitchen was huge it was missing two key pieces of equipment you would expect in a stay in this price range which were a kettle and a microwave
- Jacek (1/5): Avoid this place, in my opinion it's a scam - Avoid this place. A few hours before arriving at the location, while I was on the road, I received a message on WhatsApp that unfortunately the apartment I had booked was unavailable. The reason was that they had just found out that the previous tenants tested positive for COVID (this is the year 2024, not 2019). They offered me an apartment of much lower standard, completely incomparable. I replied that I had no problem with them moving the previous guests to another apartment, cleaning the one I booked, and that it would be fine for me. They refused, justifying it by saying that Italian law requires them to keep the apartment vacant for two days, which was the length of my stay. I asked for a link to the document outlining this law because I couldn't find any information about it myself. They did not reply. I said I would agree, but I would like to receive a discount. They did not agree to the discount, but they did not charge me the city tax. I am not the only person whose apartment has been downgraded on the day of arrival when it’s clear that there is no other option available on-site.

I specifically chose a nice apartment because I was going on a short vacation with my partner to celebrate her birthday, so I wanted to be in a nice place. Unfortunately, the apartment we got was not nice; the bathroom was old and dirty, and the keys to the front gate only worked from the inside. I didn’t even want to enter the kitchen.
I mean, you can live there if you decide to. I’ve stayed in similar or even worse apartments, and it was fine because I chose them myself. Here, I’m rating it as terrible because I specifically booked a nice and beautiful apartment and that’s what I was expecting.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy a lottery for where you’ll be staying upon arrival.

- Ausra (8/5): Corecting minor deficiences would make it more palatable.. - Location is very good, near the see and in the city center. The Apartments are new, not worn. There are turkish bath, a good kitchen with large fridge, two tv's, beautiful view... There are no breakfast , no wellcome gift, no kitchen knife, no normal tools. Too little soup, shower gel , toilet paper.....No teapot...
