• Armand (4/5): De locatie is top, het is een fijn park maar erg jammer van de stank in onze cabin. - Het was heerlijk rustig op het park en het zwembad is fijn. De locatie ligt ook mooi centraal al dachten wij dat het dicht bij het centrum zat, als in loopafstand, en dat was niet het geval. Geen drama. De waterval zit echt om de hoek. In La Fortuna was voldoende parkeerplek in het centrum en binnen 5min ben je daar met de auto. In het huis hing een penetrante rioollucht die gelukkig minder werd met de airco aan. We waren er 3 nachten en de eigenaar reageerde pas na 2 dagen en beloofde met een oplossing te komen. We hebben daarna niets meer van hem gehoord. Helaas en dit is de reden voor een lagere waardering. De rest was echt prima.
• Phil (9/5): Beautiful location - Beautiful setting with stream and waterfall flowing in front of our balcony. Comfortable beds and large living space. Easy walking to a few restaurants and shop. When the aircon was on there was a continuos drip from the roof onto the balcony in the seating area making it unuseable for sitting out. We did however sit out by the pool instead.
• Debora (9/5): - El bungalow era cómodo, el entorno tranquilo y relajante. Todo nuevo y equipado correctamente. La piscina y la zona de jardin realmente bonita. Una opción muy recomendable para recorrer la zona del Arenal. Lo que menos nos gustó fue el baño, la dicha concretamente no era muy cómoda, tipo cabina... Pero vamos, creo que es aceptable igualmente.

• Adele (8/5): Tucked away spot but having a car would help with accessibility. - Lots of birdlife, clean and comfortable bungalow. Lighting at the street entry could be better for night arrivals.

When we booked the accommodation was advertised as no prepayment - pay at property on arrival/no card needed that is why we booked. A day prior to arrival we received a link to pay by card. I contacted the property as we we're having a few issues with our card amd requested to pay cash on arrival. It wasn't possible as there wasn't anybody on-site. There was actually a perfectly responsible person on-site. It doesn't seem fair to advertise as no pre-payment when it definitely isn't. It cannot be both.

• Danielhna (10/5): - El paisajismo del residencial, las instalaciones del bungalow y los insumos de café sumaron mucho, la comunicación del alojamiento e indicaciones clarisimas La ducha un poco incomoda
• Soraya (9/5): Buena ubicacion. - Buena ubicacion, el dia que llegue entre con clabe al estacionamiento y de ahi llegue a la villa asignada, la llave estaba pegada en la puerta, no hubo interaccion con personal de la villa, todo muy intuitivo, las casitas estan simpaticas, son casitas casi de juguete pero bien equipadas, la cocina tenia lo necesario para unos huevos, utencilios como cuchillos tijeras etc fue agradable ver todo tan completo. Toda la interaccion con el establecimiento fue por medio de mensajero de booking. Suficiente estacionamiento. No hay pago en efectivo, todo es por medio de link de pago, pudiendo ser el cargo por medio de booking para mas confianza, pero asi lo manejaron, la cama estaba demasiado firme, y como tiene un jardin interior con todo y estanque con agua corriendo pues tiene muchos sapos y hacian un ruido increiblemente fuerte, no me podia poner tapones en los oidos por que tenia que escuchar mi alarma, eso fue la primer noche, las otras me fue menos fuerte pero aun habia ruido ambiental. no hubo servicio de limpieza en los 3 dias de estancia que estuve.

• Aleisha (8/5): A fantastic accomodation! - Loved the rainforest vibe that continued at the property. Great kitchenette. Saw a lot of amazing birds as they left fruit out for them. Blinds in the lounge room and bathroom would be appreciated. Members from other cabins continued to look in, especially in the bathroom. A hairdryer would also be appreciated after swimming in the many hot springs so you don’t go to sleep with wet hair.

• Fox (8/5): Good location and family friendly safe place to stay in Fortuna - Great property clean and good overall setup for our family of 4. We had a rental car and easy parking. Would like screens on the windows as we try to keep windows open but cannot for more than an hour here and there with bugs which makes room stuffy but there are fans and AC to make all that workable. That said mid-December bugs were not bad - almost no mosquitoes and we sat out most morning and evening Stuffy without screens for windows meant we had to run AC more
• Martinez Lobo (6/5): - La atención que nos dio el chico de mantenimiento, arreglando todos los desperfectos incluso con lluvia. La piscina y la ubicación. El bungalow tenía goteras, el microondas no calentaba, la cocina apenas funcionaba, por la poca energía contratada en luz.

• June (8/5): Muy buen alojamiento pero con aspectos a mejorar. - Era bonito y acogedor. Bastante práctico. El sofá es para máximo 1-2 personas y es un alojamiento para hasta 4. La cocina no funcionaba cuando había humedad o más de un enchufe. En el baño faltan baldas. No funcionaba el deshumidificador y es un alojamiento con mucha humedad, nos despertamos todas las mañanas con rocío en la casa.

• Paula Daniela (9/5): - El lugar donde se encuentra la residencia es hermoso. Llegamos un día de lluvia y el bungalow que teníamos reservado, se llovía. Las chicas nos lo resolvieron de inmediato y nos brindaron otro bungalow. Disfrutamos de la pileta!

• Michele (6/5): Staff disponibile, servizio da migliorare. Ottimo potenziale. - La posizione non prettamente centrale ma comoda in auto e comunque vicino al centro. La location molto carina con una bella piscina. La nostra casetta era un container prefabbricato, non era male ma abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda appena arrivati e abbiamo trovato i letti con le lenzuola non pulite. Per entrambi i problemi appena abbiamo avvisato la dirigenza sono intervenuti prontamente risolvendoli (il cambio delle lenzuola ad esempio ci è avvenuto anche in tarda serata, quanto ce ne siamo accorti).

• Teresa (10/5): - Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la ubicación es perfecta. La casa está muy bien y el tener dos dormitorios muy práctico si vas con niños. Le faltaba tener mosquiteras para poder abrir las ventanas y la puerta de entrada se nos descolgó un par de veces.

• Susan (8/5): We had an amazingly relaxing time here! - You are surrounded by beautiful birds, iguanas & lizards, butterflies and beauty! The pool is heavenly! So refreshing on a hot day. The unit itself is a pre-fabricated house. It is certainly comfortable enough but would be too small for more than 2-3 people.
