• Kevin (10/5): Fully met our expectations. - Lorenzo the host is an absolute gentleman to deal with. Was contactable at all times. Apartment was in a great location to both the new and old towns. Was also very close to the beaches. Supermarket, chemist shops were all close by. I highly recommend this apartment. Nothing. No issues. Fully met our expectations. Only thing I can think of is the weather was a bit off. But no one can control that.

Apartamento limpio, tranquilo, cerca de supermercados, tiendas de todo tipo. Las camas eran super cómodas. Caminando 10 minutos hay unas calas increíbles de bonitas. No puedo poner ninguna pega. Incluso el afrition nos dejó varias botellas de agua, azúcar y hasta una caja de bombones

• Tracy (10/5): Excellent host , gorgeous homely property, well equipped with a lovely patio and a pool and snack bar on site. - Lovely home from home, with great personal touches. Needs more sockets it the bedrooms for fans , chargers etc! But may not be feasible.
• Annie (9/5): Enjoyed our 11 nights there - Lorenzo was there to meet us and to show us around lovely friendly guy ,who turned up with us a pair of scissors put himself out spacious and comfortable with lots of little add ons would go again Just the shower area could do with modernising

• Shelley (9/5): Excellent accommodation would recommend to anyone - The property was clean and well appointed. There were enough pillows, duvets and blankets etc when the evening got a little chilly. The location is very central and it’s easy to get to the different parts of Puerto del Carmen and beyond. The host Lorenzo was very welcoming and friendly and responded to us very quickly when we had a couple of small questions. I can honestly say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
• Malcolm (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and will probably return, especially if larger bed in the second bedroom! - Like the area of Tias, fairly quiet most of the time but did have a few “unruly” neighbours and some occasional noise from neighbouring apartments. Apartment is well appointed, good sized kitchen Plenty of sunbeds available most days but was seasonally quiet so this might be a problem in say school holiday periods! Single bed not comfortable, masses of wardrobes in that bedroom but no storage units in main double bedroom. Toilet needs repositioning as too close to glass wall of shower! Surprisingly no toaster and the electric hob a nightmare to work!
• Angéline (10/5): Big appartment, great taste, everything you need in walking distance, great pool and bar! Loved it - The appartment was extremely clean, well furbished with great taste, always smelt nice. Kitchen was very handy, everything you need to cook is there and it's modern. The bedroom were relaxing with a big dressing room which great. Bathroom is Italian style, decent size and comfortable. Big lounge with great L shape sofa and big TV for cosy nights in. Dining table was good to have family for dinners. The outside of the appartment was also cosy with outdoor furnituresand lots of plants. Lorenzo has put effort into making look like a real cosy home which was very appreciated as we felt like home. Our family booked two other appartement in different places and we all agreed Lorenzo's was by far the best ! He was also always available and so thoughtful. • Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was fantastic. Very clean and homely. Great to have the important extras like iron and ironing board, washing machine etc. There was nothing that we didn't like, but air conditioning would have been good.
• Glyn (10/5): Wonderful apartment and host. Would highly recommend! - The apartment was in an ideal location, situated just a short stroll from the coastline and main tourist attractions. The friendly host, Lorenzo was wonderfully accommodating and greeted us with a smile and a few complimentary goodies (including red wine) to set us on our way. The apartment was clean, modern and extremely well equipped. We wanted for nothing, it was perfect for our needs. The pool area is clean and has an excellent cafe/bar selling a wide range of drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone! I really couldn't fault the apartment or its location.
• Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - From start to finish this was the perfect holiday. Lorenzo was an amazing host who met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. He was available if there was any issues which there was not. The apartment was exquisite and fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The pool area was clean and quiet with a lovely pool bar serving food and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment. There is a Lidl and Spar within a few minutes walking distance as well as other shops, cafés and bars. Just a short walk to the Biosphere Shopping Centre, the old town and the strip and beach. We will definitely be returning.
