• Veselina (7/5): Good - The location is good, but it was soooo cold and it never got warm inside. The bathroom is all moldy and overall I have a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene.
• Filip (9/5): Nice small cozy apartment near the train station in Bologna - Nice cozy apartment for two people. Location is close to train station, 15min walk to city center - Bologna is not too big of a city so it's everything is 15 30min walk. Self check in is nice, the lockbox may be hard to spot depending on the number of bicycles present at the moment. Apartment is small but cozy. Has most of everything you need. It's generally clean but there is a bit of mold in the bathroom. Only thing I didn't like is that the radiators and the air conditioner units buzz so it's never quiet. Also there is a bit of stale air smell when you enter.

• Tomasz (8/5): Great place to short visit in Bolonia - Localization is perfect. Cheap and nice place. The owner was very helpful.

• Si (10/5): If staying in Bologna, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thanks a lot Enrico !! - The apartment was very well located, and it was a comfortable and cosy stay to return to :) 5min walk from the central station with a Despar attached to it and about a 15-20minute walk into old town. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. Huge plus for the washing machine ! Beds were also very comfy. We had some issues with checking in, but Enrico was very quick at rectifying it and made sure to compensate us for the issue. He seems very nice and communication was great and very clear! Only issue was the shower was slow to drain, but we also passed this feedback on and hopefully is addressed.

• Vanda (9/5): Even with the flaws, I would go back again - The apartment is within walking distance from the center, next to the train and bus stations, supermarkets nearby. Nicely equipped, just a smell in the kitchen, good cleanliness, super comfortable beds. The host is kind and responds quickly, I would come back again. Lack of lights, towels and cloths in the kitchen. There are no bedside lamps.

• Cristian (8/5): Very good - we didnt have any kind of products for body, hair or soap. it was a bit unplasent to get at the accomodation late in the evening and realise that you dont have the posibility to wash your hands with soap. maybe it was just a lack of attention from the staff, in rest was everything alright.

Good for a 1 night stay if you decide Bologna is worth exploring Shower was dirty, sofa uncomfortable. Small poky bathroom. No toiletries or even soap for washing hands. No signage at all, which made it harder to find than it should be.

• Marco (9/5): Two perfect days in Bologna - Perfect location if you travel by train. Newly remodeled, everything you need, nice and clean. Owner very nice and responsive. Very minor things, eg I would have preferred slightly thinner pillows
