- Morgan (5/5): Beach & Swiming Pool is very Good, but the stay lack of number of items needed and also broken. - View & Location and easy to go beach and facing swiming pool, so this is very good. Level 3. Too many house rules applied. facility are not in good sharp need some minor repair.
- linda (8/5): - The unit was spacious for a family of five! Clean comfortable bedding.its also provide an extra mattress and pillows. Basic amenities such as washing machine and dryer were also available. Been staying at Roxy Sematan for almost once a year at different Units. This unit is a perfect fit for our family of five! Love everything about the unit, it's just that my children were not able to play at the new pool as only those who stay at the new unit were allowed to use the pool. (Those who are using green wrist bands)
