• Claudia (1/5): - La mia esperienza in questo alloggio è stata estremamente negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura dichiarava la presenza di due bagni, e così i filtri di Booking, ma in realtà si trattava di un unico bagno diviso in due ambienti separati: in una stanza c’era il water e in un’altra la doccia. Questi non possono essere considerati due bagni, come invece falsamente indicato nella descrizione. Anche il servizio clienti di Booking ci ha dato immediatamente ragione dopo aver verificato. La pulizia era assolutamente inaccettabile: c’era molta polvere ovunque, le ventole erano piene di sporco e visibilmente trascurate. Abbiamo trovato residui di cibo nel frigorifero. Inoltre, le pentole erano antiaderenti e completamente graffiate, quindi inutilizzabili e potenzialmente dannose per la salute. Il bagno, oltre a essere di fatto uno solo, era minuscolo e privo persino di una mensola o di uno spazio dove appoggiare gli oggetti, risultando estremamente scomodo dal momento che eravamo in 5 persone. Un ulteriore problema era la posizione: l’alloggio si trova sopra un ristorante e i suoi bidoni e un forte odore di fritto e spazzatura entrava costantemente nell’appartamento, rendendo impossibile aprire le finestre e l’ambiente davvero poco piacevole. Il comportamento della struttura è stato inaccettabile. Inizialmente la comunicazione è avvenuta solo tramite risposte in chat generate dall’AI. Solo su sollecito di Booking siamo stati contattati dai proprietari e quando abbiamo segnalato questi problemi, ci è stato risposto in modo maleducato e arrogante dicendo che in Germania quelli sono considerati due bagni e che non avrebbero provveduto in alcun modo. Quando abbiamo detto che ci saremmo nuovamente rivolti a Booking hanno chiuso il telefono mentre parlavo. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di assistenza o disponibilità, e non c’era nessuna volontà di risolvere la situazione o di riconoscere il disagio causato, come invece dovrebbe essere di norma.

• Christian (9/5): - Optimale Lage. Keine 5min Fußweg und man ist in der Spandauer Altstadt und am U-Bahnhof. Bis zu den Spandau Arcaden läuft man gute 10min. Parken nur gegen Gebühr auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen möglich.

• Nusret (6/5): Das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr unbequem gewesen so das ich auf dem Sofa schlafen musste. - Die Lage Benutze Bettwäsche, teilweise benutze Handtücher, Personal war unhöflich am Telefon
• Kristina (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement. - Sehr unkomplizierter Check in mit Schlüsselbox. Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Lage ist optimal, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu reisen. Direkt an der Alt-Stadt von Spandau gelegen, nur wenige Meter zur Zitadelle. U Bahn und Gastronomie in direkter Nähe. Wohnung ist sehr groß und durch die gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile auch für längere Aufenthalte absolut empfehlenswert.
• VASILEIOS EFSEVIOS (10/5): All in all super - Very convenient and well equipped, extremely close to the metro station in a very easy going neighborhood Even though right next to the station, one has to be prepared for an at least 45 minute ride to get to most places of interest, but one gets to ride in the metro almost at the end of the line which means that most of the time you get a seat to be able to have a relaxed ride ..😉✌️
