• Aggeliki (9/5): - Excellent location near Spagna Metro station. Clean room , quite in nights. Television was not working . We had 3 toilette papers for 3 nights for 4 persons.

Поміщення дуже тихе і затишне, чисте і автентичне - тож нічого не завадило комфортному сну і відпочинку. Можливо за потреби обігріти приміщення кондиціонером, скористатися мікрохвильовою піччю і холодильником. В помешканні не було ані сторонніх запахів, ані надмірної вологи. Також на мій запит була заздалегідь підготовлена софа у форматі додаткового ліжка з постільною білизною. Власник, Массіміліано - дуже привітний, уважний і швидко реагував на будь-які питання. Сніданок в сусідньому барі (якщо включений) цілком задовільнив мої потреби - достатньо вітамінів і дуже смачна кава! Душова кабіна не надто простора - але загалом, якщо людина не дуже крупна, то цілком вийде нормально розвернутися.

• Giuseppina (8/5): Ottima esperienza! - Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per tre notti in questo piccolo ma confortevole appartamento, situato a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna, nel cuore di Roma. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole permanenza. Presente l’ascensore, comodissimo, e il self check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Il proprietario ci ha inviato tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro prima del nostro arrivo, rendendo tutto molto organizzato. Esperienza davvero positiva, assolutamente consigliato! Qualche presa per la corrente da sostituire

• Chiara (10/5): Ritornerei volentieri - Palazzina pulita e ordinata, comoda con tutti i mezzi di trasporto o anche a piedi si raggiungono le piazza principali di Roma e i giardini di villa Borghese. Assistenza efficiente in caso di bisogno. Comodo anche il deposito bagagli subito sotto l'appartamento. L'appartamento non era molto attrezzato per cenare, mancavano degli accessori utili come strofinaccio,tovaglia o banalmente le forchette (c'erano 3 forchette e noi eravamo in 4). Tutte cose superabili in confronto alla posizione dell'appartamento.
• Chiara (8/5): Posizione perfetta per visitare Roma a piedi - Host gentile e disponibile, posizione fantastica a cinque minuti dalla Fontana di Trevi, aria condizionata sia in camera che nella zona giorno. In cucina mancava una forchetta e della carta da cucina.

• Hyemi (4/5): - 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점은 가성비좋은 가격에 조식포함이어서 선택했으나 조식당으로 사용되는 카페가 8시에 문을 열어 대부분의 일정이 8시 전에 시작되는지라 거의 이용을 하지 못했어요. 한국분들은 아마 투어를 다니시너라 아침 일찍 움직이실텐데 이 점 염두에 두세요. 전날밤에 샌드위치로 싸줄수 있냐고 요청했었는데 한번은 해줬으나 그 이후로는 거절당했어요. 숙소는 전체적으로 많이 노후화 되어있어요. 교체해야할법한 가구, 전자제품을 안바꾸고 그대로 쓰고있네요.. 그리고 엘리베이터가 있으나 반층정도 올라가야해서 유모차있는 상황에서 좀 힘들었어요. 욕실 샤워부스가 너무작아서 아이 씻기는게 힘들어요 아이있는분은 피하시는게 좋을것 같아요. 2~3인정도 그룹한테 적당한 숙소에요. 이 집의 장점은 에어콘이에요. 아주아주 빵빵합니다!^^

• Eric (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement au cœur de Rome était idéal. Le logement était spacieux, décoré , ne donnant pas sur la rue, il était très calme. Le petit déjeuner proposé dans le café en face était pratique. La salle de bain était vétuste, la douche mériterait d'être changée. Il y a une machine à laver mais pas de lessive ni de pinces à linge. La kitchenette est mal équipée : le frigo vieillissant, très peu de vaisselle (3 fourchettes uniquement, pas de tire-bouchon, pas de passoire), pas d'aliment de base à disposition comme huile, café, poivre... pas de torchon, d'egouttoir à vaisselle. Présence d'un aspirateur à main mais déchargé et pas de fil électrique pour le charger.

L'appartamento avrebbe piccolissimi dettagli da curare ma la posizione, la comodità, il rapporto qualità/prezzo sono determinanti rispetto ad altro. Ho aggiunto un altro punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Roma!

• Louskos (8/5): Great apartment in the heart of Rome - Great location within walking distance to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Clean apartment with great restaurants nearby. Great pharmacy across the road came in handy! Easy and quick communication with host. The shower was a little small and watch the steps they are slippery (both my children had a fall down the stairs).

• Mustapha (9/5): Top location and comfortable stay - Excellent location (very close to Piazza Spagna). Good and active host. The renovated old apartment is basic but well equiped. Good cleaning and comfortable beds. Has everything you need for a short stay. I will stay again and I do recommend it. Kitchen needs to be improved (replace old appliances and kitchen ware).
• Ioannapr (7/5): Good - Excellent location, the groceries store next door is excellent with a variety of products, the breakfast was good. The communication with the apartment owner was excellent. The apartment is really old, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The apartment must be renovated.

• Jennifer (1/5): Disappointed and miserable - Location It was hard to communicate with the manager. Instruction to locate the lock box of the key to the apartment was unclear. No apartment number to identify the apartment units. Upon check-in on Day 1, we reported to the manager that 3 out of the 4 wall lights didn't work. The screws to the shower 'box' doors were missing. Water spilled on the bathroom floor. Had to use a set of bath towels to dry the floor. The shower box floor drainage was clogged. Most of the electrical outlets were not safety secured to the wall. The extra linens in the closets were old and dirty. We had to share bath towels which was unhygienic . The manager claimed he didn't know about the shower box issue. Evidently the apartment was not cleaned properly before we checked in. These issues were not correctly until day 3 (last day of our stay). The attitude of the manager was rude and unprofessional. Never apologize and fail to correct problems promptly.
• Benjamin (8/5): Easy check-in, comfy bed and well-situated apartment. - The apartment was very well situated and spacious compared to hotel rooms you might see in Rome. Check-in process was simple and although the apartment was simple it met our basic needs and expectations. We thought the bed was very comfortable.
• Richard (7/5): Would not go back - Nice, clean rooms, excellent location. Good air conditioning. There is a small fridge, a small microwave, a washing machine and a coffee maker. There is enough room to store your clothes The kitchen area is minuscule. There is an electric kettle but the “on” button does not work very well. You can make breakfast, but there is not enough room to cook a meal. Only one pot had a lid, and that pot is too big for the burners and we could not boil enough water to cook spaghetti. The washing machine had several inches of putrid water inside. There is no dishwasher and no oven

Wifi was good and reliable. We could cook and do our washing. The breakfast over the road was great and the people were friendly. Having the Supermarket directly downstairs was very helpful. • Olga (10/5): Great location, cozy and clean apartment - Great location - Piazza di Spagna is few minutes by foot. You can really walk through most of Rome frome here. Also there are groceries, cafés, pharmacy on Via di Capo le Case. Check-in is easy, apartment on 4th floor is nice and clean, kitchen is just big enough to make little snack or coffee. When you have questions or need help, the host is always very helpful and nice.
• Saeed (5/5): good location but owner could improve the quality of some little things - location is great, good to have an Italian breakfast just across street. wifi quality was very poor and not stable, some issue with hot water for bath.
• Dogukan (9/5): Great location, quite and cozy apartment on the center of the city - Great location, cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, proximity to tourist attractions, easy reach to public transportation, right next to a supermarket, satisfying breakfast, easy access to apartment, fair price for accommodation You need to enter the main bedroom in order to use bathroom which is a bit uncomfortable if you travel as a group, more suitable for families
• Tanya (9/5): Superb - Very close to a lot of the main attractions but a very quiet area facing into a couryard. The lift available made getting to the 4th floor with the luggage very easy. Breakfast was across the road at a cafe with very friendly staff. Chouces were limited but tasty and had nice fresh fruit yoghurt etc with each choice. Kitchen had limited cooking utensils. A sharp knife other that the breadknife would have been helpful.

• Ruba (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great and cozy, enough space for 4 people. The location couldn’t be any better! 4-5 minutes by foot to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to the center. We literally went everywhere by foot!! (except the Vatican took a subway from Spagna metro station, also 4 minutes away by foot). Missimiliano our friendly host, offered a pleasant breakfast at the Cafe/Bar across the street from the apartment (friendly staff there as well!) : Cappuccino/Espresso with a toast or Croissant , fruits and orange juice). Our host also offered us cleaning service which was amazing, he made sure the apartment was tidy and clean at all time. Thank you Missimiliano! We had a great stay, perfect (10/10!!!) location and everything went very well. The self check in was also very easy. Definitely planning on coming back!
