- petra (10/5): Aber ansonsten zu empfehlen 🫠 - Sehr schön eingerichtet 🤗groß u geräumig 🤗 Die Putzkräfte könnten etwas sauberer putzen ,auch der Hausmeister könnte etwas fleißiger sein (Balkon ziemlich ungepflegt,Tisch kaputt )da ist auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben 👆
- Carina (2/5): Nicht nochmal - - unbeschriftete, extrem schlechte Kaffeekapseln - kein Toaster wie angegeben - Besteck staubig und dreckig - Küche war mit Dreck der vorherigen Besucher voll - lockerer Wasserhahn im Badezimmer - Fleckige Coutch - Sessel kaputt - Backofen wiederlich - Wasserkocher verkalkt - Badezimmer ungeputzt - Fernseher nicht funktionsfähig ( weder das angegebene Zattoo noch Netflix) - keine Rollos oder Vorhänge - Balkon heruntergekommen - alles extrem hellhörig (wir haben mitten in der Nacht die Party der oberen Bewohner gehört) - Kein Küchenhandtuch

- Frank (8/5): - Großzügige Wohnung, ruhig gelegen, alles in Tegernsee leicht erreichbar. Leider ist der Balkontisch nicht nutzbar. Das Holz ist verzogen, die Platte ist schräg. Die Küchenfronten sind locker und sperren sich beim Öffnen der Möbel. Ich gehe jedoch davon aus, dass die Mängel zügig behoben werden, andere Wohnungen im Haus wurden frisch renoviert.

Written how to instructions and info a - Beautiful decor, excellent location; 5 minutes to train station , 10 minutes to the lake. Super comfy beds and bedding! Little functionality, no toaster/microwave/freezer; light at stove didn’t work; nightstand or side table with extra lamp would have been nice ; fireplace was there but nothing to burn nor instructions on how to use; door bell not working. It seemed very apparent that owner has great taste for looks/appearances but likely never spent a night there.

- Arindam (9/5): A very nice place to stay - The apartment is very spacious and very nice, location is only 4 minues by walk from Bahnhof. 7/8 mins from the Lake. It's a residential area, so no nearby shop or anything, but you can have them in less than 10 mins of walk. Facilities were good. Nice stay. The main door was a bit hard to open, but really not a very big problem.
