• Kristien (6/5): Rustig gelegen appartement - Goede locatie dicht bij het strand,winkels in veilige omgeving Te weinig wijnglazen , afwastabletten , slechte onderhouden klinken waardoor iemand niet uit de badkamer kon omdat het kapot was.

• Sindi (10/5): Perfect 👌🏾 - The property is clean but it could do with some little upgrades there and there. The staff and the host they are amazing, very friendly people. Our rooms were cleaned every day The water was cold for 2 days of our stay we had to ask the staff if the issue can be fixed for us and they sent someone quick to fix the issue which was great. Also maybe provide Iron and Ironing boards for all the rooms, the neighbour is not friendly at all but I heard she is like that with all black people that come the property, she even said my friends are on drugs 🤣 and called police on them. That was not nice at all

• FAHAD (9/5): جميلة و ممتعة - أطلالة السكن قرب الموقع من الشاطئ، و السوبر ماركت و المطاعم، النظافة و مستوى الأمان بالسكن، تعامل العاملة جيد ملاحظة السكن يصلح للعوائل تسكنه عائلة واحدة، المطبخ و الصالة مشتركة للغرف الأربع لكن تأخذ غرفة واحدة قد يكون غير مناسب لعدم الخصوصية. المفارش قديمة و مستهلكة، العودة من السوبر ماركت و المطاعم صعبة بعض الشي لأرتفاع الشارع

• Erica (2/5): Not a nice experience - When we arrived at the aparment at 6pm (check in time from 2pm) they were still cleaning so we had to wait for them to finish up. One of the bedroom doors were locked so we had a 3 bedroom apartment instead of a 4 bedroom apartment as booked. Very poorly maintained - very limited number of glasses, drawers off the hinges, we couldn’t lock the sliding door to the patio, none of the buttons on the intercom worked to open up. The cleaners arrived at 8am the next morning even though check out time is 10.30am. We then had painters arrive at 9.50am to gain access and come and paint in the house. The owners response to rectify the situation was to refund us for the one bedroom that was locked and to advise that they did not want to cancel last minute as they had a maintenance crisis. Quite frankly we would of appreciated any communication to explain any of this - which we did not receive at all. It was a really disappointing experience

• Charlotte (8/5): Very good - Very nice location at walking distance from the beach (15min). The room had a nice terrace and a large bed. The kitchen was missing some key utensils.
• Yonela (10/5): Great place for your money!! - The ladies were very kind and helpful. The accommodation is safe and neat. I would love to come back again!! I didn't really understand the key lockbox. However, the ladies were.of good help.
• Simone (6/5): Well priced for what you get - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. They look just like the pictures depict. We had no hairdryer in the room and I couldn't find anyone at the property to help me after my shower. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and unfortunately we were running late for a dinner reservation. so I just made do with wet hair. The fine print says there should definitely be one in the room. We also had leftover cake in our fridge from the last guests. The fridge didn't seem to be working so the cake box and cake was soggy. Not the best look but luckily we didn't need the fridge for our stay.

• Betsie (7/5): bittersweet - The bedding and bed was lovely, the location perfect. The house itself was perfect. The housekeeper Lizzie was the highlight of our stay, such a warm and kind lady. We booked and paid for a room with a mountain view and we got a room looking at 3 walls, so no view at all. I phoned the manager who told me I will have to pay an extra fee if we want to move to another room which is unacceptable due to the fact that I specifically booked a room with a view. No biscuits or rusks or even a small welcome chocolate on the beds and no drinking water available. I would really think a upmarket guesthouse would supply these basic things. The shower's water in room nr 4 runs out under the door and causes the bathroom to be a safety problem, one can easily slip on all the water, we had to use our towels to keep it dry and safe.

• Sheila (9/5): Superb - Perfect location near beach and Table mountain. The house keeper was nice and friendly. The house is beautiful, modern and well equipped. We had the ground floor room and sewage got backed up and flowed into our room. Manager sent plumber but we had to clean up ourselves that night. I would have expected a cleaner to be sent as an emergency.
• René (6/5): Great location. Good value for money. - Great location, good bed and linen. Our room had a bath as well as a shower and a large basin. Nice bath robes. Hair dryer. Iron was a plus however no ironing board. The toilet did not flush properly and the sliding door was near impossible to open and close. Could not find any staff to assist. Insufficient bathroom amenities. No glasses for water.

• Browne (2/5): Disappointing - The view Got there at exact check in time, whole place smelt of marijuana as some man was smoking it in the lounge area by the desk, highly unpleasant, smelt like that all weekend, we were then made to wait 50 minutes downstairs because the cleaner had not done our room when she told us she’d take 15 minutes, left her used glass in our room , her phone charging, didn’t clean the bathroom well, and was very much taking her time knowing we were waiting to go to a reservation, we eventually went up and said just leave the rest we have to put our bags down and change to leave we can’t wait any longer Our shared guests were loud and inconsiderate of other guests, every other couple was like this, and I’m not fussy, but someone even brought over around 10 African guys on Saturday to come smoke and drink in the lounge, I am a woman and I was using the completely messed up and disgustingly dirty kitchen after previous guests cooked to cook my man a birthday dinner with dirt everywhere and that group of men watching me in a disrespectful manner which was highly uncomfortable and I thought parties are not allowed?
• Kwanele (10/5): Exceptional - We loved every thing in the Guest house, very clean, the cleaners are very kind, friendly, talkative and welcoming. Our room was beautiful with an Ocean view, very top notch 👌🏼 we coming again soon😁 We lost our key room and there wasn't a spare key. That i didn't like, This could happen to anyone loosing a key and there should be a spare key. But other than that, they gave us a room to sleep for that night. Had to pay R500 for loosing the keys.

• Ongie (7/5): Great - Overall stay was good. I enjoyed the warmth of my room during the cold day. The front door if there were no people who had already been staying there I would have slept outside or get locked in and not go out. Please fix that otherwise I’ll definitely come back!
