- clinton le Sueur (6/5): adequate for this trip but not again - The cleaning staff were very helpful and diligent. The shower leaked through the top floor into the entrance area, the neighbours' were very noisy and walls separating units very thin.

- Uvolwethu (4/5): Could improve a bit with check in and check out personnel - It's safe and easy to access Bolt. The place is nice Had to call a couple of times for check in and check out. The check out was worse because I called for it and told them when I'll need to check out and it ended up being 25-30 minutes later than the stipulated time. Almost became late for my interview, never mind paying extra for my ride because I begged him not to leave I'm waiting for God knows. Previous night if my Bolt driver wasn't nice enough to wait with me I would have stayed outside for 40minutes just waiting.
- Lubabalo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam-achmat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kudakwashe (4/5): Disappointing -
- Maepa (9/5): Superb -
- Smith (10/5): I would rate this place 6/10 it was comfortable and everything just small touch ups that needs to be done. - Was centralised easy to locate. The mirror setup was good and was very comfortable for a couple and worth it for the money we paid When we came arrived the place smell like paint. There was a chip in the bath. The blinds in the bedroom couldn’t go up nor down. The bath was a bit too small with no bath was nothing luckily we brought our own. The was a red stain aswel on the linen and there was children making a noise and playing in the yard.
- Stols (7/5): Decent. Can’t really complain. - Easy to find. Conveniently located. Front gate non-functioning. Night time noises (cats, car alarms, etc.)
- Acwengile (8/5): Very good -
- Wis (4/5): I enjoyed my stay even with my cooler box as my fridge. - I love the place. It's beautiful. I can't really complain about the flat. I found it strange and very disappointing that they left me without a fridge for my stay there. I had to buy ice on a daily bases just to keep my drinks cold.
I asked the lady Angela and she simply brushed me off with 'I'll ask the boss'. I assumed her boss didn't care since she never called me back.
Also the rooms are hot. They need aircon. I do have to say except for the fridge and aircon, their properties are exceptional and so are the staff working at these places.
- Kudakwashe (7/5): Good -
- Fandeso (6/5): Pleasant - Place was quite Cockroaches
- Clifford (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable - The location was good. The accommodation had a paint smell.
Host didn't info me about the renovation. Reason for the pain smell.

- Zubair (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aidenn (1/5): Bad -
- Frankson (10/5): great experience will definitely recommend - The stay was great and the onsite manger was very helpful. Tea , coffee, sugar would have been a nice touch to have on hand. For a quick overnight stay I didn't bring any with me
- Doto (5/5): Passable -
- Brittany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charlene (1/5): we checked in and we walked out again, because the place was dirty and falling apart. Very bad - We did not stay to find out. the place was dirty and falling apart. The bath had marks in it.
- Memory (4/5): The apartment stay was disappointing, with no bath towels, an unsafe, broken gate, & unprofessional - Nothing really 1. I called the provided number for the keys a day before but it was unavailable. I called the number three more times on the day I arrived, but it still wasn't reachable. When I finally got through to him while I was in the parking area, he arrived 20 minutes later.
2. During the two nights I stayed in the apartment, there were no bath towels provided, making it difficult to bathe. The agent advised us to purchase our own towels, citing an electricity problem that had affected the laundries. If that was the case, I wondered why those were the only bath towels the company have. The next day, the agent mentioned he couldn’t deliver the towels because he was busy with other tasks.
3. The rule for this apartment is to pay a cash deposit upon arrival in case of any damages, which is refunded after an inspection at checkout. However, when we checked out, the agent said he couldn’t inspect the property or return our deposit because it was too early and for his safety. As a result, we left without the deposit, which he posted to us the following day.
4. The cars are not safe because the yard gate cannot be closed due to it being broken.
5. In short the service was not satisfying at all
- Vamva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oyama (4/5): Disappointing - There was a paraffin smell throughout the entire house, the toilet had issues, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I had to ask about it before they informed me.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tebogo (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great and the host gave us warm welcome and a lovely goodbyes 😍❤️💯👌 I didn't like the chairs in the cinema room because when you go to cinema you want to relax and enjoy your movie comfortably but I hope next the will upgrade 😘😘

We had no water for 2/4 days and nothing was done to assist nor were we kept in communication re the situation
- Wesley (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable Sadly the apartment had a few issues.
1. Couldn’t open any windows or blinds
2. Couldn’t shower due to no pressure and very old shower.
3. No WiFi

- Michaela (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gladys (2/5): Very poor - The bed was comfortable No checking performed upon check in or out. No checklists for cutlery, damaged items, contents of bar fridge. No fridge, which made it difficult to buy and store food - it is self-catering units after all. Stove plate and chair broken. Blinds not working properly. No air conditioning. Bed linen & towels not changed once during our stay. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

- Lusanda (4/5): My stay was not so pleasant. Firstly I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come open up for me. Then it was the R - The property was affordable and close to most areas. Please the place was clean The deposit you have to pay when staying at the property, there was no toilet paper. I had to text the host for the wifi password and also the Tv wasn’t working 😩 it was the worst stay for me. I reported it but no one bothered to come check out the issue.
- Anelisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thandile (4/5): This place is supposed to be self catering and has nothing to cater for that. No fridge or pots. -

- Tech (10/5): Exceptional -
- Florence (1/5): After paying so.much money I had a terrible reception.I deserve a refund. - For a minute I did not want to go through this. I booked this place randomly selected. The day I arrived the Zimbabwean lady refused with the key.Asked me to pay R1000 cash which I did not have. We argued for almost 3 hours and she left me hanging there. That was how rude and inhuman she was. The host denied me the right to speak to the manager. She said she is the only one who has access to the manager. She is a mistake in the company or her boss is also evil
I asked many times what stopped me from it. Sleeping at the apartment since I have paid
She still refused to give us the key.
I hate this place. I blame you Booking.Com.
I won't recommend it to anyone because that lady is inhuman.
- Claassen (7/5): Good -
- Bethuel (9/5): Superb -
- Mathew (10/5): its everything that we needed - I like everything about the apartments they so homie not forgetting the professionalism from the hostess,im booking with them definitely every time im in Gqeberha nothing

- Ejaaz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siphokazi (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the suite, very much nice and neat.
Great staff. And perfect place to spend quality time with loved ones. I have nothing to say. Everything was perfect.
I loved the place.
- Mark (2/5): Shame on Booking.com - Not much * R1000 key deposit! After you book and pay for the accommodation you get notified of the key deposit.
*As a Welcome, the entrance door is jammed, you have to force it open and closed.
*There were cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards
*There are rats literally walking around in the courtyard..
*Old dirty Stove but No kitchen utensils - like NONE! Not even a pot to cook or pan.
*No fridge - better take your own or don't take any food with you.
*No couch - just 2 barstools used as chairs
* No Dishcloths
*Dirty bedsheets full of previous guests' hair
*Broken toilet seat - it's been broken for a long time.
*Fingermarks and smudge marks of previous guests' on all the mirrors.
*There is no complaints escalation path - they direct you to booking.com
If you are ok with this, enjoy your stay.
- Ntokozo (3/5): Not pleasant at all. - It is a quiet place. Poor bed quality. Facility is not cleaned. Bed sheets and pillowcases always had stains. no standard food refrigerator.

- Nombulelo (9/5): Best property, affordable, clean, no distractions, keep it up. - Like almost everything The blind s'remotes, some doesn't work.
