The contact with the owner is very good he is always available on WhatsApp and you can get in touch 24hrs a day so that's very good also. Alot of hot water in the bathroom. Security monitoring the building outside so we felt very safe. Straightforward location when you get the address only about a less then 10min drive to agadir bay/beach. It felt homely which was great. I 100000% recommend staying here, its great value for money. Views of the sea and seeing sunset just lovely. The apartment is cold, I understand Morrocco is a warmer country but in the evening it is cold that they provide extra thick blankets so they must be aware of this themselves but maybe a stand-up oil heater or something would help to have as an option to take the chill off, I slept in a hoodie each night. The bed in the master bedroom isn't very comfortable its really firm so I did sleep but it should be changed its like a extra firm foam with no budge at all, my friend slept on sofa as that was more softer. The person you meet he is lovely and lovely looking but he only speaks Arabic so had to use Google translate to communicate. It is an apartment so you need your own toilet roll and things like that so I think the owner should leave like a list of helpful Information of things you need to purchase or bring with you The kitchen could be a little bit more cleaner and fridge had an onion smell coming from it so I guess from the last holiday-makers so maybe something for owner to think about when cleaning to keep fresh. The address on booking.com isn't clear best to put La Panière Café, Anza as your address for the taxi its easier that way as it drops you right to the complex

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Aussi le service est professionnel comme à l'hôtel, le personnel d'accueil très sympathique. Tout est parfait.

- Hasan (10/5): Home away from home with all the comforts needed for a luxury stay - Modern development close to Anza beach and a 15min drive to agadir corniche. There’s easy parking and a host who’s willing to listen to guests’ need. Luxurious apartment is tastefully decorated. It’s very new yet fully equipped with excellent quality cookware and utensils. There wasn’t a microwave but one message to the host and he provided it. The coffee maker was brand new too. Beds comfortable, with blackout blinds. We stayed half our holiday here, wish we’d booked this for all of it! Restaurants and small grocery shops right around the building made it very convenient as well as a carrefour 2min drive away. Excellent value for money. Almost forgot to mention the amazing balcony that was what attracted us to this apartment. It has a beach view and sofas to relax in the winter sun as we visited in December. For the warmer months I’m sure the host will install an AC! Everything was top notch
