• Stefania (2/5): Ereikoússa - La colazione è una caricatura. L'unica cosa decente, il caffè è a pagamento € 3,00 e ripaga ampiamente della colazione inesistente. La ragazza al bar ignora che il caffè visto che a pagamento, dovrebbe essere servito con zucchero e cucchiaino, segnalata più volte la problematica è capace di dire esclusivamente che il caffè è a pagamento inoltre a seguito di richiesta di rifare un caffè costituito da poche gocce, sbatte la tazzina sul tavolo rabbiosamente. Nessun tentativo di venire incontro alla totale mancanza di luce e di acqua durante il giorno del check in e a saltelli nei giorni successivi. Sarebbe potuto bastare offrire il caffè anzichè continuare a ripetere, 3 giorni su 3 a più riprese che il caffè è a pagamento. La proprietà è infestata da zanzare anche per il totale abbandono dei terreni circostanti oltre che per la presenza di animali in loco. Nessun sapone o bagnoschiuma presente in bagno.

• MARIA NELLA (2/5): Uno dei miei peggiori soggiorni nel resort e di posti in Grecia ne ho visti molti. - Niente, uno dei peggior resort. Personale pochissimo ospitale. Ci hanno fatto aspettare per entrare nelle camere senza darci la possibilità di usufrire della piscina. Quando alla fine siamo riusciti ad andare in piscina si sono messi a tagliare l'erba con un macchinario rumorosissimo e quando sono arrivati alle sdraie a bordo piscina le hanno spostate in malo modo senza chiedere niente ai clienti e a me hanno buttato per terra il cellulare che avevo sopra la sdraia. Dalla camera avevamo vista recinto pecore con odore poco piacevole. Nessun cambio delle lenzuola, solo una semplice e veloce pulizia della camera. Abbiamo trovato escrementi di topi. La colazione veramente povera. Ci sono soluzioni nettamente migliori.
• Mario (2/5): - La piscina è molto piacevole e bella e la struttura è ben fatta con materiali durevoli e tenuta bene. Il barman è gentile e esperto. La pulizia delle camere è il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani è giornaliero. Sbarcati sull'isola dalla barca di servizio pubblico che c'è solo alle 8.30 di mattina e arriva verso le 9.15 abbiamo telefonato alla struttura per farci dare una mano coi bagagli. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare tre volte e dopo circa 40 minuti sono venuti (anche se l'auto era già presente al porto). Arrivati alla struttura verso le 10.00 di mattina siamo rimasti alla reception per diverse ore prima di avere assistenza perché il check in è alle 15.00 e siamo entrati verso le 14.00. Sulla terrazza della nostra double suite (#1) non c'era neanche una sedia o un tavolo come invece avevo visto nelle altre. Le docce hanno l'attacco della frusta solo a altezza vita per cui non sono comode. La penultima notte prima della partenza abbiamo avuto un topo in camera che ha rosicchiato alcune caramelle dentro la valigia e poi è stato visto dentro il wc da mia moglie la mattina successiva: sembra sia entrato da uno sportello di servizio tecnico che si trova in bagno al piano terra e che non chiudeva bene e si apriva senza le chiavi. All'interno del piccolo locale di servizio c'erano evidenti e numerosi escrementi di roditori. Anche alla partenza hanno atteso fino all'ultimo minuto prima di darci una mano coi bagagli per tornare al porto.

• André (10/5): - We verbleven 2 nachten bij Erikousa Palace. Echt een prachtige plek. Faciliteiten zijn echt perfect. Luxe! Heerlijk ontbijt. Man die ontbijt aanvulde en de schoonmaaksters werkten keihard. Hulde! De bediening In de bar was mwah... Misschien einde seizoen. Het leek net of ze er geen zin meer in hadden. We moesten ook zelf een beetje uitdokteren hoe het werkte met de bedjes bij het zwembad.

• NikKek (10/5): - Great hosts. I wasn’t able to arrive at the accommodation on the day I had booked due to the weather conditions. As soon as I informed them, they immediately offered to move my stay by one day at no extra charge. The accommodation was excellent, with wonderful outdoor areas.

• Rebecca (10/5): The nicest place we've ever stayed - The best place we've ever stayed! The staff made our stay especially the lovely girls serving us coffee every day who learnt our orders off by heart. The pool was exceptional and watching the birds swoop down to drink and bathe in the water was lovely. The entire island felt like a big family and we felt so welcomed. Would recommend this place to anybody wanting a relaxing place to stay. Our only comment would be as vegetarians the food options were quite limited, but we made do and would still return!

They also made sure our transfer off the island was all catered for......arranging accommodation on Corfu and we genuinely felt truly cared for! We went out of season so it was very very quiet and we were limited by the ferry service getting on and off the island!

• Eleftheria (9/5): Great place - The hotel is lovely, with character, wonderful staff, clean, comfortable, and with all the required amenities. It has a pool that provides a great alternative to the fact that it is not coastal. Still, it is within 4 mins of the beach. Would totally recommend it.
