There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

James (1/5): Very disappointing ruining our last few days of holidays - Locations was ok Was not advised that there was building work going on drilling started at 7:30 each morning contacted property owners advising but they never acknowledged this. Leading to the apartment there were no lights on any landings/corridors from 2nd floor up again no reply hallways were in complete darkness not the relaxing way we meant our holiday to be

Lisa (8/5): Very good - Love the location! Steps to Bondi Beach ⛱ Would have liked a couple pods for the nescafe coffee machine, but a couple instant coffee pouches, sugar and creamers worked for 1 morning. An additional count for the 2nd morning, 1 per person per morning would be great.
