• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful, family friendly home! A+ experience! - We highly recommend this rental! A true home away from home experience! This property and its owners are outstanding! The communication was excellent & the accommodations were top notch! We have booked many homes and this one exceeded all others by far! The home may not be considered lavish by some, however it can only be considered luxurious by all! This home is spacious, comfortable, clean, peaceful & beyond well appointed! We had everything we needed! From beach gear to ziplock bags! The backyard is a little piece of serenity - with an expansive deck, bar area, bbq, fire pit, corn hole and a jungle gym. All surrounded by greenery. Plenty of birds and a chorus of frogs in the near distance at night! It’s situated in a quiet & centrally located neighborhood which is less than 10 minutes away from grocery stores, super centers & restaurants. It was the perfect haven to come back to after a long day of adventures! We can go on about it, but the word count has a limit :-)! Our immense gratitude to the gracious owners, Todd & Liz for everything! No complaints!! As a joke, we said the only thing missing were “chip clips” :-) We meant to buy some but we forgot!

Just another example of how phenomenal the communication is with the owners! They worked with us a year in advance and made sure the transition was seem less as we extended our trip! • Christian (10/5): The stay was extremely relaxing and comfortable. - I liked the size of the home and it's proximity to thr beach and stores. I also really appreciated the grill and backyard space. The thick pillows on the bed were too much, but I swapped with another pillow in a closet and all was well.

At times the a/c was too cold in the bedrooms and bathrooms although comfortable in livingroom/diningroom/kitchen areas. Perhaps ceiling vents/registers should be upgraded ($15 a piece https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-10-in-x-6-in-3-Way-Steel-Wall-Ceiling-Register-in-White-E103M10X06/300539156?MERCH=REC-_-pip_alternatives-_-300539476-_-0-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a) with on/off louvers so guests can control or stop airflow.

• Eric (9/5): Superb - Location was great. The air works extremely well in the house. We enjoyed all the options to stream things. Very clean and good layout to the rooms. It had a great back yard with a deck and seating area. Pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. nothing.
• Paul (10/5): Great place for a family getaway - Well provisioned, clean, very kid and pet friendly. Owners thought of everything to make stay comfortable. A little bit remote from downtown and major attractions but still very manageable. There was really nothing we did not like.

The owners are very nice and have thought of every detail, providing everything you might need. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and quality. The price is fully justified by the quality. We are very grateful and would definitely advise and recommend this place!

• Patrick (10/5): Centrally located, comfortable, clean home away from home. - This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The location is quiet, safe and centrally located, you can easily get to all the good stuff in Wilmington-Wrightsville Beach-Carolina Beach. It’s comfortable, clean and it’s easy to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen. We didn’t have children with us but, in the future, we think the grandkids would love it! Hoping to return next year!

• Tim (9/5): Relaxing and comfortable home for a week's stay. - Very clean and quiet home, it was stocked well for guests, we slept well on the King bed, and the owners had plenty of bedding, towels to last for days, it was centrally located for an easy drive to Carolina beach, Wrightsville beach & Cape fear river to tour the USS NC Battleship, plenty of games for families or just a couple, no fee for our lil. dog, & the fenced yard was nice for privacy, if you forgot to bring something, it's probably @ the house as the owners have done a fine job to ensure the guests return for years to come, we would recommend this property to anyone.

• Cheryl (10/5): Awesome Everything! - we loved everything about it. it had all you need just as if you were at home and more! it had some little extras people don’t think to provide like storage containers for leftovers if you cooked while there and Zip bags. There were a couple of lunch boxes and a small insulated travel tote which we made use of going to the Farmers Market and to a short outing to the beach. There was even stuff in garage you may need at the beach. Location couldn’t have been better. it was tucked away yet close to everything! can’t get much better than that. We bought a home while there and will stay here,if needed p, while getting things if place. The property owners were awesome and quick to respond to any of our questions. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and waved and/or talked to us when passing by. Highly recommend! No complaints. it was very comfy. if I had to pick anything I’d change is maybe some black out curtains in Master Bedroom as even when curtains were shut the sunlight was waking me up but that’s minor I had a sleep mask, I was able to use.
