• Diana (4/5): Stay in a better place. Quédate en un lugar mejor. - La ubicación es buena, la zona es decente y no hay mucho tráfico. El apartamento estaba limpio y, dentro de todo, es de lo mejorcito que me encontré en este viaje. Sin embargo, la experiencia general no fue buena. La propiedad es una casa dividida en varias unidades y las fotos crean una expectativa mejor que lo que realmente se recibe. La cama es extremadamente dura y de muy baja calidad. No había una cafetera básica para hacer café americano, solo una prensa francesa. En la ducha, el agua caliente dura muy poco y luego sale fría, así que ni siquiera alcanza bien para bañarse el pelo. También noté que en la zona de lavandería había suavizante, pero no detergente. Jimena fue amable, pero honestamente aquí falta mucha más conciencia de hospitalidad y de lo que hace que un huésped quiera regresar. Una cosa es tener un lugar decente, y otra ofrecer una verdadera buena experiencia de hospedaje. Por un poco más de dinero, lugares como el Hotel Estelar o el Hotel Estar ofrecen mucho mejor descanso, mejor cama, servicios básicos más resueltos y una experiencia mucho más profesional. No volvería a quedarme aquí.. The location is good, the area is decent, and traffic is light. The apartment was relatively clean and, overall, it was one of the better places I found during this trip. However, the overall experience was still disappointing. The property is a house divided into several units, and the photos create a better expectation than what you actually get. The bed is extremely hard and feels very low quality. There was no basic coffee maker for regular American coffee, only a French press. And we are "En la zona Cafetera" In the shower, the hot water lasts only a short time and then turns cold, so it is not enough even for washing your hair. I also noticed that the laundry area had fabric softener but no detergent. Better to stay in Hotel Estelar or Hotel Estar ... Hospitality, Hospitality! You will have a much better experience. El colchón duro, , las almohadas muy altas y las mantas no fueron suficientes. Hacía frío en la noche. Mattress stiff and pillow too big and the blankets they're not enough. It was cold at night.

• Monika (10/5): - Amazing hosts, very attentive, kind and helpful with all tips to enjoy the city and surroundings. The place has everything you need, it's cosy and quiet and well located, I would definitely recommend and be back if I visit Manizales again! The cleanliness could improve but it was ok for a short stay.

• Andres (4/5): - El lugar es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, tiene una bonita vista y el sector es tranquilo, fué facil llegar, la persona encargada nos paso instrucciones claras para ingresar al apto y fue formal con la atención. Lamentablemente estaba sució, estaba lleno de pelos de perro, (me tocó barrerlo para nuestra tranquilidad) al parecer no le hcieron aseo para entregarnoslo, el lavaplatos estaba lleno de tierra y las estanterias llenas de polvo, las sábanas estaban sin lavar, pasamos mala noche, sinceramente fue una muy mala experiencia.

• Ingeol (9/5): Nice apartment on the edge of town - Pleasant terrace for a calm cup of coffee or to read. Public bus goes directly to the bus terminal. Not luxurious but tastefully decorated to provide a good atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of grocery stores within a short walk. Relatively quiet by Colombian standards. Check in and payment was more awkward than it needed to be because I had to pay in cash. I was expecting a simple here's the money and thanks for the receipt and keys. Host was very slow to respond leaving me wondering if he received the message. They kept a civil and polite demeanor but it left me planning for contingencies because I didn't know their intent. Simple, I don't know let me find out and let you know by tomorrow would have sufficed. It's a nice apartment but I would plan ahead for anything you need from the host.
