• Ilona (10/5): Very nice place for short holiday - Gonzalo was very kind and helpfull. He was at place when we arrived and show us everything. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you can need for cooking. Terre was even some additional stuff like sunbad or additional towels. We had a very nice holday at Precioso. Apartment is close to the train station so we were two times in Malaga. If we are ever in Malaga we will definetly come back to this place. Everything was fine!
• Savitha (6/5): Great property in a beautiful calm location but just can improve customer friendliness - The property is very clean and well maintained and it’s in a nice quiet area of Torremolino a short walk to the centre. Very Green and the pool Is also available . I had requested for a vacuum cleaner and Gonzalo was kind to even get one. He also ensured that we have sufficient laundry , kitchen and cleaning supplies . He is quite prompt in communication on text messages only and always gave us sufficient information on messages. He was easy to reach on message but never on calls . The property is on top of a hilly road which is not at all friendly for senior citizens with walking issues . This was a problem. Gonzalo is friendly in person but sometimes the way of communication on text messages seemed very stressful. It’s unnerving to get a hundred messages when you can sort issues with a simple call. But he always nevertheless answered our messages. I requested for a late check out as I had checked In late and I had a senior citizen my mum is 72 and he allowed us to keep our luggage until 2am. However he insisted both the keys need to be given back when I assured him I wish to keep one set of keys he was not accomodating. On 2-3 occasions I couldn’t reach his contacts or he was late for genuine reasons and I didn’t want to miss my ride to Granada so requested to keep an additional set of keys and assured these will be handed over by 2pm . I felt he could have been little accommodating instead he wasn’t and this felt uncomfortable for me. I don’t know if he’s new to the hosting and hospitality business but customer friendliness is a big area of improvement . My mom wanted to use the toilet at 2pm during check out and she was denied I don’t think that was very nice for us .
• Eva (7/5): - Närheten till centrum och stranden, men ändå i lugnt område. Trevlig värd som svarade omgående. Poolen fin. Trevlig gård. Tyst på natten. Bra och rymlig dusch. Lite svårt att sitta alla fyra på balkongen, då ACn var i vägen. Svårt för alla att nå till bordet från bägge sidor. Skulle inte skadat med tillgång till strykbräda, och mindre skålar i köket. Det är också att rekommendera en något mer utförlig instruktionslista, tex med inf om att vattendunkarna för ACns kondensvatten behöver tömmas ofta, samt hur sopor skall sorteras i Spanien. Det var tyvärr lite dåligt dammsuget under sängarna och i skjutdörrsgarderoberna och toaletten kunde rengjorts bättre. Men i det stora hela var detta småsaker. Det gick bra ändå och vi är nöjda. Värden svarade så omgående vid frågor att det kompenserar lite småbrister. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
• laetitia (10/5): Parfait - Appartement bien équipé , propre et joliment décoré. Belle résidence calme et proche du centre et de la plage. Piscine très agréable . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte.
• Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Incredibly nice flat with a nice host who has made everything you need available (one of the kitchen drawers had absolutely everything from batteries to screwdriver etc it's a nice touch and shows a real care for the guests) It's also nicer in real life than in the photos with a quiet swimming pool and only 5 minutes from everything in the centre of Toremalinos. Highly recommend!!
