- Minkawa (1/5): 次は無いかな～ - なし 古いけどお手入れをちゃんとすれば良いのに… リブマックスの評判が落ちてしまうのでは？ 臭い カビ、よごれ、照明が暗い 壊れたコンセント錆びてむき出し 障子がビリビリやぶれていた、 布団は薄くて身体が痛くなったと皆言っていた 風呂狭くて臭って、家族では入れないので温泉センターに行ったら停めておいた駐車場に他の車が駐まっていて停めらず（場所番号ナンバーまでフロントに書いて来たのに)?なぜ？ 電話をすると、近くのコインパーキングに自腹で停めて下さいと言われた、行ったが満で空が無いと言ったら、枠外の狭いところに停めるように指示された、とりあえず停められたが…💦

- Noriko (8/5): 最高でした - すぐ隣りにペニーレインという大きくて素敵なパン屋さんがあり、チェックイン後のブランチで利用しました。歩いて行けるので便利です。チェックイン時刻を何度も変更したにも関わらず、笑顔で気持ちよく対応してくださったスタッフさんに感謝です。ありがとうございました！ 部屋の電気のスイッチがわかりづらかった。 お風呂が狭かった。 敷き布団が薄かった。 でも友人たちと４人部屋で楽しく語り宿泊することができました！ありがとうございました。
- YUKI (1/5): 過去最悪のホテル。 - ほぼない。 受付の女性の対応。 笑顔もないし、言い方もつっけんどん。 忘れ物をしたが、「届いていない」の一点張り。 結果には清掃員が回収したものの、報告していなかったことが判明した。 貴重品でなければすぐに処分するなどと回答されたが、ホテル約款には、一週間保管すると記載されている。 シーツを回収したときに、清掃員が拾っていないか？と尋ねても、「それはあり得ない」などと言い切る。 結局、あり得た。 部屋も汚いし、宇都宮駅からも遠い。 なにより、受付の女性の対応が最悪。
