- ANGELA (6/5): Central location - Central location, responded to phone calls and messages promptly. Good view of Pavillion and shaded by trees. On booking was sent code for lockbox but on arrival didn't work as had changed code. Responded promptly with new lock code. Next day was locked in as front door lock had jammed! Tony came out and fixed within the hour. Large gathering of homeless were gathered & sleep in doorway.
- Mary (9/5): A lovely relaxing apartment with everything one could need - with everything on the doorstep. Will be back - Beautiful location right next to the Brighton Pavilion A little cold, but should have put the heating on earlier.
- Bruce (8/5): - Lovely apartment in a super central location. The optional parking was only a couple of minutes walk away. A super place to stay and experience Brighton with only a short walk to the beach and shops even nearer.
- Julie (8/5): Great apartment perfect for our short visits to Brighton - Location, views, comfortable bed
- Pat (10/5): A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Brighton - It’s location right next to the Royal Pavilion. It was a spacious and well appointed apartment. Lovely views over the park. The stairs🤪😂🤩 but there was an old lift that we were told was in working order!!
- Eniko (10/5): Perfect flat at the perfect location - Perfect lovation.
Beautiful views from every single window.
Nice high ceilings.
Nice decor throughout the flat. Feedback to booking.com only (sorry to put here but there is no other way as feedback mist be linked to a booking):
- booking.com should offer a way for landlors to :
o verify identity (makes me a bit nervous to upload id cards to random websites)
o handle delosit (this flat did not need it, but many do and the conditions are unclear)
o offer the property owners to enter the what_three_words location of the property entrance (this was not needed here as entrance was easy to find but there are properties with difficult to find entrance and google maps mostly fails in Spain)
- DEBORAH (9/5): Excellent for a long weekend away, or even longer.......... - The location is spectacular, right in the centre which obviously comes with both excellent access and town centre noise but ear plugs are provided. Make sure you read all of the instructions for the key lock box and drop off etc. The accommodation is lovely and the secure parking is great. Would definitely recommend and re-book if visiting again. You need to take into account that as you are in the centre of a tourist town you will get some late night noise. I brought my own earplugs as have stayed in the centre of Brighton before although they are provided here.

- Julia (8/5): Great location - Loved the location If driving and using the carpark offered. Stopping to collect carpark fob was not easy
- marcelo (9/5): - Ubicación y vista al Royal Pavilion Para acceder al parking debes ir primero al departamento a recoger la llave del mismo. Si llegas tarde con mucho equipaje, no es cómodo

- Donna (9/5): Perfect location and homely feel. - The flat was clean and homely, it was well equipped with everything we needed. Sarah was very receptive and helpful when communicating via message.
It was in a perfect location for a concert at the Brighton Centre and all the shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely book here again in the future.
- Karen (9/5): Lovely apartment for a stay in Brighton - It was an ideal location for attending an evening event at the Dome as a women on their own. It didn't take long to get there and back so felt quite safe. Very nice apartment, comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Not far from the station as I came by train. If I'm attending anything in Brighton again I would stay at this apartment. I understood as the apartment is in the middle of town that it was likely to be noisy. It is not the hosts fault if people get drunk and have an argument outside at 1 am. The Thursday night was fine so if you don't like noise don't book Friday or Saturday nights. Need a new coloured sticker on the lock box as there are 2 green ones.
- Lynn (9/5): Good central location and view over the Pavilion Gardens - Very central, everything you need in the apartment, was grateful for parking facility albeit a couple of streets away. Little bit difficult to find, but that may have been us, was a bit noisy into the early hours , but didn't stop us sleeping, the stairs up to the apartment were very grubby but I guess that's down to the landlord of the building

- Kerrie (6/5): It worked for 2 nights but we wouldn’t have wanted to be there any longer. - The property was in a good location. The entrance to the property was often left open, with a number of people sitting around smoking weed and drinking on or near the entrance.
The entrance hall and stairs could do with updating.
The property was very noisy at night with lots of shouting outside until 4:30 am.
Erg vriendelijke Host, zeer behulpzaam.
- misja (10/5): Zalig - Locatie en comfort. Klein maar alles is er
- Mohsan (10/5): -
- Vj (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (8/5): Nice but noisy - Spotless and very comfortable Didn’t realize it would be so close to park and nightlife
- Beth (10/5): A lovely apartment - We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is in a great location and felt very homely. The check in process was easy and it had everything we needed for our stay.
The apartment was lovely, well looked after and clean. We would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting Brighton.
- Jason (10/5): Excellent location, great property. Perfect. Thank you. -
- Karen (8/5): Just gorgeous ! - Beautiful outlook over the park and the location was awesome. Lovely and clean and very comfortable bed. Great communication with host. Would definitely recommend. No free parking
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely apartment - Amazing location and a lovely apartment WiFi wasn’t great
- Selia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dawn (9/5): Perfect stay in Brighton - Fantastic central location. Clean & tidy, comfortable apartment
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional stay in a stunning apartment. We will definitely be back 😊 x - Perfect location. Beautifully furnished and such a great use of a smaller space. The view overlooking the Dome and gardens is superb. You are situated right in the centre of Brighton so expect it to be noisy. This did not bother us in the slightest but I think it will potentially put some people off.
- Madeline (9/5): A great place to stay, very comfortable! - The apartment was perfect size and had good facilities and was very clean, host was helpful in sending all the details to me. I found it comfy and spacious, the building overall is nice and quiet. Perfect for a shorter or longer stay. The location can be a little louder at night time but ofcourse to no fault of the host just due to the fact it’s very central.
