• Sara (9/5): Would recommend, apartment is clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. - Location was perfect, everything was clean and the property was well equipped and had good facilities. Staff were friendly and communicated well. One of the showers in the bathroom leaked a couple of times which was an inconvenience as we had to spend time cleaning it up.
• Hilde (1/5): Zeer slecht! - Niks, zeer slecht! 2 uur voor de inchecktijd kregen we een berichtje dat er een bedwantsenplaag was. Er werd gezegd dat ze hadden gekeken of er plek was bij hun andere accomodaties. Dit was niet meer beschikbaar. Erg jammer dat het zo laat gecommuniceerd werd en we het verder zelf maar uit moesten zoeken!!
• Louette (8/5): Fijn verblijf op een fijne locatie in Sevilla - Hele fijne locatie, midden in het centrum. Het was een prachtige kamer. De hosts zijn behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar via de app. Mijn appartement zat aan de straat kant waardoor er nog wel geluidsoverlast was van de mensen op straat, zowel ‘s avonds als ‘s nachts.

• Demir (9/5): Temiz old town a yakın keyifli bir stüdyo. - Giriş sistemi, temizlik, yenilik, konfor harikaydı. Konum da old town a 10-15 dk mesafede. Uzak değil, alışveriş caddesinde denebilir. Taxi cok yakına bıraktı. Her şey mükemmel görünse de sabah 6-7 arası başlayan sokak gürültüsü işçi/makine seslerine tahammül etmek oldukça zordu ve sinir bozucuydu.

• Barbara (10/5): - We did not end up staying we canceled but the property looks lovely and the owners were very responsive! We used the address in the email and it sent us to a very sketchy area, found out later that the address was a secure address that we missed somehow. Very confusing, we were in a pinch to find a place so not sure how this happened. So we canceled. But the place looks beautiful.

• Luciano (9/5): Appartamento molto comodo e fornito di ogni confort, in contesto tranquillo e a due passi dal Centro - Ottima posizione, centrale e davvero a pochi minuti dal centro più centro. Appartamento in struttura silenziosa e molto comoda, con tutti gli accessori necessari a un soggiorno confortevole. Dotazione completa di molti elettrodomestici, grandi e piccoli, e di quei piccoli accessori che a volte fanno la differenza (a noi ad esempio è stato utile lo stendino). Il primo giorno abbiamo fatto spesa al piccolo Carrefour vicino casa in modo da poterci preparare in autonomia la colazione al mattino. Materasso molto comodo con diversi guanciali, adatti ad accontentare ogni esigenza. Bagno comodo e spazioso. L'appartamento non era molto esposto alla luce naturale (immaginiamo che d'estate questo possa essere un plus che garantisce una maggior frescura), prendendo luce solo da un cavedio interno (attrezzato con due poltroncine, bello!). Tuttavia l'illuminazione artificiale era abbondante e ben distribuita rendendo gli spazi molto piacevoli da vivere. Ottima l'accoglienza, via WhatsApp, con contatto stabilito prima della partenza (la qual cosa tranquillizza molto) e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Anche la possibilità di accedere alla struttura per lasciare le borse nei locker all'ingresso (sia in fase di check-in anticipato, sia per il deposito dopo il check-out) è stata una manna (siamo arrivati presto e abbiamo potuto iniziare la visita della città senza perdite di tempo). Ottima esperienza, consigliata. Bagno ampio e doccia bene attrezzata, ma senza protezioni per gli schizzi. Probabilmente una parete di separazione, anche piccola sarebbe funzionale e utile a evitare di spruzzare a tutto tondo (il bagno è attrezzato per disabili e la necessità di renderlo accessibile ad una sedia a rotelle è probabilmente la ragione, vabbè...). C'erano il tostapane e lo spremiagrumi, ma abbiamo avvertito la mancanza della machinetta Nespresso, ormai presente quasi ovunque nel mondo. Peccato, perché fuori dall'Italia non è facile trovare un buon caffè (ed economico). Per fortuna tra i molti bar visitati ne abbiamo trovato uno top proprio vicino all'abitazione (il Café Bar Stratos, in C. Murillo, 24), che è subito diventato nostro fornitore di energia mattutina (e postprandiale). Due piccolezze: aggiungerei un diffusore per il phon (per quelli ricciolini come me, un accessorio indispensabile) e una dotazione di piumini estivi (sebbene la cosa sia soggettiva, con i 30° di fine aprile quelli sul letto erano già troppo caldi).

If there were anything to improve, I would suggest having some basic supplies available in the kitchen, such as paper napkins, and repairing the window in the room (the sealing gasket) so that it better insulates against noise. Nights and mornings can be noisy due to the people who collect the city’s garbage.

Edifício recente, com todas as comodidades. Acesso por código. Acordo com estacionamento público que fica perto, 20€/dia. Ficamos no apt 11, que está preparado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Não sendo um obstáculo ao uso, considero que tal circunstância deveria ser comunicada previamente à reserva.

Eso implica que no te dejan pasar por muchas calles (los que presentan tickets SI pasan). Al solicitarlos, me dan largas. Un servicio deplorable Ni volveré a utilizar este servicio.

The team got in touch a couple of days before to give some further instructions and we were able to leave our luggage in the communal lockers before check-in, which at 1400 is exceptional service. Também tinha café disponível, o que achei muito bom. Well provisioned kitchen and bathroom areas and very comfortable beds. Excellent location allowed us to explore all that central Seville had to offer on foot. Excellent (personal) communication with property before and during visit using Booking.com messaging and/or WhatsApp to get advice regarding our visit Parking our hire car (for free) was challenging (!) but recommendations from the property helped us to do it. (An option to pay to park locally was offered but we were up for a challenge - using the money saved to enjoy more of the wonderful food and drink on offer around the city!)

Beds were comfortable. Love the lockers so we can leave luggage there!! Really appreciate that! Near perfection. Just a new things to suggest - a tissue box, a roll of paper towels, espresso maker for coffee. A list of suggested restaurants would be nice… always great to get a local’s perspective on where to go. Otherwise, we rely solely on online platforms, which are hit or miss.
