- Elif (4/5): Villa çok eski, fotoğraftaki gibi değil - Tesisle ilgilenen ekip çok ilgiliydi. Her şikayetimi dikkate alıp çözmeye çalıştılar. Hep güler yüzlülerdi. Villa çok eski. Bu yüzden sürekli bir sorun çıkıyor. Sıcak su çabuk bitiyor, elektrik prizlerinin bazıları çalışmıyor, bazı odaların tavan vantilatörleri çalışmıyor. Villada 6 oda var fakat bunun sadece 3 tanesi kalınabilecek gibi. 2 oda villanın bulunduğu bahçenin altında. Çok fazla rutubet kokusu var ve bulundukları yerin önü açık. İnsan orda kalırken kendini güvende hissetmiyor. Villadan ayrı müştemilat gibi. Başka bir oda ise yola bakıyor ve çok küçük. Yine çok fazla rutubet kokuyor. Sadece 3 oda güzeldi. İlk gittiğimizde hiçbir yer temiz değildi. Çarşaflar bile simsiyahtı. Gördüklerime inanamadım. Villayı ben seçmiştim ve diğer kalacak arkadaşlarıma karşı mahçup oldum. BaliSuperHost yönetiyor diye güvenmiştim. Tatil hiç içimize sinmedi maalesef
