Ian (10/5): A great week for three generations of our family. - The house is big enough for about ten people but we were only six and an infant so we had plenty of room. The house is well equipped and comfortable without being all "Homes and gardens" pristine, so there were no worries about a toddler careering about the place. The pool was ideal and well looked after. Bedding and towels were plentiful. Hot water flowed freely in all the showers and basins. Francesco was very helpful and friendly especially helping us to get some groceries in ahead of our arrival. Our flight time meant that it was after 10 pm on Sunday when we arrived.. The views across the valley towards Assisi are exceptional. This is not in any way the fault of the house but DO NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS to get there. It will take you up an unmade road that gets narrower and narrower until you have to reverse out. Actual experience. Use Apple maps or an old-fashioned paper map and you'll be fine. The dishwasher has seen better days as have the two barbecues and the oven could have done with another shelf. These are very minor issues and didn't detract from our enjoyment one little bit.
