The location was amazing, super quiet but close to everything. Also a massive bonus, the car park! Everything from the moment I walked through the front door door was excellent. Shame I had to leave! The key pad onto the apartment was a bit tricky to work. I had to input the code 3 or 4 times for it to work.

paul (10/5): A home from home - We recently stayed at Swish Apartments Blackpool and honestly couldn’t fault the whole experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the team at the end of the phone were friendly, professional and really helpful. We booked the apartment mainly because of the location. My wife was adopted at birth and, after a lot of searching, we finally found her birth mother who lives in the local area. We wanted a private, comfortable space where they could meet for the first time, and the apartment gave us that and more. It provided the perfect setting — calm, welcoming and personal — which meant so much to us during such an emotional and special moment. The apartment itself was fantastic — modern, spacious and beautifully presented. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease. We also had some family visiting, and there was plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to spend quality time together. It genuinely felt like a home away from home during a very important time in our lives. We’ll definitely be using Swish Apartments again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting Blackpool. A truly memorable stay.

Michael (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Property was really clean and done up to a very high standard. Would definitely stay there again as it’s the best room I’ve ever stayed in, in Blackpool. Check in was quite late 4pm and check out was too early in my opinion 10am. There wasn’t a fan in the bedroom and being charged £100 cleaning fee is very extreme, especially when I found a false nail in the draw under he bathroom sink and lots of hair.

I’ve stayed in many penthouses and 5 star resorts and to be truly honest i don’t think anywhere else I will stay will look as nice as this property. It’s not even how it looks, the location is more or less perfect. The sea is just around the corner and if you ever need to buy anything the centre is only a 5 minute drive away or if you don’t drive you can take the tram or just walk. Massive 10/10 will definitely be my main spot to book if I ever return to Blackpool Nothing

Samantha (10/5): Absolute stunning short break, beautifully decorated , super clean and luxurious - We stayed in royal enclosure the whole block was super tidy and clean, the apartment was decorated lovely , everything you needed to the stay, so comfy and luxurious. It was a 30min walk to coral island but it was in the beautiful peaceful place. Defo visit again! Stunning!!!
David (10/5): - We stayed at the Icon in Swish Apartments in Blackpool in July 2025 and were very impressed. The apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and fitted out throughout to a high specification. It was very spacious, with three good-sized bedrooms, and excellent facilities. The soundproofing between rooms and between neighbouring apartments was also very high quality. Handy on-drive parking was available, and the location of the apartment was also very good, with very close access to a tram stop, just a ten minute ride from the town centre. The management company were also extremely helpful, and responded immediately when we had a couple of queries. Overall, the stay was a lovely experience, and we hope to return again (and perhaps try out one of the other apartments in the complex!).

Louise (10/5): Lives up to its name - Swish! - Absolute top quality apartment. High spec furnishings and fittings. Spotlessly clean. Top of the range appliances. Very comfortable sofas and bed, and amazing bathroom! Nothing. Lots of stairs to the top floor but worth it when you go inside!
Graham (10/5): Exceptional - Smart layout ,good use of space. Very handy location with tram at end of road. It was finished to a very high standard ,clean and tidy, a high end finish to everything. Everything was exceptional nothing to complain about
