• EFSTRATIA (10/5): - Υπέροχο σπίτι. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία αλλά σε κεντρικό σημείο δίπλα σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Άξιζε πραγματικά!

• arjona (1/5): Nefasta - Ni nos abrieron la puerta nos dijeron que habia chinches y nos dejaron en la calle sin nada donde dormir
• Maria (10/5): Excelente todo - Es muy cómodo y grande comparado a otros donde me he alojado. Está un poco alejado del centro de Madrid pero la parada del bus y del metro están muy cerca. El bus toma entre 30 y 40 minutos para dejarlo muy cerca de Sol. Estan todos los supermercados muy cerca del alojamiento y una lavandería cruzando la calle por si es necesario secar la ropa. Me encantó el barrio porque es un suburbio tranquilo. Lo recomiendo para personas que no les importa estar un poco alejadas del centro.
• SANDRA (9/5): - Appartement très propre et bien agencé situé à 400 m d'une station de métro permettant de rejoindre le centre-ville en moins de 30 minutes. Quartier très calme et doté d'un supermarché à 5 minutes, bien pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement.

• Jérôme (9/5): C'est excellent. très très bien. - remplacent idéal pour visiter Madrid. La réactivité des hôtes. la propreté de l'appartement. juste un petit bémol sans grande importance pensez à détartrer la cafetière. Rien de grave. Le reste était parfait endroit très calme.

• Ralf (6/5): Moderne Ausstattung mit fehlender Gastlichkeit - Die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im Außenbereich von Madrid ist optimal: ruhig, aber gut mit Bussen und Metro angebundeb und mit ausreichend Geschäften im nahen Umkreis versehen (Carrefour, Mercadona, und Einzelgeschäfte wie Metzger und Früchte). Möblierung und technische Ausstattung gut - aberwegen Kleinigkeiten nur schwer zum Wohnen mit Selbstverpflegung geeignet. Mit wenigen Änderungen könnte die Unterkunft eine glatte 8 oder 9 als Wertung erreichen Die mangelhafte Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck (für max 3 Personen je 3 Tassen, 3 Gläser 3 Teller usw.) zwingt entweder zum pausenlosen Abwasch (mit einem Geschirrtuch) oder stängigem Nutzen der Geschirrspülers. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass man so indirekt die eigentliche Nutzung der Küche verhindern will. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der nur spanisch sprechenden Frau gestaltete sich schwierig, da sie unsere telefonischen Mittelung über Verspätungen nicht verstand. Außerdem gibt es keinerlei Hinweise für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dergl.

• Kari (9/5): Clean, quiet, close to metro and grocery store! - Very quiet neighborhood, metro nearby. I love that there was AC!! The Lidl grocery store is no longer open, but there’s a Carrefour nearby. It would have been nice to learn how to use the keys (you have to pull the front door toward you to get the key to fully turn to open). It took us a bit of trial and error.

• Karen (8/5): Although outside the city centre, was extremely easy to commute. - The property was located in mostly residential area and only 5 mins walk from the nearest Metro Station and a 1 min walk from Lidl which was located in small shopping mall. N/A
• Michał (8/5): Nice, full equiped apartment in good location, just 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. - Very nice apartment with two big TVs (with smart which is not that obvious normally). 600m to metro station, LIDL and other shops very close to the apartment. Very good location and high quality apartment comparing to the price. There was an issue first day with hot water, and we have to take shower with cold water which in October is not something you want to do. Anyway the problem got solved the next day.
